Louise is a truly superb event planner. I had the pleasure of working with her recently on a birthday party event in Mayfair and I can genuinely say it was a party to remember. Louise has a uniquely calm way of working and is passionate about giving her clients a memorable and wonderful experience. Louise and her team look after client, guests and suppliers with the same lovely care and sunny disposition. Louise organised our central London ceilidh wedding reception and was absolutely brilliant from the moment we engaged her. Louise thought of everything and was great at dealing with suppliers - including some tricky customers! She was always on hand and we had such confidence in her - it was a blessing to hand everything over to her in the run up to the reception. We were so impressed with how calm Louise was on the night and how she was constantly attentive whilst operating behind the scenes. We couldn't have imagined the stress had Louise not been there, it was amazing how on top of things she was. She really enabled us to just enjoy ourselves without any worries at all. If you’re planning a wedding and looking for a wedding co-ordinator, planner, interior stylist, photography assistant, camera operator, hypewoman, floral arranger, therapist, sounding board, expert and friend then you simply MUST book Helen Steward from H2Events. I say this because these are just a handle of the things she did for my husband and I in the lead up to and the day of our wedding. To say she went above and beyond just doesn’t do it justice! My husband was initially skeptical when I decided to work with a wedding planner - his thoughts now? “Hiring Helen is the best money we’ve ever spent, the wedding would not have happened without her help!” My wedding has been one of the greatest days of my life and it would not have gone so smoothly without Helen’s calming presence, firm but friendly leadership and very warm smile. Our guests really felt she was a part of a wedding. Book her before she gets booked up!!!

We hired Helen as our “day of” wedding coordinator but luckily for us it was more like “month of”. My wife and I wanted to plan everything but then we needed help with the lead up to and the day of our wedding. Helen swooped in a month before our wedding and helped us SO much. I was very nervous and anxious about the day going well and Helen was the reason why it went perfectly. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and I’m so grateful. Several wedding guests sought us out to tell us “that Helen lady was amazing!” She was always close by for anything that needed doing and was gracefully orchestrating the whole day with calm confidence. She was exactly who we needed.

We used h squared for our wedding in July 2024 and we honestly can’t recommend them enough! It was a very “DIY” day so we were worried about switching off from planning mode to just enjoy it. Helen put us at ease in the lead up, advising and helping with issues and Isobel could not have been more helpful in the week leading up to the wedding and the day itself. She was around in the lead up and helped us anticipate potential issues before they arose. She was in control of the whole day but somehow blended into the background. We were aware of her being there keeping everything ticking along without feeling like we were being ordered around. If you are planning any event any time soon, h squared is the way to go, what a team! She even found out our favourite drinks and met us at the end of the aisle with them (photo attached!) We cannot thank Helen enough for all the support she gave us on the lead up to our wedding, but more importantly, on the day. We hired Helen to do the ‘day-co-ordination’ but she was always there beforehand to ask any questions or just run ideas past. Helen also supplied the table service staff which was great to have all logistics under Helen herself. The knowledge and passion Helen has for these events is very clear and we know that the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly if we didn’t have her there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Jayne and Rozana at Bird Events are quite simply the best people to have supporting you on the build-up to your wedding and the day itself. Their kindness, support, calmness, kind approach and way of dealing with things put me at ease and I feel so lucky to have had them as part of our day. Firstly, we wanted to start with a big thank you! To say the flowers on our wedding day were beautiful, is an understatement. They were stunning and all our guests agreed! From the moment I met Jayne I knew she was the women to create our flower dream. As a flower lover, who also decided to get married in a historic garden Jayne had a big challenge, but she created something more beautiful than we could have ever have dreamed. Hi. We met Jayne and Rozana at an open event at our venue Stanlake Park wine estate. They immediately put us ar ease with their approach and style and had some lovely options on display for the tables - one of which we based our wedding on. When we decided to go ahead we had a zoom call and many email exchanges and phone calls re requirements. Jayne also came up to meet us at our venue to go through things in more detail. This included suggestions, designs, last minute additions plus advice and contacts what to do with our amazing flowers afterwards. When I saw the flowers on the wedding morning I was blown away - simply gorgeous. They highlighted and complimented our theme perfectly. We had a few displays which Jayne and Rozana moved between the ceremony and reception including a stunning arch. Everything was perfect. We couldn't have been more delighted with our wedding flowers from Bird Events. Jayne was completely wonderful throughout the whole process - patient, professional, warm and supportive. She was so easy to work with and completely captured the style and feel we wanted, right down to the details. All the communications I had from Jayne were really clear and gave me complete confidence. We were completely blown away by everything on the day, from the buttonholes to the table arrangements - everything was done so beautifully and our guests couldn't stop complimenting how perfectly 'us' the flowers were. Where to start? From the initial conversation to the planning, execution and close of our event, Paul and the team were fantastic! We held a corporate event with people attending from over 40 countries, meaning that language was a slight concern for us, but fear not, the 'De-Generation Game' went down a storm and incorporated everyone, no matter what level of English they spoke. The feedback we have had from our customers has been fantastic, and we have sung Paul and the team's praises. If you are having an event and need entertainment, look no further than Paul! Paul provided the lawn games for our wedding on 14th September 2024. They were a fantastic company to work with. Fantastic communication, kept everyone entertained and brilliant quality. We didn’t see them arrive or leave. I would highly recommend.

