Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. We are so grateful to Apollo for putting together the most special day of our lives!

We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. Lauren and Tash were flawless and the best money we spent to ensure our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible. They were incredible from the beginning to end, from initial zoom calls to the wedding night. When looking for our wedding coordinators I knew as soon as I spoke to Lauren that Bluebird Creative where the one, she filled me with confidence and I instantly felt relaxed knowing we were in good hands! As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). I am so glad I had come across Bellissima Days at a wedding fair and making a decision to book them to style our wedding! During our initial planning meeting we discussed lots of ideas and after this, they really listened, created and delivered as we were stunned with the outcome! It was exactly what we had hoped and visualised, and the whole thing came together beautifully. The booking process was so easy and seamless and Dani and Issi did an amazing job and were so friendly and professional. We really felt at ease and on the day I didn't have to think of anything as they had it all under control. We can't thank Dani and Issi enough for how beautiful they made our day. Choosing someone to style and provide flowers for our day was one of our biggest challenges. We found that most styling companies would give us a price list and expect us to plan our day based on that instead of actually being shown anything. We were getting quite frustrated until someone who was getting married at the same venue as us, suggested Bellissima Days! From the first email until the last everything seemed so easy! We had an initial call with the girls to discuss our theme, likes and dislikes and before we knew it we had received a vision board of our day. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we visited the girls who had set up a table of what we had discussed and were given the chance to make any changes we wanted. It was so nice to see a snippet of our day. However, when the day finally arrived it was even better than we could imagine! It was what we had asked for and more. A few of things we would definitely recommend to anyone planning their day would be: 1.Coloured glasses are a must! Even if it is just the water glass 2.Coloured napkins add such a nice touch to your table 3.Real flowers! Walking into our ceremony room and smelling our flowers is something I will never forget. Every time I smell real flowers now just brings that day back into our mind. 4.Trust both Dani and Issi. They know what the are talking about and if you are to spend money on something on the day, make sure it's your styling and flowers. 5.Book Bellissima Days with no hesitation.You will not regret it!

Bellissima Days are amazing, they have lovely creative ideas and helped bring our wedding together. The decor at our wedding venue looked stunning and was as ascetically pleasing as we had dreamed of. The flowers and bouquets were perfect and the tables were gorgeous, we had lots of compliments. Everything ran so smoothly and it really did take away any stresses from me on the morning, we couldn't have asked for better so thank you so much.

So glad we chose White Rhino - from the first enquiry, through the tailored booking, the communication was excellent. On the day, Dan and Sam were both absolutely brilliant. Their organisation and delivery were perfectly pitched to our team and everyone LOVED the bake off! This was part of a strategic away day and set the tone perfectly. We had a really engaged and productive day, and the team are still buzzing from the team building event.

I booked this for our UK sales meeting. Around 30 of us dialled in for the chocolate-making session, which was a huge success and lots of fun. Zoom worked brilliantly for the event, and Jeff kept everyone engaged. Tim in customer support was really responsive to all my questions. Would highly recommend.

They were extremely professional and many of the staff who were initially reticent to have a 'teambuilding' day were keen to have another after this. We did the Level Up event and it was fast paced and extremely fun! It had something for everyone and so many laughs!

Everyone really enjoyed the game; it was a great team building exercise that really demonstrated our different skills and highlighted the competitive members! Our host was really motivating and very helpful to the teams that called on her for support during the game. Having never even experienced an escape room in person I wasn’t sure how well it would run virtually but I was really surprised how well it went and how being virtual didn’t put us at a disadvantage in coming together as a team to complete the game.

Louise is a truly superb event planner. I had the pleasure of working with her recently on a birthday party event in Mayfair and I can genuinely say it was a party to remember. Louise organised our central London ceilidh wedding reception and was absolutely brilliant from the moment we engaged her. Louise thought of everything and was great at dealing with suppliers - including some tricky customers! She was always on hand and we had such confidence in her - it was a blessing to hand everything over to her in the run up to the reception. We were so impressed with how calm Louise was on the night and how she was constantly attentive whilst operating behind the scenes. It was a no-brainer to join Surrey Event Professionals! For me it made sense to be networking within my own industry sector. The meetings are interesting, informative and relaxed, with a fantastic group of people, and a great variety of locations. We are all there to help each other grow, so everyone is very supportive.

I've been a member of a number of business clubs and networking groups. But Surrey Event Professionals is different. Firstly everyone there has a connection to the industry, so a great place to meet potential joint venture partners, and all the speakers are relevant. Secondly everyone is local (which you dont always get when attending industry specific events). And third and foremost everone is so friendly and welcoming, and we have some fun in some beautiful and inspiring venues!

Surrey Event Professionals is a lively, fun and extremely useful group for anyone working within the events industry. I attend every month and every single time I come away with at least 1 new lead and several new contacts. An absolute must for anyone looking to grow their business within this vibrant industry.
