I am a perfectionist, and we have had our entire house renovated over 14 months, unlike every trades person we have dealt with during this process, Toby stands out head and shoulders above the rest, he is professional, committed, detailed oriented and puts the customer first. I cannot recommend Toby highly enough.

Toby is not only totally on top of his subject but clearly enjoys it and takes a pride in the outcome. Some electricians who do a perfectly good job "go through the motions". Toby is a cut above, with a deep understanding of electrical problems. He is patient and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for his help again.

Toby is brilliant. He is very knowledgeable, and did a really neat and thorough job. He upgraded our fusebox, did a full electrical safety inspection and replaced/upgraded any sockets that needed it. Really happy with the work and will be calling him again!

Fantastic service! I’m so pleased that I contacted Matt. He responded to my call promptly & was able to come out & solve the problem within 24 hours. The job was at my elderly Dad’s house but he kept me in the loop at all times. Dad thought that he was “friendly, efficient & knowledgeable… what more could you want”… high praise from an 86 year old with ‘old fashioned’ values. If you are looking for a helpful local tradesperson who is competent & trustworthy then Matt’s your man! Highly recommended 😁

I chose Bramley Electrical because they are a small, well-established, family business with a good reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). He left my house clean and tidy - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bramley Electrical.

This was our first visit to the area so we asked a shop assistant if she could recommend a nice place for a birthday lunch. Without hesitation she recommended Positano. We were so glad she did. Everything was just brilliant from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious (we had the fried chicken in a white wine mushroom sauce and the salmon with spinach and crushed potatoes😋), the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout all in a lovely relaxing atmosphere too. Thank you for my birthday candle in my dessert it was a lovely thoughtful touch and most certainly the icing on the cake after a wonderful lunch! 😃🥰🎂

Beautiful lunch with my neighbour at Positano. I’ve wanted to come here hit a long time but it was always fully booked. Today we had a great lunch, great service, and great atmosphere. Food was delicious and the best tiramisù I’ve had in a long time. Brilliant, I’ll take other friends here too.

Fantastic meal at Positano last night. Superb attentive service whilst not being intrusive. Not been here for several years, as previous experience was not what we expected. However so glad we tried them again and it won’t be the last time. Garlic bread was delicious - so good we forgot to take a photo. I had the risotto and can easily say it was the best I have tasted. My husband had the fish special was equally delicious. The suggested wine pairing was perfect. The puddings rounded off a great night. So give Positano a try and we’ll probably see you there as we are definitely coming back.

The vibe inside is nice and chilled, the service was brilliant from all the staff! Having seen this place on instagram we knew we had to come here. The cocktails were great and the food was excellent! We are already planning to come here again, the pizza has changed my mrs life 🤣!

Beautiful little restaurant that deserves to do well. Being a Monday night, it was very quiet and we were the only two people in there for some time, which is a real shame. We sampled the small plates and they were all delicious. The assistant manager gave great service but he was also very friendly and highly entertaining, which added to our experience. Perhaps more marketing would help because it is indeed a hidden gem. I will be recommending Piattini to everyone I know.

The best Korean restaurant in London full stop. Food was absolutely delicious and the waiters were all courteous and nice We only went to try it out while visiting our daughter at University but will now be a regular spot for us. What a find!

I visited YORI in Guildford for the first time. It’s a Korean restaurant chain, and we tried their set menu, which included Gabitang and Bibimbap. Both dishes were flavorful and satisfying. The portions were good, and the price—less than £15 per person—felt reasonable for the quality and quantity. I’d rate the taste a solid 4 out of 5. It's not extraordinary but decent enough to enjoy. We dined at this establishment on a weekday evening and found it to be pleasantly uncrowded. The ambiance was consistent with other Korean restaurants in the area, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Regarding the cuisine, we opted for the Korean barbecue beef set. While the cost of the meal was slightly higher than average, we found it to be well worth the investment. The serving size was more than adequate for two individuals. We intend to return in the future to sample additional menu items.

