Everything about Kevin Smith's work has been consistently excellent for the 14 years he has dealt with all electrical issues in my house. This time he fitted my urgent job into his schedule quickly. I've used GK Electrical multiple times now and have also used many other electricians over the years. GK never disappoint and always find solutions to problems that others have simply given up on. Greg and his team done all the electrical works for our self-build house, like wiring, smart lights, solar panels, etc. The quality of work and the knowledge is great, but what we valued the most is incredible customer service and focus on our needs and saving us money rather than just getting money out of us as is the case with many other tradesmen.

Luke did a full rewire of our house after we moved in (he had also done the Electrical Installation Condition Report after we had put the offer in.) The job was done to a very high level and Luke explained what the issues were and the necessary solutions. He and the team were quick (full occupied rewire in less than 3 weeks) yet comprehensive, flexible and professional. They clearly knew what they were doing and I have real confidence in the final result. In addition, our home was left tidy and with minimal disruption. I would have no issues with using Luke again or in recommending him to others.

Sudden loss of all electric power at business unit and sought help from Luke who was by sheer coincidence at the station. Was pleasantly surprised to hear that he was an electrician and in spite of never having met before, he saw our plight and fixed our problem. Luke was great! Came in to do an assessment of what we would need to fix lighting in the kitchen and came up with a simple and affordable solution. I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I easily booked online and the work was done the day after. The engineer explained clearly what needed to be done, even though I’m a noob in all things electricity. Called Andrew on the Monday PM, needing a thermostat and switched spur installed for our underfloor heating in our conservatory. The next day, Tuesday morning at 8AM, Richard and his apprentice, Calum, turned up and sorted it out. Fantastic service!!! Great price, great service. Richard and Callum were efficient, informative, ie. They explained in "layman's terms " how to operate the very complicated thermostat. We now have a very nice and warm conservatory.
