First time I have used Phil's services and hopefully not the last. I would be happy to use him again and to recommend him to others. I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced, friendly and helpful and also very quick and efficient. He was also the most neat and tidy workman I have ever had in the house! Usually I have to spend some time clearing up after a job has been finished but Phil cleared up brilliantly and took all the detritus away with him.

Rein Electrical were able to attend a last minute request to install an electric cooker after moving into our flat. The team were so friendly, efficient and professional. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and even provided some advice on what to expect when using the cooker for the first time. They tidied up after themselves and left my flat looking brand new (considering the moving in mess). High recommend them. I won’t be using anyone else!

We needed to get a load of new lights fitted and also wanted electrics run out to our shed, so we got Charlie and co round to do the necessary, and they did a lovely job. In fact, whilst they were here, they also sorted out several other little problems round the house which had been niggling us ever since moved in (e.g. dodgy switches and sockets etc). Very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to use again, or to recommend.

Washing machine broke down and we needed a replacement as soon as possible. Called at lunch time and they delivered the one we wanted at 4pm! They gave us an overview of the machine and explained how to fit it. It was up and running in no time. They also collected the old machine. Amazing service. Ordered a new Bosch tumble dryer at a very competitive price, and was delivered, installed and old unit recycled with a couple of days of ordering. Previously, I had tried to order online with another larger online retailer, this failed at checkout and was advised after long wait on phone to go to store to order in store. I went to store they said they had no stock. I had wasted a couple of hours. I called CF Hall, they checked stock with their supplier, and managed to order for me whilst I was on phone. I wont waste time on my next purchase trying to save a couple of pounds by ordering online with the larger online stores, will shop local to save time (money) and get a better service.