First time at Yori, but seasoned Korean eaters. We had the BBQ beef, soya chige, and bibimbap. The dishes are good and the menu is varied. Compared to what is available in places like New Malden with its many independent Korean restaurants, I would say that Yori is comparable (except the prices are dearer). The ambience is plain and perhaps understated, with a nicely touched feature wall upstairs. We came for dinner, and I would say that the dark ambience could be brighter, especially if one is trying to determine if the BBQ meats are sufficiently cooked! Overall, we liked the food, but it wasn't a "wow." If we are honest, I would say that we fancy the smaller independent restaurants rather than chain ones like Yori. We will certainly return to Yori, given that it's one of the few decent Korean places in town.

Staff are brilliant and super helpful! Dhaval and Wilson were amazing! Definitely recommend just for the service, but the food was incredible too! Definitely a great spot if you're looking for something interesting and filling! We had the spicy chilli chicken too but was eaten before taking any photos it was too good not to.

A lovely, hellenic (Greek) café in the heart of Guildford! Dimitris and Nikos are so friendly, kind and treat you like their friend! I ordered a fresco espresso, which is actually what is called FREDDO ESPRESSO, in Hellas (Greece). Tasteful! They also offered me two pieces of greek bougatsa🇬🇷❤️ In store, you can find many traditional products like "petit four", "bougatsa", cakes, etc, but also ice cream for dogs! 🐕 Totally recommend it! This is the only cafe I go to during the week. It’s not too far from my office but if it was closer, I would be getting coffee in the afternoon too. Staff work so hard here and I really love the food. Traditional pastries, savoury and sweet but also fresh paninis if I don’t fancy a pastry. I put a 4 star for food, not because of quality, but because I think salads would be a nice addition to the menu. No where in Guildford does it so it could be a big win! Wouldn’t even have to be hugely gourmet ones. And maybe smaller pieces of bougatsa as an option too next to large portions like the kataifi but that’s a minor thing. Thank you for all the nice convos while waiting for food and making everyone feel so welcome. If the food wasn’t so good I might’ve had time to take more photos. Also let me use my travel mugs :) Efcharisto!

One of the best cafe. Such a great service. I been given full info about what sort of cold cafe they do, how they do etc. On the top I have tasted some traditional Greek pastries. Yummy. A delightful independent coffee shop with charm. As well as serving up great coffees, this place had a fantastic selection of Greek sweet and savoury foods, all locally produced and super tasty. The guys behind the counter were welcoming and took the time to explain the different food available. An authentic coffee shop with bags of character. Well worth a visit if you are wondering through Guildford

I would recommend Chris. He fitted a positive airflow system, extractor fans, infrared heating panel, lights and sockets for me. He made good suggestions for the products to use, stuck to his quote, came when he said he would, and did a neat and tidy job. What more can you ask?

I cannot recommend Chris enough. Incredibly diligent, respectful and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job in replacing our consumer unit, some light fittings and fixing / making good some older power sockets that needed some attention. This was wrapped up with a comprehensive test across the entire house. Great work.

Was recommended Mark at Home Electrics and what better way to invite a tradesman in to your home than recommendation! Mark clearly knows what he is doing and also offered solutions and advice I hadn’t thought of. He went that extra mile and the result was exactly what I’d hoped for. I forgot to order the correct bulbs for my new lights and he even supplied these on the day to ensure I had the full finished look! On a personal note, he was on time, polite & even brought his own hoover! Will use Home Electrics again and will most definitely recommend.

The room I have my home office in was lacking in power sockets and in general needed to real do over. Micky came and had a look and help me plan out a custom room to meet my needs. Micky was brilliant in advising not just the electrics required, but also the design of the room and lighting options. Once work began Micky was super reliable and he worked really hard to get all the electrical work done ready for plastering, he was then back after to final fit everything and the results have blown my mind, it’s gone from a room I hated to a room I adore. The pictures say a 1000 words but I just have to say non of this would have happened if it was not for Micky and his can do attitude, what a legend. I strongly recommend Hone electrics, absolutely brilliant. Thanks Micky!

Mike is nothing short but excellent. Incredibly experienced and always has solutions helping us over come many hurdles in our converted basement. He suggested some additional touches with the lighting and sockets; the space has now really exceed our expectation to how we envisioned this room with these extra details. His work is very thorough and is by far the best electrician we’ve ever come across. We look forward to welcoming Mike back for all future electrical work! Couldn’t recommend him enough, also a top top guy.
