I used JH Autos to sort my car out as I needed a new oil sump fitted to my car. Robbie managed to find the part to sort my car out normally it would be easy however my car is 24 yrs old and Audi have stopped producing parts for my car but Robbie went the extra mile and found one. I am very grateful and have reccomend JH Autos to a number of my friends and family. I will definitely come back again.

Very impressed with the service received from AA Autos and Matt when I had a full service done on my car today. Competitive pricing and receives free extras included, free car pick up and drop off to my home and free car wash & hoover. Matt identified a couple of issues and was helpful in communicating those to me including the fact that not all needed to be done now- I was given a quoted price which guaranteed If I decide to have the work done at a later date. Was working 150+ miles away from home last week when my car developed a problem, potentially stranding me or resulting in an expensive/difficult recovery and possible knock-on into the following week's work. Found CT Cars on Google Maps (with fantastic reviews) and, within 24hrs of my phone call with Mikey, they had me back on the road with no disruption to my schedule. Excellent service, quality parts and workmanship, delivered with a smile. There may well be cheaper places but, trust me, you will not regret using CT Cars. Highly recommended.

Just want to share my experiences here with all the team at Charterhouse Garage. They have been looking after my vehicles for over 20 years and I can honestly say that in all that time, I have never once had an issue in any respect. They are honest, diligent, considerate and go the absolute extra mile to ensure they give you the best service - whilst always being mindful of cost. I have recommended many people to them over the years and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. There should be a 10* option as far as I and my family are concerned!!

What a place! I’m new to the area and I knew my car needed a service and a coolant leak looking at. I was booked in for a Wednesday, and then I couldn’t make that due to travel arrangements. One short phone call, I was able to move my booking to an earlier date without hassle. I dropped my car off at 8am Monday morning, and the full service was complete as well as coolant leak fixed by Tuesday evening!! Incredible customer service, with email updates (which were great as meant I didn’t need to keep chasing missed calls like other garages do). A very honest and to the point garage. They have also sorted my noisy windscreen wipers… result! And very reasonably priced too!! I will now be using Charterhouse garage for all my car needs :)

It was quite quick and you also have the opportunity to see what's going on. I wanted to do servicing too but was told only MOT. However, I was given contacts of mechanic garages on the same premises. Staff are friendly and will definitely go there again.
