As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! We couldn’t haven’t had the amazing day without Bluebird, I really can’t recommend them enough!!

Lauren and Tash were flawless and the best money we spent to ensure our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible. They were incredible from the beginning to end, from initial zoom calls to the wedding night. When looking for our wedding coordinators I knew as soon as I spoke to Lauren that Bluebird Creative where the one, she filled me with confidence and I instantly felt relaxed knowing we were in good hands! And on our wedding day both Lauren and Tash were amazing, so efficient and on top of everything.Our friends and family mentioned how lovely and great they were too. We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. They were extremely professional and many of the staff who were initially reticent to have a 'teambuilding' day were keen to have another after this. We did the Level Up event and it was fast paced and extremely fun! It had something for everyone and so many laughs!

So glad we chose White Rhino - from the first enquiry, through the tailored booking, the communication was excellent. On the day, Dan and Sam were both absolutely brilliant. Their organisation and delivery were perfectly pitched to our team and everyone LOVED the bake off! This was part of a strategic away day and set the tone perfectly. We had a really engaged and productive day, and the team are still buzzing from the team building event.

Everyone really enjoyed the game; it was a great team building exercise that really demonstrated our different skills and highlighted the competitive members! Our host was really motivating and very helpful to the teams that called on her for support during the game. Having never even experienced an escape room in person I wasn’t sure how well it would run virtually but I was really surprised how well it went and how being virtual didn’t put us at a disadvantage in coming together as a team to complete the game.

What can I say except 'We could not have done it without Helen'!! When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. Thankyou!

We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!

These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. We couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough. Every step of the way Helen was supportive and guided us through the whole process. After every phone call she put me at ease and I felt a sigh of relief that everything was going in the right direction. The day before our wedding, Helen met us at the venue to do a handover and from that point onwards I was able to totally relax and enjoy this special time with my husband-to-be and all of our family and friends knowing our day was in the safe hands of Helen. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. There was some confusion about the tableware which was organised by myself, however superwomen Helen took control of the situation and managed to source everything we needed the day of (with a little help from her lovely husband who was the delivery man!). I would not have known anything what had happened BTS until after the wedding, for this we are so grateful. We had the best weekend of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible without Helen, thank you for everything!

We were so lucky to find and work with Lucia for our August wedding. Having her as our wedding planner was by far the best decision we made. We had ideas about what we wanted, but not a cohesive vision - Lucia managed to take those strands and turn them into something tangible that flowed throughout our whole wedding celebration. Even with a wedding planner, last minute issues pop up - but having Lucia there meant they were pretty much resolved before we were even aware there was a problem. With busy jobs, this was invaluable. In the run up to the day, Lucia was nothing short of fantastic. But on our wedding weekend is where she was a real superstar. For us everything about our wedding went seamlessly. Not only has she got a great eye for detail (our wedding breakfast room looked amazing and she even managed to artistically disguise some scuffs on the wall) but her energy just made everyone she interacted with (our guest and suppliers) so at ease and happy. The morning after a very long day and night (!), Lucia and her daughter even came back to the venue and made mini bouquets from our flowers that our guests could take home with them. We had so many comments from close friends and family telling us how amazing our wedding planner was - and Alex was recommending her to everyone we know. I think that says it all! Lucia was brilliant. Based on friends I know who got married at the same time having a wedding planner is so helpful but having the right wedding planner is the key! Everything about our wedding weekend was not only perfect, it was stress free and I know that was because of Lucia’s efforts.

Not sure even where to begin with how incredible Lucia is - from listening to my random selection of ideas and Pinterest photos on our first call to turning that into a beautiful, modern, sophisticated vision which was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. At every meeting my husband and I walked away saying “Lucia is the best decision we made.” Beyond the amazing design, Lucia’s organisation, planning and delivery of our day and the management of the collection of suppliers (I also was so happy with every supplier she recommended personally) made the whole experience completely stress free and I know we wouldn’t have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did if we hadn’t had such a trusted and excellent planner. Our guests and family also commented on excellent she was. Lucia’s attention to detail is incredible - there was no detail that she hadn’t considered or wasn’t on top of and it really showed. If you want a beautifully designed and stress-free wedding day you need to have Lucia involved. She is the best decision we made!

