We had the pleasure of working with Freya over the past year for our wedding which took place 27th July in Bath, and cannot recommend her enough! From planning all the way through to the big day, she was an absolute dream to work with. Her attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism truly set her apart. Freya took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn't have even imagined. Freya always responded to our questions quickly, no matter how small, and she made sure to schedule time for video calls whenever we needed. This level of communication gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, Freya was a calming presence. She had excellent feedback from our guests and coordinated everything seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without worrying about any of the logistics. Her fiancé, Danny was also there on the day to lend a helping hand, and was amazing! As with Freya, Danny also made a big effort to build a good relationship with our friends and family and ensure everything went smoothly. What a dream team! Throughout the process, we feel that we became good friends with Freya and Danny, which also showcases her style and how she works with her clients. Wedding - May 2024. Freya worked with us on our wedding for over 18 months. She created our mood board, and then we used her a month of coordination service. Communication was great, and execution was 10/10 As a perfectionist, and also working in corporate events myself, it was never going to be easy to hand the reigns over to someone else, however Freya made me feel confident that i could. Letting me manage as much or as little as i needed to, but also running oversight over everything to ensure nothing was missed. Friendly, approachable and understanding, Freya just made the whole wedding planning experience smooth. Always on hand to help/ advise should I need it. All suppliers have given great feedback on Freya and even with the Rain changing our wedding vision and plans only 4 hours before the ceremony, Freya managed to give us the execution of our wedding day as close to our vision as we could get. on hand to be my eyes and ears on the day, and on top of everything as and when it happened - including repairing my ripped wedding dress! I cannot tell you just how important it was to have the Team on the day, so we could really be present and enjoy our special day with our loved ones! We booked Freya for our second wedding celebration, which took place at Botleys Mansion in Chertsey, Surrey in June 2023. Freya provided partial wedding planning services from approx. 6 months prior to our wedding (at which point I was still busily planning our first wedding that was due to take place in March 2023 in Los Angeles, so was sometimes slow to reply but Freya remained patient & understanding & continued to stay on top of everything that was required at that stage), and also produced a design brief based on detailed vision I provided, along with my Pinterest boards. Freya was detailed throughout the planning process and was always so pleasant to deal with. Our Zoom calls were always productive & I felt like Freya really understood everything I explained & she was patient and passionate. One the day of our wedding, Freya had an assistant. We're most glad that we also hired Freya to sing my processional song for the ceremony - we truly were SO glad we did. Not only did Freya sound absolutely amazing, she absolutely looked the part. She ensured she was dressed according to the aesthetics of our wedding & was fully self-sufficient in setting up her own PA system. Michelle is one incredible lady. She dressed our wedding venue with the most gorgeous drapes and hanging Ivy which fitted our themed perfectly, as well as provide a freestanding adjustable frame for a flower wall. Nothing was too much trouble, Michelle is extremely reliable and she is just a lovely lovely human being. She understands it’s a big day for the bride and groom and does everything in her power to make them feel special as well as ensure the decor is exactly how they want it. Meg and her team supplied us with the perfect decor for our daughters wedding blessing in the garden. From the floral wedding arch, which was stunning to the beautiful dressed chairs and selfie Photo Booth, everyone was blown away with how gorgeous it looked. Absolutely beautiful! I cannot recommend Elite Events enough! We hired the large flower arch, wooden crates & lanterns for our wedding. So many of our guests loved the flower arch and couldn't believe it wasn't real flowers. It definitely appeared in a lot of people's pictures! It complemented the venue so well and we were so happy with it. The lanterns were such a simple touch to add beauty to the outside of the venue and the crates were perfect for our welcome sign. Meg was so helpful throughout & was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Thank you so much! Would 100% use Elite Events again.

Wow, what an excellent service from Elite Events Hire. I called Meg in tears a week before my 40th party as another vendor let me down last minute, I really didn’t think I would be able to find anyone but after moving some things around she slotted me in and done the most amazing set up for me with LED numbers and balloons. We knew from the moment we stepped into Rivervale that this was the place we wanted to get married. The venues and grounds were beautiful and we fell in love with the outdoor space, however on our wedding day the weather had other ideas and because of the rain we held the ceremony indoors. The indoor space was just as gorgeous and now we look back on the day we wouldn’t have had it any other way. The staff were brilliant from planning to the actual day. We would especially like to mention Victoria who we could have not asked for a better person to help us through our day. Our guests were very complimentary of her too as we know it can be quite difficult to organise our friends and families, but she handled it so brilliantly. We can’t speak highly enough of her! Rivervale Barn has also built up amazing partnerships with their suggested supplies, who some of which we used for our day and would recommend taking a look at yourself.

We would 100% recommend One Six Events! We used them for marquee hire for our wedding this Summer. They were helpful and informative when booking and absolutely brilliant with the set up and take down of the marquee. Freddie and his team were all very friendly, they arrived on time to set up and made the process very smooth. We couldn’t recommend them enough! 10/10!

One Six Events are fantastic! We picked One Six Events for our wedding because they could do everything! It was great that we could get a beautiful marquee, bar, everything inside, toilets, fridge trailer and the list goes on, all from one place! Freddie is so knowledgeable about the product and gave great advice for the 100 annoying questions we had. We couldn’t believe the speed in which the wonderful team set up our marquee. Wedding planning can be stressful but they really made the difference due to how smoothly everything went from the design to its removal - this was done so discreetly the as we recovered from the partying. We still receive compliments about our petal pole marquee : ) - 1000% we recommend!

Everyone really enjoyed the game; it was a great team building exercise that really demonstrated our different skills and highlighted the competitive members! Our host was really motivating and very helpful to the teams that called on her for support during the game. Having never even experienced an escape room in person I wasn’t sure how well it would run virtually but I was really surprised how well it went and how being virtual didn’t put us at a disadvantage in coming together as a team to complete the game.

I booked this for our UK sales meeting. Around 30 of us dialled in for the chocolate-making session, which was a huge success and lots of fun. Zoom worked brilliantly for the event, and Jeff kept everyone engaged. Tim in customer support was really responsive to all my questions. Would highly recommend.

What can I say except 'We could not have done it without Helen'!! When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. The team also embraced our theme by wearing their fabulous hot pink aprons, which added such a fun touch. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Events by Helen! We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!

We initially reached out to Green Lily to discuss styling and décor for our wedding, but after meeting Precious, we quickly realised we needed more! After talking through the services, we decided to go for two-week-before coordination, on-the-day coordination, and full styling—and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we met Precious, she just got me. She understood exactly what I wanted and also completely understood my now-husband (who only cared about beer pong and making sure everyone behaved). I felt so listened to—no idea was too small or silly, and Precious always provided thoughtful advice on what would or wouldn’t work. She struck the perfect balance between letting me feel in control and giving me the space to relax. On the day (and during setup the day before), the professionalism of Precious and Sean was truly unmatched. Every vision I had came to life, their attention to detail and problem solving meant that when I walked into the venue after getting ready with my bridesmaids, I was blown away. The little touches they added made it so much more special. They handled all the suppliers so seamlessly that I didn’t even notice anything happening behind the scenes. It felt like all I had to do was enjoy the moment, and they took care of everything else. Honestly, they weren’t just our coordinators and stylists—they were our brains that day, and thanks to them, I was able to switch off completely and soak in every single second. The support they’ve given us before, during, and even after the wedding has been incredible—10/10 doesn’t even begin to describe it. We genuinely feel like we’ve gained a friend. I would recommend Green Lily to anyone getting married—it’s worth every single penny and more. They go above and beyond, and I can’t thank them enough for making our day absolutely perfect!

Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day.
