Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. All in all felt that DRS went above and beyond - they're a great company and I'd highly recommend them.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

I recently used ROK Electrics to update my downlights to LED to try to save on my electricity costs. I also upgraded my outside floodlight to LED for the same reason. David's work was excellent, he was on time and even vacuumed up after he had finished. I am thinking of buying an electric car and will certainly ask David to carry the work out for me. Craig has done many jobs over the years for me at home and on site. He is always polite, punctual and tidy. His work has always been of a high standard and i can highly recommend.

I called out Craig in September 2024 to rewire a new heating element fitted to my hot water cylinder which supplies all the hot water to my flat, including the heating. Craig answered the phone first time (a surprise with many trades people) and told me he could come out later the same day. Another surprise! He was running a little late, but texted me to keep me updated, which was thoughtful. When he arrived he quickly assessed the wiring and worked out how to safely get the heating hooked back up the supply. After he left as I continued to test the heating system which had been off for 4-5 months, something tripped and the system shut down. I called Craig back and he agreed to come around after 6pm to continue to fault find. This was also impressive and fitted in with my plans. 15 mins later he was back and another 20 after that, he'd found the fault and fitted a new fuse to a control panel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig. He was the knowledge and right attitude. Top man.

Contacted Craig via Horsell wire on a Sunday responded first thing Monday and attended Tuesday. Repaired and went out of his way to get me out of a situation without my EV charger which needed a fair bit of attention. Lee has fitted new plug sockets, wired in a cooker, added new fire safe lighting, extractor fan, isolator and electric towel rail and carried out an EICR all for a good price and in the time he said it would take.

We called Mason Electrical as we had just moved to the area and needed the electrics checking on our new home. Lee carried out an EICR check on the property, this test was done instead of just replcaing the fuse board, which is what we initally requested. This was clearly the right decision, as Lee uncovered a bit of a horror show. Great, honest service from a local tradesman, and a lovely bloke too, not easy to find these days!

We hired ACJ to install some wall lights, switches, sockets and run cables for air conditioning and outdoor car charging station. Adam and Darren were really professional and did a great job—When one of the switches arrived late they bent over backwards to help us get it installed before the decorators arrived. We would definitely hire ACJ again and have already recommended them to our neighbours!
