In all my years engaging with electrical and plumbing engineers - I have never been so impressed. Stephen was an emergency call out, from the moment he spoke to arriving (under 30mnts on a Sunday); got the job done, and delivered an outstanding result. Everything else around the service was 5 star - personality, directness, very polite, and even wore shoe protectors when he walked in the door - he dealt with it like he would deal with his own home. Sasha is brilliant: friendly, professional, reliable, responsive; and is a highly experienced and knowledgeable electrician. She's done a couple of jobs for me and I am very happy with her work.

We were recommended Sasha by our neighbour when we needed a series of electrical works done to the house we'd just bought.
