On a cold January Sunday afternoon all our power went. Samar came out and fixed it. Rapid and professional, we'll be using Galaxy Electrical Services Ltd for future work. Highly recommended.

Samar provided an excellent service from the initial enquiry, the question and quote stage, and on the day of installation. Samar remained on site from installing the EV charger right through to ensuring it was recognised by the HIVE app. He didn’t leave the site until the charger was useable which involved contacting HIVE multiple times and logging into the laptop to manage the options and set up. Samar also made a very neat job of both the inside electrics as well as on the exterior, avoiding any visible wires. This was much appreciated as this would have shown on the white render. All paperwork and certificates followed through on the same day. I couldn’t recommend Samar more highly.

We had to have various bits of electrical work completed both inside and outside of our house. Tom from TWB was on time for the original appointment and the quote came back the day he said it would - great start. On the day itself, the guys turned up at the exact time they said they would be on site. Impressive timing. The work was completed to the very highest of standards, the guys were very polite throughout, and everything cleaned up afterwards. As a customer, the experience was certainly five star. I would recommend TWB to anyone looking for electrical work completed to very high standards, by a team who also operate to very high standards. “Quick, Efficient, and Friendly” We needed a new socket installed by our fireplace for a TV and some updated lighting. Samsun and his team did the electrics for our loft extension. Samsun was great - he came on site at the beginning and helped us worked out where plugs and lights should go. He came back to check on progress and kept in touch throughout the process. His guys, especially Kieran, were great. Really professional, respectful and very easy to work with. We asked Samsun to help us with an extra very small job ages after the loft was finished and Kieran came out the next week and fixed it immediately. Thank you Samsun and the team for such a positive experience.

Samsum and his team were brilliant. They worked with our builder on our extension and renovation. From they time of quoting to where we are now, nearly finished, they have been exceptional. We told them what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Offered great advice on fitting etc and was able to arrange for alarm system to be installed. Also added few extras that we changed during the build process. The finish was better than the products we had identified. Planning and attention to detail was wonderful. Few things done without cost as this provided a better outcome. Wonderful. Samsum also shared my liking for gadgets and technology and nice to see someone in the trade show a true passion for their work and also for the outcome the client gets. I think there was some TV envy!!! Wifi works like a dream, OLED tv has pride of place in the living room, so much so that I cannot get to watch it as the kids seem to like it so much. Understandable delays caused by Covid were never and issue as Samsun would keep updated daily if needed. If there is every anything further we need doing, then Samsun and his team will be the only people we call. It was a pleasure to have Samsun and the SG Electrical Team in our house and we are so pleased with the end product.

Excellent from start to finish. The quoting phase was very thorough with the gaffer Andrew taking plenty of time to ensure the job was quoted exactly how I wanted. On the day the automated text was excellent to keep me updated on when the electricians would arrive. Both of which, Morgan and Mitch, did an excellent job, professional, friendly and left the job clean & tidy. It sounds like what you should expect as standard, but these days it seems quite rare! Very happy overall and highly recommended.

Lime Electrical (Greg) installed an airconditioning system for a rental flat. The team were very clean and tidy, responded promptly to queries, and came when they said they would. The work was carried out to a high standard, and advice given was appropriate. The tenants are thrilled with the energy efficiency of the installation especially for the heating, so everyone is very happy. I would use Lime Electrical again.

What a great guy! Called and spoke to Mark on Monday am, after all sockets kept tripping out and had already done a few things to find the problem. He could have charged to come out but instead talked me through a process to find the fault - all sorted in a call. He even called me back to check that I’d sorted it myself. No charge! Unheard of - highly recommend, great service.
