Rowland and Garth are both excellent electricians who have worked on our first house 8 years ago and then this month on our latest house. I came home from my holiday to find that my roof had leaked and some of the electrics had been affected. So just to be safe I asked Rowland of Brightlights solutions if he could do an electrical survey to make sure nothing was seriously wrong with the electrics and to make sure it was all safe. Rowland himself was extremely busy as electricians are but he sent round his colleague Garth instead. Garth was extremely well mannered and knowledgeable. He worked very quietly and quickly. He even has indoor shoes in order to keep your floors clean which was very unexpected but a really nice touch. I will always use Brightlights and forever recommend them with confidence because it doesn’t matter who shows up at your house, you know if you’ve called Brightlights then they’ll have unparalleled knowledge and you’ll be getting the best possible service.

Rowland and the team have done various items of work for us over the past year, all to a very high standard. They are conscientious about all aspects of their work and as well as being highly knowledgeable and competent are prompt, courteous and tidy. I'm very pleased that I engaged Rowland to sort out the outdoor lighting in my driveway and garden/patio area. When I called him with my initial enquiry, he was very helpful with some initial ideas and made himself available for an exploratory visit and discussion the next day. During his visit, he immediately impressed me with his knowledge and passion for finding the best solution for my needs. Once we agreed on the plans, he promptly sent me a quote for the work, which was a very fair price. SRC Electrical did a sensational job on a tricky rewire at our property to the highest standard. I had originally been messed about by other local tradesman regarding this job but Steve took the reins and went above and beyond for us. He was a good, reliable presence in the house, our dog loved him and I couldn't have asked a more professional electrician. We were provided with all the necessary certificates and information before and after the job. So with that I would fully recommend SRC to anyone.

Steve undertook extensive electrical work in my renovated flat; it was all carried out smoothly, in a timely fashion and amicably. When other trades caused delays in the work, Steve returned on two separate occasions to complete the job. I would thoroughly recommend him as an efficient, totally professional electrician and will contact him again without hesitation if more work is ever required.

I contracted SRC Electrical to carry out works at my work premises. The works were to install electrical feeds for a new commercial gas cooker, to rewire the existing extractor hood, install the cooker and to isolate/re-utilise part of the existing set-up (which was no longer required as was for the old gas appliance). Steve was friendly, prompt, responsive, detailed, helpful, attentive and professional at every stage of contact from the very initial contact through to completion of the works (where he then called the next day to debrief as works finished after I had left for the day). There's one little snag (no fault of SRC in the first place) which we have discussed and Steve will be resolving next week. Importantly, I have absolute confidence that he will do this. By the time I was in the office the next morning, the required certification and building notice instruction(s) had been actioned/completed - with all the relevant paperwork supplied to us already. I'd highly recommend Steve (and Phil who was working with him). SRC have proven to be a great contact who are solutions focused and we look forward to working with them over the coming months and years.

I couldn't recommend Steve highly enough. I gave him a reasonably complex kitchen and day room to wire with electrics for all appliances and an island, under-stairs loo, smart lighting throughout with additional pendant and outdoor lighting, ceiling speakers and cat6 fibre run from the front of my house. He clearly laid it all out as the build progressed, went through it all with me, explained the various options when I wanted pretty much everything and did it all with great proficiency, professionalism and punctuality! Had a good laugh too! Wouldn't look elsewhere when needed in the future!

We have used Alpine Electrical before, they do great work, this time it was part of a kitchen installation, all done to a good standard. Tim and his boys are reliable and good so they are always busy. We will use them again for any electrical work we need

Samsum and his team were brilliant. They worked with our builder on our extension and renovation. From they time of quoting to where we are now, nearly finished, they have been exceptional. We told them what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Offered great advice on fitting etc and was able to arrange for alarm system to be installed. Also added few extras that we changed during the build process. The finish was better than the products we had identified. Planning and attention to detail was wonderful. Few things done without cost as this provided a better outcome. Wonderful. Samsum also shared my liking for gadgets and technology and nice to see someone in the trade show a true passion for their work and also for the outcome the client gets. I think there was some TV envy!!! Wifi works like a dream, OLED tv has pride of place in the living room, so much so that I cannot get to watch it as the kids seem to like it so much. Understandable delays caused by Covid were never and issue as Samsun would keep updated daily if needed. If there is every anything further we need doing, then Samsun and his team will be the only people we call. It was a pleasure to have Samsun and the SG Electrical Team in our house and we are so pleased with the end product.

My wife and I recently undertook a full house renovation on our cottage in Weybridge and SG Electrical oversaw absolutely everything related to the electrics. This included a full rewire of the house but also the installation of CAT-6 data cables and access points to improve the home Wi-Fi and a smart home heating system. From first meeting with them, they took us through the whole home advising on where best to place sockets and switches and their expertise was obvious from this point. We were extremely impressed with their knowledge of modern technology and how to implement it across the home. We followed their advice happily - and are very glad we did. There were no issues at all during the work and everything was completed on time, on budget and everything works as expected. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending SG Electrical. Arthur advised on an electrical fault on our dashboard (that our garage had said would cost over a thousand pounds to fix!), and removed it for us so we could send it away for repair. A genuine, no-nonsense guy who ultimately saved us hundreds of pounds and a great deal of stress! Recomended.

I truly recommend Arthur! For a year I have been having problems with the warning sound - when I left the headlights on - not working. As a result it happened a couple of times that the car battery went flat. I spoke to a couple of garages and they had no clue of how to fix it and I was told that it would have been cheaper to buy a new car (my car is just 9 years old and has no other problems). When I called Arthur and gave him the make and model of my car, he knew straight away what the problem was. He booked me in for the following week, ordered the part - £135 - and my car was back in full order the following day. He also fixed few other electrical issues I didn't realise I had! Thank you Arthur!

I needed help with a Hyundai that had a strange battery drain. Arthur was able to book me in within a week. He gave a great estimate of the cost of the works, and explained what he would test. As per many other reviews on here, he is so knowledgable and was able to quickly locate the fault - and rectify it. Fair pricing, tremendous experience of auto electrical faults, and a thoroughly nice person to deal with. If you're in the area or can get here, I cannot advise enough speaking to Arthur first on anything auto-electrical. He really is a gem in this industry and we are lucky to have his business in Woking.

We had an issue with some of the electrical sockets and wiring after it was overloaded. I called Arek and he was able to come very promptly to look at the issue. He inspected everything very thoroughly and was able to fix the issue as well as other issues he found after inspection. He charged a reasonable amount for the work he did and left everything very tidy. I will definitely be using Arek again in the future and would recommend him to anyone!
