We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

We initially reached out to Green Lily to discuss styling and décor for our wedding, but after meeting Precious, we quickly realised we needed more! After talking through the services, we decided to go for two-week-before coordination, on-the-day coordination, and full styling—and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we met Precious, she just got me. She understood exactly what I wanted and also completely understood my now-husband (who only cared about beer pong and making sure everyone behaved). I felt so listened to—no idea was too small or silly, and Precious always provided thoughtful advice on what would or wouldn’t work. She struck the perfect balance between letting me feel in control and giving me the space to relax. On the day (and during setup the day before), the professionalism of Precious and Sean was truly unmatched. Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

We had a wonderful wedding celebration at Bespoke at Littleton Manor Farm last month. The setting is unique and beautiful, and really made an impression on our guests. Karianne worked with us from the beginning to bring our vision to life. The event came together in a way that felt authentic to us, and went off without a hitch. It's a lot of work planning an event with such a blank canvas, but the end result came out better than we could have imagined.

Our wedding last year was amazing, in no small part due to the hard work and excellent organisation from Eve and the team at Bespoke Events Management. With so much to plan and coordinate, it was such a stress-relief to have our scheduled catch ups, planning advice their ability to sort out those annoying tricky issues that always come up. We had decided on a Marquee and Hog Roast, with Glamping for guests staying overnight, and Bespoke made it straight forward and easy to see the options, offer advice on sourcing and price, and get all the details exactly as we wanted. During the wedding day, Eve was on hand throughout to make sure everything was running smoothly, wrangling with surly caterers and giving us a fantastic start to our married life! Thanks to Bespoke Management for organising a fantastic ski event for us and our brokers! The level of service was superb from Karianne and Catherine from start to finish; from the travel arrangements, quality equipment hire, amazing accommodation, delicious food and drink and all the venue choices - it was all first class! Their flawless delivery and service meant the event ran so smoothly and meant for unforgettable experience for us and our guests!

Where do I start as I’m not sure even a glowing review could ever do this team and the work they do - justice. Having been fortunate enough to attend events run by BEM in the corporate world, it was an absolute no brainer to chose tk work with them to plan our 10th wedding anniversary and it was the best decision we made! The team really do have a unique talent for understanding the brief and they knew exactly which suppliers would be the perfect fit for our party, our guests and our location - our home. We wanted to transport our guests back to Italy where we got married and the team incorporated some magical Italian accents throughout the party, which brought back wonderful memories from all those years ago. From the fantastic Aperol (and limoncello spritz!) bar that everyone loved, to the brilliant DJ and the hugely talented electric violist that kept the party going, every detail was flawless. The wood-fired oven pizzas were on another level, the burrata and Parma ham station a huge hit, and the fee flowing Italian beers went down a treat! It truly was the best party we've ever had, and all thanks to the incredible team who made everything so perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more special celebration. We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

Lauren and Tash were flawless and the best money we spent to ensure our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible. They were incredible from the beginning to end, from initial zoom calls to the wedding night. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! We couldn’t haven’t had the amazing day without Bluebird, I really can’t recommend them enough!!

We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. I am so glad I had come across Bellissima Days at a wedding fair and making a decision to book them to style our wedding! During our initial planning meeting we discussed lots of ideas and after this, they really listened, created and delivered as we were stunned with the outcome! Honestly what an absolute life saver and dream team these girls are. We were originally planning to DIY our wedding but after speaking to Dani & Issi about what they could offer it was a no brainer. We can't thank Dani and Issi enough for how beautiful they made our day. Choosing someone to style and provide flowers for our day was one of our biggest challenges. We found that most styling companies would give us a price list and expect us to plan our day based on that instead of actually being shown anything. We were getting quite frustrated until someone who was getting married at the same venue as us, suggested Bellissima Days! From the first email until the last everything seemed so easy! We had an initial call with the girls to discuss our theme, likes and dislikes and before we knew it we had received a vision board of our day. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we visited the girls who had set up a table of what we had discussed and were given the chance to make any changes we wanted. It was so nice to see a snippet of our day. However, when the day finally arrived it was even better than we could imagine! It was what we had asked for and more. A few of things we would definitely recommend to anyone planning their day would be: 1.Coloured glasses are a must! Even if it is just the water glass 2.Coloured napkins add such a nice touch to your table 3.Real flowers! Walking into our ceremony room and smelling our flowers is something I will never forget. Every time I smell real flowers now just brings that day back into our mind. 4.Trust both Dani and Issi. They know what the are talking about and if you are to spend money on something on the day, make sure it's your styling and flowers. 5.Book Bellissima Days with no hesitation.You will not regret it!

