Highly recommend Kate and the lovely team. She has helped with two occasions now one for my sisters baby shower and also for our wedding this year. Every little detail looked absolutely incredible and everyone kept commenting on how beautiful it looked. Kate listened and advised us on all items we could hire and helped to create the most beautiful venue and we are so grateful for all of her help throughout.

We had a flower wall for our wedding and communication with Kate was super quick and easy, the flower wall was a big hit with our guests and looking absolutely stunning ( we had the enchanted forest). Set up, delivery and collection were smooth and professional- would definitely recommend them!

We used Forget Me Nots to supply many decorations for our wedding this year and really couldn't recommend them enough! We visited the showroom around a year before the wedding and Jess was wonderful at showing us everything we might be interested in and talking us through all our options. The decorations looked absolutely beautiful on the day and Katie was so thorough with making sure every detail was as we wanted it, even checking details the week of and morning of the wedding to make sure everything was perfect for us! A massive thank you to Forget Me Nots for the amazing set ups we had at my daughter's wedding on Friday. We hired the canopy trees, blossom trees for the tables, light up backdrop, flower wall, cake plinth, postbox, chair covers, sage green sashes & napkins. The ceremony room & reception rooms looked stunning. The ladies who set up were so lovely & Katie has been amazing. She has been so helpful & communication has been fantastic. We used Surrey events hire for our wedding, Steve was the DJ along with his colleague and also provided the photo booth. The team was fabulous throughout, Steve played our pre arranged song requests as well as songs that he thought would be most appropriate and we were not disappointed! Our guests are still commenting on how good the DJ was and the songs that were played, they loved it! Steve was professional throughout and also seemed to enjoy the vibe which made it super special for us! Thanks again Steve and the team, hopefully see you again soon! Sophia & Fred x

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

AMAZING! Steve provided beautiful draping and an incredible mirror ball for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we were blown away! Despite it being quite a tricky job with lots of existing lights Steve made it look absolutely beautiful and I was blown away when we first saw it all! Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

As a regular photographer with this organisation, I have witnessed numerous events for Tim and Apollo. They are meticulously planned, beautifully designed and executed. I have never known a client that isn't blown away by the parties and corporate events that Tim and his team provide.

Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. We are so grateful to Apollo for putting together the most special day of our lives!

There aren’t enough superlatives to sufficiently describe Apollo events. Louise organised our central London ceilidh wedding reception and was absolutely brilliant from the moment we engaged her. We were so impressed with how calm Louise was on the night and how she was constantly attentive whilst operating behind the scenes. Hi. We met Jayne and Rozana at an open event at our venue Stanlake Park wine estate. They immediately put us ar ease with their approach and style and had some lovely options on display for the tables - one of which we based our wedding on. When we decided to go ahead we had a zoom call and many email exchanges and phone calls re requirements. Jayne also came up to meet us at our venue to go through things in more detail. This included suggestions, designs, last minute additions plus advice and contacts what to do with our amazing flowers afterwards. When I saw the flowers on the wedding morning I was blown away - simply gorgeous. They highlighted and complimented our theme perfectly. We had a few displays which Jayne and Rozana moved between the ceremony and reception including a stunning arch. Everything was perfect. We couldn't have been more delighted with our wedding flowers from Bird Events. Jayne was completely wonderful throughout the whole process - patient, professional, warm and supportive. She was so easy to work with and completely captured the style and feel we wanted, right down to the details. All the communications I had from Jayne were really clear and gave me complete confidence. We were completely blown away by everything on the day, from the buttonholes to the table arrangements - everything was done so beautifully and our guests couldn't stop complimenting how perfectly 'us' the flowers were. Paul provided the lawn games for our wedding on 14th September 2024. They were a fantastic company to work with. Fantastic communication, kept everyone entertained and brilliant quality. We didn’t see them arrive or leave. I would highly recommend.

Where to start? From the initial conversation to the planning, execution and close of our event, Paul and the team were fantastic! We held a corporate event with people attending from over 40 countries, meaning that language was a slight concern for us, but fear not, the 'De-Generation Game' went down a storm and incorporated everyone, no matter what level of English they spoke. The feedback we have had from our customers has been fantastic, and we have sung Paul and the team's praises. If you are having an event and need entertainment, look no further than Paul! I attended an event in Cambridge this week where Paul Farris Events had supplied a variety of games. They were great fun and created lots of laughs and memories with colleagues, I recommend them if you want some fun at your event.

