A very friendly and honest garage that has been my go-to for a couple of years even despite not living in the Guildford area! Pantech have always been very honest, courteous and tried to fit my car in quickly, sometimes even seeing it the same-day for things like puncture repair. I've never felt like they've oversold work or taken advantage of me as a younger driver, instead they've carried out cost-effective work, given good advice and fixed all my issues. Would and have recommended to people I know.

Very good and friendly Technicians. Very capable. Fixed my car when 3 other garages failed and/or could not be bothered. Only reason I did not go to Pantech first is cause I did now know they existed until a friend referred me to them. They have certainly won a customer and few cars to maintain.

Needed some bits doing to my Porsche and got recommended these guys by a family friend. Very impressed, the quote was cheaper than elsewhere, pick up and drop off was included (Alex who collected my car was very polite and considerably caring with the car). The staff were very polite and better communicated than any other garage I've used. Also, got some travel sweets with my receipt which brought me back to my childhood, not saying its anything amazing but the little things make a difference. Will always be going back if that's the service I receive. Car knowledge was top tier also.

Our Mercedes hybrid wouldn’t start and wouldn’t select gear. The AA came out and tried everything to no avail. Car was recovered to our local garage who were unable to fix it. Car was recovered to MES, who were excellent and professional. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty gearbox control module, sourced a replacement from Mercedes, fitted and tested it, in record time. The team kept me informed throughout and gave me a quote before undertaking the work. The customer service was excellent and the car was valeted and cleaned as well. MES just became our family ‘go to’ garage.

Really friendly and professional, the works were reasonably priced, and they even went above and beyond collecting me from my house to retrieve my car as I had no other means. Was due an MOT on my car but unfortunately on the way into the centre near my home in London my windscreen cracked therefore couldn’t pass its MOT. Found these guys online the day my windscreen was replaced in Guildford and called them that evening to see if they could squeeze me in. They found the extra time early before opening hours to complete this for me. Really nice lads that have bundles of experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Charterhouse since we moved to the area. Every experience with them has been excellent and prices are more than fair. I wouldn’t let anyone else look after my car now. Here’s an example of how helpful they are: it’s 3.00pm on a Friday and my car won’t start, the battery has gone over Christmas. I’m back in at work on Monday. I phone Charterhouse who sourced a battery, came to collect the car (N.B. I’m very local) and then replaced it. By 4.30pm I had the car back on my drive, ready to go for Monday. And that piece of mind is invaluable. Thanks as always Charterhouse Garage!

What a place! I’m new to the area and I knew my car needed a service and a coolant leak looking at. I was booked in for a Wednesday, and then I couldn’t make that due to travel arrangements. One short phone call, I was able to move my booking to an earlier date without hassle. I dropped my car off at 8am Monday morning, and the full service was complete as well as coolant leak fixed by Tuesday evening!! Incredible customer service, with email updates (which were great as meant I didn’t need to keep chasing missed calls like other garages do). A very honest and to the point garage. They have also sorted my noisy windscreen wipers… result! And very reasonably priced too!! I will now be using Charterhouse garage for all my car needs :)

I called in just for a quick problem with a warning light sensor in my car. The issue took only a couple of minutes to resolve and the mechanic kindly refused to accept payment which was very kind as I'd had quotes of £20 from other places. These guys are unbelievably friendly and genuine. They saved my life after breaking down on M25 after hours. With my recovery guy, we found them still tinkering away at 7pm and they went well over and above to help get the car stored properly to be fixed asap. I have been using this garage for the last year, and have found the service to be great and the price unbeatable. On one occasion, finding that my car wouldn't start cleanly, the mechanic spent an extensive amount of time cleaning out a component rather than charging me for an expensive replacement - which was much appreciated. Would highly highly recommend these guys.

Superb service - took my car in for a suspected wheel bearing change but it wasn't yet gone enough to accurately diagnose, so rather than take a guess which wheel at my expense they sent me on my way to bring back in once it had got a bit louder. Took it back in a couple of weeks later and they replaced the right wheel bearing which fixed it. My go to mechanics now.
