I was very impressed with the service I received from Electric4U when I had my home Zappi electric car charge point installed. We have a looped supply and I had tried a few other companies who said it was too complicated to deal with the DNO to have my installation carried out. Electric4U gave me a competitive quote, carried out a survey, dealt with the paperwork and carried out the installation all within two weeks which I was very happy with.

We first used Electric4U to install our EV charging system of which we were exceedingly happy with. We contacted E4U again regarding Solar Panel installation. The quote, recommended equipment & system was very well laid out. As soon as solar equipment was delivered directly from the supplier, the installation commenced promptly. E4U were excellent in their approach and installation of all the related equipment whilst checking and double checking the voltage readings every step of the way between the main house consumer unit to the panel and inverter. We had twelve solar panels installed on two separate roofs giving us two arrays (6 panels on each roof). I have used Electric4U for a couple of years on a variety of small electrical jobs around the house. It is super easy to book an appointment and also to get an appointment quickly. Lewis fitted a new circuit for an induction hob in our home. His communication was superb for both the quote (answering several questions that we had) and for the works. The work was completed efficiently and the cabling looks very neat. Hopefully we won't need any more electrical work for a while, but if/when we do, Lewis will be the first electrician that we call.

Lewis did two jobs for me. Fixed and moved sockets in my bedroom. He did an excellent job, cleaned up, came in time and stuck to his quotes. Really pleased with his work. So a couple of months later I needed three new ceiling lights fitted and again he came on time, did good work, cleaned up and was good to his word about the quote. He did an excellent job again. Really pleased and would recommend him to friends and would use him again.

Rein Electrical were able to attend a last minute request to install an electric cooker after moving into our flat. The team were so friendly, efficient and professional. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and even provided some advice on what to expect when using the cooker for the first time. They tidied up after themselves and left my flat looking brand new (considering the moving in mess). High recommend them. I won’t be using anyone else!

Contacted Rein Electrical as we had a double plug socket in an inconvenient position hindering where we wanted to place a washing machine. Scott called round the next day and sorted out the problem, even placing the socket into a cupboard, which we had not thought possible. He was very cheerful and a very tidy worker. We would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending him to others.

We needed to get a load of new lights fitted and also wanted electrics run out to our shed, so we got Charlie and co round to do the necessary, and they did a lovely job. In fact, whilst they were here, they also sorted out several other little problems round the house which had been niggling us ever since moved in (e.g. dodgy switches and sockets etc). Very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use again, or to recommend.

Had Albert and the team from Eminence Electrical Contractors come over to run power up to my garden. It was a fairly long run of about 50m, but once they came to take a look, they advised on the best path an assured me it would be done neatly. Needless to say, they did a great job, and I'm so happy with the result. I also had some additional sockets fitted in the kitchen, and Albert advised me on an alternative idea for the positioning. I went with his suggestion, and was so happy with the result. Overall, a friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy service. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Phil and his colleague were the epitome of professionalism when he fitted my PIV. He came and inspected the job before starting to make sure everything was in place (unlike others who asked me to send a photo) and on the day installed the equipment, set it all up and showed me the controls and how to use them. Greg and his team done all the electrical works for our self-build house, like wiring, smart lights, solar panels, etc. The quality of work and the knowledge is great, but what we valued the most is incredible customer service and focus on our needs and saving us money rather than just getting money out of us as is the case with many other tradesmen.
