Martin and his men carried out the electrical installation on my daughters extension and renovation. Jack and Will were very obliging, diligent and hardworking. They had to attend on several occasions and fitted in well with our program. The works were executed correctly and certified on completion. Extremely satisfied. I am using them again.

Christy came over to do an energy assessment. She's very professional and thorough. She explained things well and gave us energy saving tips. I also appreciated the fact that she thoughtfully positioned the carbon monoxide detectors instead of just putting them on convenient spots for her. Very pleasant to work with!

First class service from iTech Electrical Group from the minute Laura answered the phone. In urgent need of an electrician because the power in our house had completely shut down, I started making my way through check-a-trade. After calling a couple of companies who were unable to get out to us any time soon I found iTech. Laura was knowledgeable and professional whilst being friendly and reassuring and pulled out all the stops to get an electrician out to us at 8am the next morning. John arrived a couple of minutes early, within half an hour he had identified the problem and 20 minutes later our power was back on and he was packing up to move onto his next job. Very impressed with the service I received. Have had an ongoing electrical fault. When I contacted Helsdown, they clearly communicated what they would do and the costs involved. George arrived and quickly identified and remedied the fault, he also repaired a broken socket and gave some advice on testing. Work was very clean, tidy and efficient.