We initially approached Lucia for event styling, wanting to bring cohesion to our vision for a beautiful wedding at the Corinthia London. We struggled to find any inspiration pictures for what we wanted as it didn’t exist. Lucia offered both simple ideas and more extravagant options to bring cohesion without pressuring us. Her expertise extended beyond design elements to enhancing our guests’ experience, suggesting unique ideas we hadn’t considered. Both of us were quite time poor so it was a relief to know there was someone looking after these things! The day before the wedding my mother had an unexpected injury. Unsure of how serious it was, I contacted Lucia first. Within three hours of scheduled departure we had two ambulances at the house. Lucia stayed in contact as we traveled to the venue with all luggage. We put Lucia in contact with my Dad in the hopes my parents would be able to travel to the venue later. Lucia researched transport options and arranged for them to join us once mum was released from the hospital. Not as easy as it sounds when you live in Kent, the wedding is in London, and your parents are at a hospital in a location you don’t even know. This was above and beyond her duties but it truly speaks to her caring nature. I will never forget how Lucia kept it together for us on that day. Many guests called it the best wedding they’d ever attended, largely thanks to Lucia’s seamless coordination with her suppliers. On the day she was in her element. She ensured everything ran like clockwork, creating a truly phenomenal and unforgettable event. Lucia, thank you for your dedication, late nights, and guidance in making our wedding day one to remember!

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

My rowing club recently hosted our annual dinner using their services, and I can't thank them enough for making it such a fantastic success! I attended the event along with my fellow rowers and friends, and would like to commend their team for the exceptional evening. Everyone I spoke to was in agreement that the service, amazing food, and flawless presentation made it so memorable and special. Special shoutout to Darren and his team who were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The quality was impressive, and I know our committee who planned our annual dinner received nothing but positive feedback. Can't wait to have them back at the club for future events!

We chose Event Catering to provide the food for a party and we were so pleased to have done so. We had Paella for 60 people where sit down dining for all guests wasn’t an option. It was delicious and we received a lot of great feedback on it. Being prepared outside saved space in the venue.too. Michelle was very accommodating in the run up due to changes that we were having to make. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 😊

Michelle and her team were absolutely amazing providing catering for my mum's memorial service. They were efficient, great communication, prompt and seamless. I booked Mario for my hen doo at home and we had the best time. The communication was great and everything ran really smoothly. We hired Mario for a small 40th birthday celebration and were absolutely thrilled with the service. The response on email was quick and detailed, all questions answered and so helpful to enable us to customise the evening. All ingredients were fresh and all cocktails made in front of you, everything tasted amazing and Mario was more than happy to accommodate any requests with ingredients he had. I booked Cocktails by Mario at short notice for my 50th birthday. Both Mario himself and Myla were amazing. They were easy to book and liaise with prior to the event. At the party they were very entertaining and attentive. The cocktails were amazing and my guests were blown away, they really helped to create a wow factor. They looked after my guests so I didn’t have to worry and I could enjoy my own party. I will definitely be booking them again for future gatherings.

An absolute dream to work with! I hired Mario to do a celebration at my home for the birth of my little one. I came across this business off Instagram. I am just so lucky I came across his page! Mario has been fantastic with communication, he is super talented with his Mixologist skills! (Not only did cater for the alcoholics, but he also catered for the non-drinkers too). Most importantly he is such a beautiful soul inside and out, I found him extremely easy to get on with. It has been an absolute pleasure to have him for my event. Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. Bellissima Days are amazing, they have lovely creative ideas and helped bring our wedding together. The decor at our wedding venue looked stunning and was as ascetically pleasing as we had dreamed of. The flowers and bouquets were perfect and the tables were gorgeous, we had lots of compliments. Everything ran so smoothly and it really did take away any stresses from me on the morning, we couldn't have asked for better so thank you so much.

Honestly what an absolute life saver and dream team these girls are. We were originally planning to DIY our wedding but after speaking to Dani & Issi about what they could offer it was a no brainer. We can't thank Dani and Issi enough for how beautiful they made our day. Choosing someone to style and provide flowers for our day was one of our biggest challenges. We found that most styling companies would give us a price list and expect us to plan our day based on that instead of actually being shown anything. We were getting quite frustrated until someone who was getting married at the same venue as us, suggested Bellissima Days! From the first email until the last everything seemed so easy! We had an initial call with the girls to discuss our theme, likes and dislikes and before we knew it we had received a vision board of our day. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we visited the girls who had set up a table of what we had discussed and were given the chance to make any changes we wanted. It was so nice to see a snippet of our day. However, when the day finally arrived it was even better than we could imagine! It was what we had asked for and more. A few of things we would definitely recommend to anyone planning their day would be: 1.Coloured glasses are a must! Even if it is just the water glass 2.Coloured napkins add such a nice touch to your table 3.Real flowers! Walking into our ceremony room and smelling our flowers is something I will never forget. Every time I smell real flowers now just brings that day back into our mind. 4.Trust both Dani and Issi. They know what the are talking about and if you are to spend money on something on the day, make sure it's your styling and flowers. 5.Book Bellissima Days with no hesitation.You will not regret it!
