We were recommended Sasha by our neighbour when we needed a series of electrical works done to the house we'd just bought. This included replacing all the switches and sockets with new faceplates, fixing or replacing down lights and pendant lights where they had been left broken, installing new outdoor lights and doing an electrical inspection. Sasha and her apprentice Patrick did an amazing job on the house, but above all I really appreciated how she went above and beyond to help me through the process. She would send me very detailed instructions of what I needed to purchase, and then check my order before i bought it to make sure I hadn't made any mistakes (there were always mistakes), she would buy the things herself if I wasn't certain, and came to the house multiple times to get the job done without fuss. She was incredibly organised, helpful and respectful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an electrician in the Godalming area!

Rafal was truly a God sent. I contacted him in an emergency about electricity issues at a new flat. He was able to come the same day. He did all he could to work out a solution for me with my electricity ( and then even kindly looked at my boiler/ water). Left me with lights, and heating water. Would recommend. Thank you!

Steven was amazing! Called the number at 5pm on a Friday night, after putting up a shelf myself and causing a power cut! Clearly drilled through a wire just before the weekend... Typical! Within the hour Steven was at the house and had the job finished by 7pm! In all my years engaging with electrical and plumbing engineers - I have never been so impressed. Stephen was an emergency call out, from the moment he spoke to arriving (under 30mnts on a Sunday); got the job done, and delivered an outstanding result. Everything else around the service was 5 star - personality, directness, very polite, and even wore shoe protectors when he walked in the door - he dealt with it like he would deal with his own home. We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. No task was too much for him and he was professional and efficient. He sourced all of the equipment ahead of time and the whole process was very easy for us.

Excellent service! We had our EICR check by Amped Electrical. Great and easy communication to book the appointment. The test was carried out by Ian who was polite and friendly and was very informative on the inspection. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service! Called Jasun and left a voice mail on Thursday afternoon... got back in touch with me within 30 mins and arranged to come and carry out PAT testing that same evening (It was an emergency!). Stuck to his quotation price even though i ended up having a few more items tested! Great service, great bloke! Would recommend!

I only needed a vacuum drill PAT tested and a lot of people I contacted either wouldn't test one appliance, or charged a lot to do it. Jasun was more than happy to come out for this small job.
