Phil and his colleague were the epitome of professionalism when he fitted my PIV. He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them. Dust sheets and vacuuming as he went along. A perfect job and very happy to recommend him and will definitely be doing so. Thank you for your help.

Phil and his colleague did a brilliant job for us! They removed two old kitchen lights on bars and fitted spotlights in the ceiling.They were very knowledgable about the job, punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and were clean and tidy. The price was exactly as quoted and very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others needing experienced electricians.

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. We found Joseph one year ago when we bought our house. He has done several jobs for us already to a great standard. He replaced our old boiler to install a combi-boiler, he changed some broken radiators, installed some bathroom vanity and help us replaced a tiny dishwasher by a big dishwasher. Joseph is reliable, friendly and does a great job. He is our go-to plumber and we are very happy we found him!

We have used Joseph's services several times during the last 4-5 years: He installed our new combi boiler, plumbing for our new bathroom and shower rooms and currently services our boiler on an annual basis. I first used Joe’s services about 6 years ago when we needed a new tap fitting at short notice. I called around and Joe managed to slot me in at the last minute. He did a very good job where others had failed and I liked the fact that he had an apprentice in tow, which I think always says good things about a person. We used him again a couple of years later to service our boiler and he got it working so well (others had failed to spot an issue with the system - and blamed us for having an irritating boiler) and we’ve used him ever since. Last year we had building work done, which required the services of a good plumber. He was our absolute go-to. He installed a new boiler after adding and swapping a number of radiators and he changed an old shower cubicle, which was a tricky job. We’ve tried a number of plumbers over the years and Joe is by far the most skilled, reliable and efficient. He’s also fairly priced. Last of all, Joe is a really nice guy - friendly and easy to have around. Very highly recommended.

Joe was friendly and efficient and made the process of replacing our old gas hob and oven with a new gas hob and an electric oven very smooth. He kept appoi tents when promised and his charges were reasonable. Highly recommended.

I would 100 per cent recommend this company. Called them up yesterday as my elderly mum's electricity in her home cut out in the evening. I spoke to Mike & explained the situation. He turned up about 1 hour later & fixed the situation very quickly. Mike was very professional & I was so relieved he made the situation safe & my mum wasn't left without heating. Thank you Mike.

I found ABCD electrical after a quick google search since our electricity suddenly went out at 9pm. After dialling the number on their website someone picked up promptly. After explaining the situation Mike told me that I should contact the power network first before calling out an electrician and wasting my money in case it’s an external issue and if it’s not then he would be happy to help. I had called a couple others before him who were quick to give call out charge quotes so I really appreciated Mike’s honesty! He sent me the number via WhatsApp and I was able to sort it out straight away! Turns out it was external, but if I ever have any electrical issues I know who I’m calling!

We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all. I would highly recommend them & most definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

Mark and Darren have recently carried out a boiler replacement and fitted a new radiator in our conservatory! Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. Called Andrew on the Monday PM, needing a thermostat and switched spur installed for our underfloor heating in our conservatory. The next day, Tuesday morning at 8AM, Richard and his apprentice, Calum, turned up and sorted it out. Fantastic service!!! Great price, great service. Richard and Callum were efficient, informative, ie. They explained in "layman's terms " how to operate the very complicated thermostat. We now have a very nice and warm conservatory. We had a full rewire of house with some lighting upgrades & future proofing. Very happy with estimated time for work (3 weeks) & high standard of it. House was left in a good state to redecorate where channels made in walls for light switches, plugs etc. Communication throughout was excellent.

Hayden recently did an excellent job replacing our consumer unit and getting electrics out to our garage. When we had a separate (and unrelated to the work he'd done) issue a few days later he came out at 4.30pm on a Friday and sorted it out for us. He's a lovely guy and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him & will absolutely be using him for all of our electrical jobs moving forward!
