Having recently taken over as a manager of a small business in dire need of an electrical 'overhaul' and key safety checks long overdue I could not have managed it with out the help of the 'Elstead Electrician'. Highly recommend Johnathan. He carried out an inspection to identify electrical faults in our house that is full of old mysterious wiring. He is clearly very knowledgeable, logical and punctual. He identified the fault in no time and explained everything clearly. What stands him out from the crowd is that he genuinely cares about his clients and look after them. In our case, one could easily splash out to renew the entire circuit. Jonathan listened to our needs and recommended a safe and practical solution that is much more cost effective, even though this would be less profitable for him. Not to mention his rate is also competitive. Without a doubt, he will be our go to man for all things electric!

Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. All in all felt that DRS went above and beyond - they're a great company and I'd highly recommend them.

Ryan and his colleague did a great job tidying up my garden in preparation for Winter. They trimmed the hedges, pruned trees, weeded my drive and turned over the flower beds, as well as mowing the lawn and tidying up borders. They removed all garden waste and left the garden looking clean, tidy and ready for the cold months. And all done with a smile and good humour. He’s agreed to return in the Spring to provide a regular maintenance service going forward. I’m very pleased, and he was reasonably priced too!

Having had the same gardener for many years, who was unable to continue, we were absolutely delighted with the total transformation achieved by Ryan (with help from Josh). Our garden has never looked better. In total honesty our hedges, shrubs and trees had the best cut and prune, with such expert knowledge and care. Everything was left so smart and tidy. The Sage team have done a fantastic job of our replacement fencing. They worked very hard to overcome some very challenging ground conditions and have erected some really good quality, great looking panels with concrete posts and gravel boards. Highly recommended.

I am seeing Richard Brooks at the Tanshire Clinic to stabilise my bite after inappropriate orthodontic work many years ago has led to five broken teeth since then. Richard has ameliorated my problem very quickly to prevent further breakage and the process has been quick and comfortable. On a further note, I am not the easiest of patients as I have severe health issues which Richard and his team have accommodated with charm. I have always felt welcome even though they have to go the extra mile with me.
