Luke was great! Came in to do an assessment of what we would need to fix lighting in the kitchen and came up with a simple and affordable solution. Once booked came by and did the job quickly and explained what to do and who to contact if any problems. Friendly and professional - will definitely use again!

Luke did a fantastic job of replacing a storage heater - he was patient, friendly and kept a cool head even when a few unexpected difficulties arose with the job. Luke did a full rewire of our house after we moved in (he had also done the Electrical Installation Condition Report after we had put the offer in.) The job was done to a very high level and Luke explained what the issues were and the necessary solutions. He and the team were quick (full occupied rewire in less than 3 weeks) yet comprehensive, flexible and professional. They clearly knew what they were doing and I have real confidence in the final result. In addition, our home was left tidy and with minimal disruption. Mathew was very thorough in his work. He had to correct mistakes made by previous workman which had been left in a dangerous manner could have been electrocuted or a fire. Matt did a fantastic job for us when our kitchen circuits started tripping. Even though it was his planned day, off, he spent the day with us isolating all the possible options, explaining in layman's terms what he was doing at each step, fixing up problems with external plugs and internal wiring that was arcing through a small dishwasher leak he discovered, and also addressing potential problems with the RCD fuseboard on a return trip. I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Lewis, who was able to identify the problem in a methodical manner. It turned out that a fox had chewed on the outdoor electric cables to the garden, causing the house to lose light, and to bring the heating to a standstill. But Lewis was able to fix it all within a speedy 45 minutes. I highly recommend this electrician.