It was so good the first year, we booked the team back again for a second ! Paul Farris Events turned our function room into a winter wonderland in December 2022, and we asked for the same again in December 2023. But it wasnt the same again - it was bigger and better. I attend a number of corporate events each year, and I recently had the pleasure of attending one hosted and organised by Paul. It was immediately clear that he is a highly skilled event host who really knows his craft. The event ran seamlessly—everything from the AV and photography to the video production and catering was exceptional. The room layouts and overall organisation were impressively smooth and professional. An event of this calibre clearly reflects meticulous planning, attention to detail, and a wealth of experience.

Highly recommend Kate and the lovely team. She has helped with two occasions now one for my sisters baby shower and also for our wedding this year. We used Forget Me Nots to supply many decorations for our wedding this year and really couldn't recommend them enough! We visited the showroom around a year before the wedding and Jess was wonderful at showing us everything we might be interested in and talking us through all our options. The decorations looked absolutely beautiful on the day and Katie was so thorough with making sure every detail was as we wanted it, even checking details the week of and morning of the wedding to make sure everything was perfect for us! We had a flower wall for our wedding and communication with Kate was super quick and easy, the flower wall was a big hit with our guests and looking absolutely stunning ( we had the enchanted forest). Set up, delivery and collection were smooth and professional- would definitely recommend them!

A massive thank you to Forget Me Nots for the amazing set ups we had at my daughter's wedding on Friday. We hired the canopy trees, blossom trees for the tables, light up backdrop, flower wall, cake plinth, postbox, chair covers, sage green sashes & napkins. Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. We are so grateful to Apollo for putting together the most special day of our lives!

Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making an important family occasion so memorable.

AMAZING! Steve provided beautiful draping and an incredible mirror ball for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we were blown away! Despite it being quite a tricky job with lots of existing lights Steve made it look absolutely beautiful and I was blown away when we first saw it all! All our guests commented on how stunning it looked

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

Truly the most magical wedding venue. We are so happy with our decision to go with High Billinghurst Farm and we were so proud on the day to receive an abundance of compliments on our venue choice. Not only did they have a stocked prop room, two beautiful spaces, dry hire, and an incredibly organised and friendly team, but they also recommended some brilliant suppliers who were just as wonderful as them. Thanks to Tom and his team we were able to have our dream wedding! Could not be happier and we recommend them very highly to anyone who wants a whimsical, sparkly, natural, and romantic setting!

We got married here this summer and couldn't have been happier with the whole weekend! It was absolutely perfect and we got so many compliments on how brilliant the venue was! The layout is so well set out that it gave the day the perfect flow. Tom and his team were brilliant in the run up, answering our questions and doing everything they could to accommodate our perfect day. The day before they were incredible setting up the props how we wanted them, and were really helpful with ideas and suggestions. We got ready at the cottage, married in the beautiful woodland, canapes in the courtyard and dinner and the party in the main barn, finished off with surprise fireworks and camping in the field. We stayed in the shepherd hut which was beautifully decorated and enjoyed breakfast on the Sunday with our camping guests before the pack down. On the night Chris was awesome at helping to coordinate the suppliers and deal with timing problems with the band so we didn't need to get involved, as well as keeping the fireworks under wraps to help surprise the bride and guests. We can't thank you all enough for everything you did to give us the most spectacular day! This is such a versatile wedding venue that has so many options to give you peace of mind with the weather.

High Billinghurst Farm is a gorgeous barn and rustic boho venue, south west of the Surrey Hills. Having photographed Weddings there I can say that from experience that the staff and facilities are wonderful and perfect for your Wedding Day in Surrey. A gorgeous getting ready house for the bride and a stunning barn with an extra space attached for guests and seating, lots of parking, a bar area, gorgeous courtyard with lawn with fields nearby and endless possibilities for photos on your day. We got married at High Billinghurst Farm on 30th November 2024, and we could not have been more happy with our choice. The barn is absolutely stunning, something our guests continue to comment on, and created the most stunning backdrop to our day. It's an intimate venue which just invites people to feel relaxed, and for an Autumn/Winter wedding, felt like a big hug, and created the most beautiful backdrop for photographs, whether amateur or professional. The two barns (new and old) created an incredible and easy flow as we moved between the two spaces, from ceremony and reception, to wedding breakfast, cocktail hour and dancing. The place is so flexible and has so many features, indoors and out, that it would be the perfect, most idillic setting at any time of year. Tom and team were fantastic to work with and wonderful on the day itself, working with our other suppliers so that we did not even have to think about logistics on the day. Thank you all so much. We had the most special day.

Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special.
