From the outset Dune was 100% engaged providing advice over WhatsApp in the first instance and then coming out late in the evening to swap out a defective shower pull cord (melted switch!) and install an outside light. I stupidly tried to replace a light fitting on my own, when it was removed I saw how poor the wiring was so I went on google to call the professionals. One company confirmed they could come out but then after waiting for 3hours they then said they couldn’t make it, I called 247 and spoke to Matthew who was kind and helpful, he asked for some pics and gave me a very reasonable quote, he said Luke would be over by 7:30pm and he was.
