I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. We have worked with Matt from Bullseye a few times over 5 years on our own home as well as investment property. We had an issue with our security gate padlock at work in so far as the key had snapped in it rendering it useless! We called Matthew to see if there was any way we could salvage the padlock as the cost of replacing this and the various keys held would have been phenomenal! Darren fixed our patio door which was stuck from a long time. His is very friendly and super efficient. His service are reasonably priced. Highly recommend Darren.

I can highly recommend Darren, he came out so promptly to assist with a locked back Door that we could not open. A part was broken inside the lock, so he had to go out and buy the part, then immediately returned and fixed the lock without the need to have new keys cut! Darren was a real life saver! He is extremely professional, and his prices were very reasonable - a real pleasure to deal with. I shall definitely be using Darren again. I would give Darren 100 stars if I could!

Darren was great, he really helped us out getting back inside our front door. It wasn’t an emergency as we were going out but got us back in our house the same day. He changed the locks but identified quickly our previous lock was making us vulnerable as they were not completely safe. Stupidly left my keys indoors today and was stuck outside with my missus and my newborn baby. I called the number for Swift, and got through to a gentleman who provided me an ETA of 30-45 minutes. Within 2-3 minutes later, I got a call from a mobile (the locksmith himself), stating he was 2 mins away. He was able to open the door due to it not being double-locked, using a mere metal rod. No damage to the door, or the lock. Between me picking up the phone and being back in my home, it took about 20 minutes - perhaps just got lucky, but incredible service in my opinion! Didn’t catch the locksmith’s name (unfortunately), but I believe he may have been Eastern European, guy was a true professional! Would recommend!!!

The agent kept me informed as to his ETA which was great as he got diverted to an emergency. When he showed up, he was very professional and resolved the issue within minutes, which made the flat fee of £85+VAT seem a little steep. Overall I was happy with the experience. Would definitely use these guys again.
