Clara was absolutely incredible and exceeded all my expectations. I've been a member of a number of business clubs and networking groups. But Surrey Event Professionals is different. Firstly everyone there has a connection to the industry, so a great place to meet potential joint venture partners, and all the speakers are relevant. Secondly everyone is local (which you dont always get when attending industry specific events). And third and foremost everone is so friendly and welcoming, and we have some fun in some beautiful and inspiring venues!

A great way of meeting like-minded event professionals, good for making contacts and meeting with new and established suppliers within the events industry. A friendly and informative monthly meeting with a pleasant and friendly mixed group of event professionals. Highly recommended for anybody in the events industry.

As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! We couldn’t haven’t had the amazing day without Bluebird, I really can’t recommend them enough!!

We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. We had so many comments from family and friends to say how great she was too! An absolute dream to work with! I hired Mario to do a celebration at my home for the birth of my little one. I came across this business off Instagram. I am just so lucky I came across his page! Mario has been fantastic with communication, he is super talented with his Mixologist skills! (Not only did cater for the alcoholics, but he also catered for the non-drinkers too). Most importantly he is such a beautiful soul inside and out, I found him extremely easy to get on with. It has been an absolute pleasure to have him for my event. I can not recommend him enough, I will be only using him for future events!

I booked Mario for my hen doo at home and we had the best time. The communication was great and everything ran really smoothly. If you are thinking of hiring Mario for a cocktail masterclass don't hesitate, you and your guests will have brilliant fun ... Mario and Mylie were fantastic! Communication pre the event was great and nothing was too much trouble. As the host they always made sure that I had a cocktail in my hand. They were really engaging and everyone was very complementary. The cocktails were amazing too. I would definitely recommend!

I booked Cocktails by Mario at short notice for my 50th birthday. Both Mario himself and Myla were amazing. They were easy to book and liaise with prior to the event. At the party they were very entertaining and attentive. The cocktails were amazing and my guests were blown away, they really helped to create a wow factor. They looked after my guests so I didn’t have to worry and I could enjoy my own party. I will definitely be booking them again for future gatherings.

We initially reached out to Green Lily to discuss styling and décor for our wedding, but after meeting Precious, we quickly realised we needed more! After talking through the services, we decided to go for two-week-before coordination, on-the-day coordination, and full styling—and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we met Precious, she just got me. She understood exactly what I wanted and also completely understood my now-husband (who only cared about beer pong and making sure everyone behaved). Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

Honestly what an absolute life saver and dream team these girls are. We were originally planning to DIY our wedding but after speaking to Dani & Issi about what they could offer it was a no brainer. The day was stress free because we didn’t have to worry about anything, and the styling and floristry were so beautifully blended because they pull the whole look together. Bellissima Days are amazing, they have lovely creative ideas and helped bring our wedding together. The decor at our wedding venue looked stunning and was as ascetically pleasing as we had dreamed of. The flowers and bouquets were perfect and the tables were gorgeous, we had lots of compliments. Everything ran so smoothly and it really did take away any stresses from me on the morning, we couldn't have asked for better so thank you so much.

Our wedding was made all the more special and beautiful because of them From the first time we met at the Horsley Towers wedding fare, until the morning after the wedding, they were so helpful and accommodating and just made my vision come to life. We can't thank Dani and Issi enough for how beautiful they made our day. Choosing someone to style and provide flowers for our day was one of our biggest challenges. We found that most styling companies would give us a price list and expect us to plan our day based on that instead of actually being shown anything. We were getting quite frustrated until someone who was getting married at the same venue as us, suggested Bellissima Days! From the first email until the last everything seemed so easy! We had an initial call with the girls to discuss our theme, likes and dislikes and before we knew it we had received a vision board of our day. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we visited the girls who had set up a table of what we had discussed and were given the chance to make any changes we wanted. It was so nice to see a snippet of our day. However, when the day finally arrived it was even better than we could imagine! It was what we had asked for and more. A few of things we would definitely recommend to anyone planning their day would be: 1.Coloured glasses are a must! Even if it is just the water glass 2.Coloured napkins add such a nice touch to your table 3.Real flowers! Walking into our ceremony room and smelling our flowers is something I will never forget. Every time I smell real flowers now just brings that day back into our mind. 4.Trust both Dani and Issi. They know what the are talking about and if you are to spend money on something on the day, make sure it's your styling and flowers. 5.Book Bellissima Days with no hesitation.You will not regret it!

Where do I start as I’m not sure even a glowing review could ever do this team and the work they do - justice. Having been fortunate enough to attend events run by BEM in the corporate world, it was an absolute no brainer to chose tk work with them to plan our 10th wedding anniversary and it was the best decision we made! The team really do have a unique talent for understanding the brief and they knew exactly which suppliers would be the perfect fit for our party, our guests and our location - our home. We wanted to transport our guests back to Italy where we got married and the team incorporated some magical Italian accents throughout the party, which brought back wonderful memories from all those years ago. From the fantastic Aperol (and limoncello spritz!) bar that everyone loved, to the brilliant DJ and the hugely talented electric violist that kept the party going, every detail was flawless. The wood-fired oven pizzas were on another level, the burrata and Parma ham station a huge hit, and the fee flowing Italian beers went down a treat! It truly was the best party we've ever had, and all thanks to the incredible team who made everything so perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more special celebration. Our wedding last year was amazing, in no small part due to the hard work and excellent organisation from Eve and the team at Bespoke Events Management. With so much to plan and coordinate, it was such a stress-relief to have our scheduled catch ups, planning advice their ability to sort out those annoying tricky issues that always come up. We had decided on a Marquee and Hog Roast, with Glamping for guests staying overnight, and Bespoke made it straight forward and easy to see the options, offer advice on sourcing and price, and get all the details exactly as we wanted. During the wedding day, Eve was on hand throughout to make sure everything was running smoothly, wrangling with surly caterers and giving us a fantastic start to our married life! Bespoke worked tirelessly to pull together our perfect August marquee wedding. We had a relatively small budget to work with which Karianne worked so hard to match and in the end we were extremely happy with how our budget was used. The field itself has a beautiful view and Karianne managed to find the best vendors (DJ, mobile bar, marquee, even toilets!!) to match our theme and budget. Even on the day, she was there to make sure everything went seamlessly. We cannot thank Bespoke enough for the best wedding ever!

We had a wonderful wedding celebration at Bespoke at Littleton Manor Farm last month. The setting is unique and beautiful, and really made an impression on our guests. Karianne worked with us from the beginning to bring our vision to life. The event came together in a way that felt authentic to us, and went off without a hitch. It's a lot of work planning an event with such a blank canvas, but the end result came out better than we could have imagined.

So glad we chose White Rhino - from the first enquiry, through the tailored booking, the communication was excellent. On the day, Dan and Sam were both absolutely brilliant. Their organisation and delivery were perfectly pitched to our team and everyone LOVED the bake off! This was part of a strategic away day and set the tone perfectly. We had a really engaged and productive day, and the team are still buzzing from the team building event.

They were extremely professional and many of the staff who were initially reticent to have a 'teambuilding' day were keen to have another after this. We did the Level Up event and it was fast paced and extremely fun! It had something for everyone and so many laughs!

I booked this for our UK sales meeting. Around 30 of us dialled in for the chocolate-making session, which was a huge success and lots of fun. Zoom worked brilliantly for the event, and Jeff kept everyone engaged. Tim in customer support was really responsive to all my questions. Would highly recommend.
