Lee has fitted new plug sockets, wired in a cooker, added new fire safe lighting, extractor fan, isolator and electric towel rail and carried out an EICR all for a good price and in the time he said it would take.

We called Mason Electrical as we had just moved to the area and needed the electrics checking on our new home. Lee carried out an EICR check on the property, this test was done instead of just replcaing the fuse board, which is what we initally requested. This was clearly the right decision, as Lee uncovered a bit of a horror show. Great, honest service from a local tradesman, and a lovely bloke too, not easy to find these days!

I can't recommend Dominic enough! Completed a full rewire of our 4 bed house within a week (as he estimated) and as quoted, providing all certification promptly. Incredibly helpful answering all my questions beforehand and during, and updated me after each day how he'd got on. Came back after we'd plasterered and decorated (much later than planned) to fit decorative sockets, switches and pendants, all under the original scope. If all tradespeople were like Dominic, renovating houses would be so straightforward! Would recommend him to anyone seeking a helpful and competent electrician.

I recently used ROK Electrics to update my downlights to LED to try to save on my electricity costs. I also upgraded my outside floodlight to LED for the same reason. David's work was excellent, he was on time and even vacuumed up after he had finished. I am thinking of buying an electric car and will certainly ask David to carry the work out for me. Kelvin was very hardworking and took all the wiring issues that arose in his stride. He did a great job of installing a new fusebox, car charger and extractor fans and downlighters in 2 bathrooms. He did a great job clearing at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in using him again and highly recommending him to others.

Our exterior lighting system failed. KC Electrical methodically isolated the cause of the fault to one of the 20+ year old light fittings. They then managed to find a near identical replacement. We valued their tenacity, professionalism and the bill was quite reasonable too. So HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will certainly use them again.

We hired ACJ to install some wall lights, switches, sockets and run cables for air conditioning and outdoor car charging station. Adam and Darren were really professional and did a great job—When one of the switches arrived late they bent over backwards to help us get it installed before the decorators arrived. Craig has done many jobs over the years for me at home and on site. He is always polite, punctual and tidy. His work has always been of a high standard and i can highly recommend.

I called out Craig in September 2024 to rewire a new heating element fitted to my hot water cylinder which supplies all the hot water to my flat, including the heating. Craig answered the phone first time (a surprise with many trades people) and told me he could come out later the same day. Another surprise! He was running a little late, but texted me to keep me updated, which was thoughtful. When he arrived he quickly assessed the wiring and worked out how to safely get the heating hooked back up the supply. After he left as I continued to test the heating system which had been off for 4-5 months, something tripped and the system shut down. I called Craig back and he agreed to come around after 6pm to continue to fault find. This was also impressive and fitted in with my plans. 15 mins later he was back and another 20 after that, he'd found the fault and fitted a new fuse to a control panel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig. He was the knowledge and right attitude. Top man.

Craig completed several works at my Wedding Venue in March 2024. His service and project management was excellent, and we really appreciated his reliability as our work was done in various stages. He was also able to provide advice on what would look good in my spaces and I have to say it all looks excellent. His quotes were fairly priced and significantly cheaper than a second quote I received from a competitor. The highlight of the works was an LED strip fitted into a lighting trough to illuminate a grade II* listed ceiling (photographed), which has completely transformed the space.