I attend a number of corporate events each year, and I recently had the pleasure of attending one hosted and organised by Paul. It was immediately clear that he is a highly skilled event host who really knows his craft. The event ran seamlessly—everything from the AV and photography to the video production and catering was exceptional. Truly the most magical wedding venue. We are so happy with our decision to go with High Billinghurst Farm and we were so proud on the day to receive an abundance of compliments on our venue choice. Not only did they have a stocked prop room, two beautiful spaces, dry hire, and an incredibly organised and friendly team, but they also recommended some brilliant suppliers who were just as wonderful as them. High Billinghurst Farm is a gorgeous barn and rustic boho venue, south west of the Surrey Hills. Having photographed Weddings there I can say that from experience that the staff and facilities are wonderful and perfect for your Wedding Day in Surrey. A gorgeous getting ready house for the bride and a stunning barn with an extra space attached for guests and seating, lots of parking, a bar area, gorgeous courtyard with lawn with fields nearby and endless possibilities for photos on your day. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue for our summer wedding than High Billingshurst Farm! Tom and his team were really accommodating and easy to work with. The venue offers a mix of settings depending on what you’re after and because the sun came out we were able to use our favourite spots - the courtyard and the rose garden. So beautiful!! We had the most amazing day, thank you!!

We got married here this summer and couldn't have been happier with the whole weekend! It was absolutely perfect and we got so many compliments on how brilliant the venue was! The layout is so well set out that it gave the day the perfect flow. Tom and his team were brilliant in the run up, answering our questions and doing everything they could to accommodate our perfect day. The day before they were incredible setting up the props how we wanted them, and were really helpful with ideas and suggestions. We got ready at the cottage, married in the beautiful woodland, canapes in the courtyard and dinner and the party in the main barn, finished off with surprise fireworks and camping in the field. We stayed in the shepherd hut which was beautifully decorated and enjoyed breakfast on the Sunday with our camping guests before the pack down. On the night Chris was awesome at helping to coordinate the suppliers and deal with timing problems with the band so we didn't need to get involved, as well as keeping the fireworks under wraps to help surprise the bride and guests. We can't thank you all enough for everything you did to give us the most spectacular day! This is such a versatile wedding venue that has so many options to give you peace of mind with the weather.

If you’re planning a wedding and looking for a wedding co-ordinator, planner, interior stylist, photography assistant, camera operator, hypewoman, floral arranger, therapist, sounding board, expert and friend then you simply MUST book Helen Steward from H2Events. I say this because these are just a handle of the things she did for my husband and I in the lead up to and the day of our wedding. To say she went above and beyond just doesn’t do it justice! My husband was initially skeptical when I decided to work with a wedding planner - his thoughts now? “Hiring Helen is the best money we’ve ever spent, the wedding would not have happened without her help!” My wedding has been one of the greatest days of my life and it would not have gone so smoothly without Helen’s calming presence, firm but friendly leadership and very warm smile. Our guests really felt she was a part of a wedding. Book her before she gets booked up!!!

We cannot thank Helen enough for all the support she gave us on the lead up to our wedding, but more importantly, on the day. We hired Helen to do the ‘day-co-ordination’ but she was always there beforehand to ask any questions or just run ideas past. Helen also supplied the table service staff which was great to have all logistics under Helen herself. The knowledge and passion Helen has for these events is very clear and we know that the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly if we didn’t have her there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We used h squared for our wedding in July 2024 and we honestly can’t recommend them enough! It was a very “DIY” day so we were worried about switching off from planning mode to just enjoy it. Helen put us at ease in the lead up, advising and helping with issues and Isobel could not have been more helpful in the week leading up to the wedding and the day itself. She was around in the lead up and helped us anticipate potential issues before they arose. She was in control of the whole day but somehow blended into the background. We were aware of her being there keeping everything ticking along without feeling like we were being ordered around. If you are planning any event any time soon, h squared is the way to go, what a team! She even found out our favourite drinks and met us at the end of the aisle with them (photo attached!)