Bellissima Days are amazing, they have lovely creative ideas and helped bring our wedding together. The decor at our wedding venue looked stunning and was as ascetically pleasing as we had dreamed of. The flowers and bouquets were perfect and the tables were gorgeous, we had lots of compliments. Truly the most magical wedding venue. We are so happy with our decision to go with High Billinghurst Farm and we were so proud on the day to receive an abundance of compliments on our venue choice. We got married at High Billinghurst Farm on 30th November 2024, and we could not have been more happy with our choice. The barn is absolutely stunning, something our guests continue to comment on, and created the most stunning backdrop to our day. It's an intimate venue which just invites people to feel relaxed, and for an Autumn/Winter wedding, felt like a big hug, and created the most beautiful backdrop for photographs, whether amateur or professional. The two barns (new and old) created an incredible and easy flow as we moved between the two spaces, from ceremony and reception, to wedding breakfast, cocktail hour and dancing. The place is so flexible and has so many features, indoors and out, that it would be the perfect, most idillic setting at any time of year. Tom and team were fantastic to work with and wonderful on the day itself, working with our other suppliers so that we did not even have to think about logistics on the day. Thank you all so much. We had the most special day.

We got married here this summer and couldn't have been happier with the whole weekend! It was absolutely perfect and we got so many compliments on how brilliant the venue was! The layout is so well set out that it gave the day the perfect flow. Tom and his team were brilliant in the run up, answering our questions and doing everything they could to accommodate our perfect day. The day before they were incredible setting up the props how we wanted them, and were really helpful with ideas and suggestions. We got ready at the cottage, married in the beautiful woodland, canapes in the courtyard and dinner and the party in the main barn, finished off with surprise fireworks and camping in the field. We stayed in the shepherd hut which was beautifully decorated and enjoyed breakfast on the Sunday with our camping guests before the pack down. On the night Chris was awesome at helping to coordinate the suppliers and deal with timing problems with the band so we didn't need to get involved, as well as keeping the fireworks under wraps to help surprise the bride and guests. We can't thank you all enough for everything you did to give us the most spectacular day! This is such a versatile wedding venue that has so many options to give you peace of mind with the weather.

High Billinghurst Farm is a gorgeous barn and rustic boho venue, south west of the Surrey Hills. Having photographed Weddings there I can say that from experience that the staff and facilities are wonderful and perfect for your Wedding Day in Surrey. A gorgeous getting ready house for the bride and a stunning barn with an extra space attached for guests and seating, lots of parking, a bar area, gorgeous courtyard with lawn with fields nearby and endless possibilities for photos on your day. We knew from the moment we stepped into Rivervale that this was the place we wanted to get married. The venues and grounds were beautiful and we fell in love with the outdoor space, however on our wedding day the weather had other ideas and because of the rain we held the ceremony indoors. The indoor space was just as gorgeous and now we look back on the day we wouldn’t have had it any other way. The staff were brilliant from planning to the actual day. We would especially like to mention Victoria who we could have not asked for a better person to help us through our day. Our guests were very complimentary of her too as we know it can be quite difficult to organise our friends and families, but she handled it so brilliantly. We can’t speak highly enough of her! Rivervale Barn has also built up amazing partnerships with their suggested supplies, who some of which we used for our day and would recommend taking a look at yourself.

No words can express how thankful we are to Rivervale Barn for making our wedding day so special. We new Rivervale Barn was our venue from the initial tour we had with Victoria, she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions with no hesitation. We had viewed a few venues and both agreed Rivervale Barn stood out to us. The moment we drove down the lovely swooping driveway to see entrance, we instantly had that excitement you dream of. Seeing and hearing how the spaces flowed so well allowed us to imagine how our big day would work at this incredible venue. We asked to come back the following week with our family, as we were so keen to show them the venue we had our heart set on. The staff at Rivervale were so accomadating with tbis and our families felt welcome. This was the day we booked the venue and we all left with a warm and excited feeling. The next 12 months consisted of planning and wedding meetings every few months. Again any questions or queries we had were easily answered and they were more than happy to cater to a brides very particular dietary requirement. Our wedding day then arrived, as soon as we arrived at the venue Victoria and the whole team were on hand helping getting everything out of the cars and asked how we wanted everything set up. This Instantly took all the stress away from us and allowed us to get ready. The whole staffing team were also fantastic in ensuring my bride and I didn't see one another at all. The day was truly perfect, any issue that arose Victoria was straight onto and some never even came to our attention as they were sorted out before we could stress about them! All of our guests raved about how incredible the food was, and those with dietary requirements were so thankful to have such lovely meal as this is often an after thought. The guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how they were blown away. We could not fault Rivervale Barn and the team in any way shape or form and we will be forever thankful for all the hard work they put in throughout the day.
