I stupidly tried to replace a light fitting on my own, when it was removed I saw how poor the wiring was so I went on google to call the professionals. One company confirmed they could come out but then after waiting for 3hours they then said they couldnāt make it, I called 247 and spoke to Matthew who was kind and helpful, he asked for some pics and gave me a very reasonable quote, he said Luke would be over by 7:30pm and he was. Luke was friendly and professional and got the job done. We have many more jobs that need doing and these guys are our new local sparkys! I canāt thank you guys enough for the speedy response! Jamie and Paul both work as a great team. It was very short notice still they have squeezed in and delivered my work. James and his team carried out a full project electrical install for us. External and internal , sockets, fuse box as part of a major house renovation. The quality of the work was superb. James came over and assessed the work we needed doing, and gave a very reasonable quote as compared to some other local electricians. He also went above and beyond the original ask, and quoted to change our thermostat system over to a Nest, which we asked to add on. The work was carried out efficiently, and he also managed to draft in a plumber at short notice for a small cylinder crisis very effectively as well. I asked for some rewiring work to be done and EICR. I was very impressed by the quality of work Jack provided. Both James and Jack listened carefully to their customers and understood their requirements very well. Jack patched up the wall and tidied up after he completed the work very well. From the outset Dune was 100% engaged providing advice over WhatsApp in the first instance and then coming out late in the evening to swap out a defective shower pull cord (melted switch!) and install an outside light. I had 2 installations of solar panels with batteries. Blue Electric started on time, finished on time and the cost was as per the quotes. Dean kept me up to date and was very easy to get hold of when needed. Kalil completed the work for both jobs, he was very helpful when it came to the best time to turn off the electric to cause least disruption, he also cleared up any rubbish etc once finished. I highly recommend Blue Electric.

Dean & his team were great, they gave a really good quote with details of the return that we would get. They listened to our specific needs. They updated/ upgraded a few of the components to make sure that we were going to get the best results from our solar panels & battery set up. They kept us informed. Blue Electric installed solar panels for us last December. Dean was extremely informative and patient whilst we were deciding on the various options. The team who did the work, led by Kalil, were efficient, professional and pleasant. We really couldnāt have wished for better service. Kalil has since been back to sort out an unvented water tank that had been badly wired by another company. Testimony that this company really cares about its customers. I recommend them very highly.
