Mike from EPC Property Service did an EPC for my property. He provided a very friendly and efficient service. Communications were great, we arranged a date and time - arrived bang on time and carried out his inspection professionally and respectfully. I mentioned I needed a outside light fitted and he arranged to come back and do this for me at a really competitive rate. Again the light was fitted efficiently and neatly. We discussed and agreed to use some of the existing holes and wiring (once he checked it was good) to save on making more holes in the wall. A little thing but not something you would normally consider as a customer. I would highly recommend EPC Property Service

I contacted Rayotec to carry out the underfloor heating on my daughter's extension. They responded quickly and provided a quotation and gave me advice regarding the installation and laying of engineered wood floor above the heating. The work was carried out on the date and time they agreed to be on site and before leaving they did a dead test on the system. All in all we were delighted with their service which was neat and tidy and efficiently installed and ready for final connection by our own electrician.

Manny was very professional and very honest about the costs involved. He seemed to do a great job replacing a leaking pipe, and hopefully the problem has been resolved.

I have recently hired Purelite Electrical Ltd electricians Zeeshan & Rizwan. The did a fantastic job in my Kitchen. Kitchen sockets replacement, Cooker hood installation etc. They were very professional in their trade and have done a great job. I will recommend them to my friends ans family for any type of electrical work.

Zeeshan and Purelite have done a number of fantastic jobs in our property including installing and rewiring the lighting, advising us and subsequently installing a new oven and fitting and rewiring a new heating system in the bathroom. The work is excellent and it is at a great price. But what has really stood out over years of working with Zeeshan is that he will passionately explain exactly the situation and options in a way that is understandable and actually very interesting to a non-electrically minded person like me. I cannot recommend highly enough. Seriously.

I had no power in half of my house at night time. Paul came within 20 mins. Found why the RCD kept tripping and found the problem. Paul was very methodical in his approach to finding the fault and was explaining what he was testing every step of the way. The fault was found and resolved. Really happy as I had kids in the house. Paul came out at short notice, on a Sunday, as it was getting dark & cold to trace a main RCD fault to a badly wired socket. Explained everything really clearly and fixed the problem. Very polite and professional - would recommend.

Paul responded within 20 minutes to attend a recurring RCD trip fault. Following a few test Paul identified the cause and restored the circuit. Paul is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend.
