I contacted JCG Electrical Services to help with an issue within my home, Jake replied quickly and was very knowledgeable on the issue. Jake and the team were working on a much larger project in the area but still arranged for a member of the team to come and resolve the fault same day, I was incredibly grateful for this. Excellent service, thank you Jake and Dave.

Jake and his team are the only people we would trust to do any electrical work in our home. Over the last 2 years they have been outstanding in helping us restore our Victorian house over many phases; both internally and externally. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and always go the extra mile in coming up with ways of doing things to make ideas so much better. Spoke with Jake to discuss and agree the work and Sam came to undertake the work. Sam was great explained what he was doing and then kept me updated throughout the job with his progress. Work completed as agreed and Sam cleaned up any mess and rubbish as well. I would not hesitate to recommend JCG Electrical great work and great value.

Jake has been brilliant throughout the duration of our project. His knowledge around garden lighting, where to position and which products to use was invaluable. The standard of his and his teams work is very very high. They are neat in their installations, clipping wires precisly, mounting lights in specific places as well. Jake also offered his advice but also listened to ours and that combined means he has delivered a great garden lighting project. He kept us informed at all stages along the way as well, so it was delivered on time. We can't thank Jake and his team enough. We too would highly recommend to anyone wanting someone with a lot of experience and expertise to help them bring an idea to fruition.

It's always difficult to leave good reviews of tradesfolk, in case they become really popular and are too busy when you need them again! And the same is true here. Paul did an excellent job of providing electricity to the garden shed and installing outside lights along the path, and both in the shed, and flood lights on the shed to light up the garden and the gate. He is punctual, hard working and happy to help with suggestions on different options of ways to light up the path, gate, shed, & garden.

We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. No task was too much for him and he was professional and efficient. He sourced all of the equipment ahead of time and the whole process was very easy for us.

I recently attended No. 5 for the first time as a new patient. I was made to feel very welcome and I was impressed by the calm and comfortable environment. I had the best ever clean by the hygienist, followed by some excellent and reassuring advice. Dr Keanie gave me a very thorough examination and was extremely friendly and professional. I left feeling very pleased that I have found a practice where I will be well looked after. It was refreshing to observe staff who are obviously happy in their jobs, which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. I have no hesitation in recommending No. 5.

I am new to the practice and have found the whole experience of enrolling, very simple due to the staff approach and helpfulness. From the first contact, communication has been amazing. My treatments have been exceptional and my first hygienist appointment today, was excellent. I have never had such a positive experience at a dental practice before. In fact, I had been quite demoralised by the dental system until finding No5, who have restored my faith. Thank you to all, so glad a friend recommended that I come to you.

Root canal treatment is always scarry but today Emma and her staff were very patient and efficient and all went off well. All the staff are welcoming and call the next day. Wish I had found you sooner..,, no hesitation in recommending even root canal - glad we saved my tooth and not painful at all!

She spent time explaining every step of the procedure and gave time to answering any questions I had. Her approach is confident, kind and secure and this was very reassuring. Wonderful practice! I saw Dr Evison twice for a check-up and to be fitted for a Sleep-eez device. The experience and friendly advice was perfect and the device has been incredibly impactful for my sleep quality. I also had a hygienist session with Agota that was careful and thorough and my teeth and gums feel so much better. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Ziad Ali for 10 years now - always ultra-professional, but also a lovely friendly person who puts you at ease - I always look forward to seeing him. Perfect if you’re a nervous patient. Only suggests dental work that is necessary. Always innovating his practice and technically fantastic - he’s done some Bioclear for me which was done to a much better standard than a specialist practice I had had to previously use. And he also did the most fantastic Invisalign work for me on some very crooked teeth - I think he’s the most fantastic Invisalign practitioner. So, highly recommend in short! All the staff at Notley are lovely. Also need to recommend Hygienist Idalina Silva, particularly if you have children who are anxious or neurodiverse. Idalina dealt with my son brilliantly yesterday - he came in extremely anxious but left happy and enthusiastic about seeing her the next time, and with lots of advice for looking after his teeth which was pitched at just the right level for him. Very impressed. She’s also my hygienist and is equally fantastic with adults. Thanks Notley for looking after us for so long! Lucy

As a very long standing patient at Notley Dental Care, I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. What is really noticeable and very much appreciated when having to consider options for treatment, is that they are clearly laid out, with no sense of being encouraged down a particular pathway.
