The best, friendliest, most honest and cost effective car garage. I have been using them for years, and they exceed my expectations every time. My car was in for its MOT, and when I collected it, it had also been fully cleaned inside and out, to my surprise. I was utterly grateful, but I had not expected it. They go above and beyond in every aspect of their service, and genuinely care about their customers. They are cost effective, and utterly dependable.

I cannot recommend Field’s highly enough. They replaced a clutch on my car and did some other work last week and were friendly, knowledgeable and called me up during the day to discuss some potential things they found and gave me clear guidance and their opinion. They updated me during the day and when I collected it the next day, they had cleaned it! I felt they were good value for money and I would recommend and will use again

My car needed a service and mot, so I shopped around and visited a few different garages in the area. When I went to Westcott garage and met Michael, I instantly knew I would be taking it here. Michael is a lovely guy, and I got the feeling straight away that he was a genuine chap. My intuition was correct. He did the service and mot on my car, keeping me up to date all along with what was going on and what needed doing, trying to keep the cost down for me as well, with it being Christmas and all. Okay... a bit of a cheat because these folks didn't actually do anything to my car. I had pulled over with steam coming out of my bonnet, the radiator to be precise, and this place was at the other side of the road. Called them up and they said they could take a look at it. I was looking at prices of new Astra radiators and he said it was just because I'd been fjording water and there was nothing wrong with the car. So yea very relieved at that. Nice guy and honest.

Desperately needed an exhaust clamp after losing one mid-drive 100 metres down the road! The garage got me sorted immediately at a very reasonable price and incredibly friendly service. I only wish my local garage could be more like this one.

Suspension top mounts were creaking, and its a job that is difficult for me to do. Friendly and easy to deal with. Job was done in 24 hours and got comfort when they offered to show me the old parts, which were clearly worn and needed replacing. They will get my work in the future!

Best garage around! We started using Hersham Service Station last year when our car developed a fault with the engine. After 4/5 unsuccessful visits to our previous garage we decided we needed to change. Our car was spending more time in the other garage than on our drive! From the start, we felt we were in safe hands with Greg and his team. Sarah-Jane chatted through what was happening with our car and with the help of Greg, his team and the brilliant facilities at Hersham they were able to diagnose and fix our car. New parts were ordered and replaced, and our car was back on the road. Greg came to the rescue again when a friend’s dog chewed through the seat belt in the boot! Within 48 hours, the seatbelt was repaired and refitted. Thank you Greg and Sarah-Jane. Keep up the hard work… we all need a knowledgeable, trustworthy garage. Highly recommend.

Tutts could not have been more pleasant, professional and helpful. After breaking down in Dorking, they inspected the car, diagnosed the problem, ordered and took delivery of the parts, fixed the problem and had me back on the road - all within 3 hours! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really impressed! Needed a replacement wing mirror and they arranged for an order on Thursday, said they'd fit me in Friday (despite being fully booked), and all fitted and done within 24 hours. On top of that, all the staff were super friendly. Would definitely use them and again and recommend them!

Gearbox Roll pin failure on my Saab 93 Aero combi left it immovable. Had to tow the car in first thing in the morning and Joe said he would take a look and asked us to come back in an hour. By the time we were back from the cafe the job was done and she was back on the road 200K miles going strong. Very reasonable rate for the specialist expertise needed to work on Saab. Thanks
