Used J A Electrical Services (Aldershot) for an emergency callout on a Sunday where any appliance was tripping the electrics. I had an engineer attend my house within an hour. The engineer was professional, courteous and a speedy worker and I was really pleased they found the fault and had the parts to hand to fix it. I was really happy with the price. Tripped Out Electrical provided an excellent service for the scope of work; new consumer unit with RCBOs, new / upgraded sockets throughout and new interlinked smoke & heat alarms. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future. Gareth was very personable, engaging and knowledgeable when visiting to quote which was reassuring. The quality of the work performed was to a high level, including clean chasing and making good. Was very accommodating to some last minute changes from us. We were recommended Sasha by our neighbour when we needed a series of electrical works done to the house we'd just bought. This included replacing all the switches and sockets with new faceplates, fixing or replacing down lights and pendant lights where they had been left broken, installing new outdoor lights and doing an electrical inspection. Sasha and her apprentice Patrick did an amazing job on the house, but above all I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to help me through the process. She would send me very detailed instructions of what I needed to purchase, and then check my order before i bought it to make sure I hadn't made any mistakes (there were always mistakes), she would buy the things herself if I wasn't certain, and came to the house multiple times to get the job done without fuss. She was incredibly organised, helpful and respectful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an electrician in the Godalming area!

If you need a skilled electrician in the Godalming area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sasha. She was reliable and communicative at every turn, and always explained the 'why' behind things with enthusiasm and patience. We wanted an electrical inspection and needed an outdoor socket decommissioned. We also needed several new things fitted: down and pendant lights, switches, face plates and more. Sasha and colleague carried this all out to an exceptional standard - including the relevant DIY, making good, and cleaning up afterwards. Very pleased!

We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. No task was too much for him and he was professional and efficient.
