I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Highly recommend Oakbarn Vets for their dedication and professionalism!

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

I've been a few times to Guildford vets with my dog sky, she's a very big dog she slobbers and looses her fur all over the reception floor poor ladies that have to clear up after her lol. All the reception staff are fantastic and friendly. Always get a lovely cuppa when we visit. The vets have always been very kind and patient with sky they are always calm around her that makes her more relaxed. There prices are very good to. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Guildford Vet is the best vets I've ever used. They are kind and considerate people with a huge love for animals. I brought my cat to see the vets here due to something happening during emergency hours and I've previously had a bad experience using out of hours vets like VetNow so wanted to find something better. The team at the Guildford Vets took amazing care of Poddy, let me visit whenever I was missing him (he was in with them for a couple of weeks) and they gave me regular updates at the start and end of each day because I was very concerned about my little man. Unfortunately, Poddy didn't make it through his bout of illness but I know the vets did everything they could for him and cared for him as one of their own. They took great care of him in his death as they did in his life and I thank them deeply for everything they did. It's taken me a while to write this review as it is a difficult topic to write about but I hope it's good enough to convince at least one person who is looking for a vets to choose these guys - they are most likely everything you are looking for.

Sadly, our gorgeous 17 year old cat, Munchkin, had to be sent to cat heaven today as she was extremely poorly due to a mass found in her bladder, which was diagnosed by David at The Guildford Vet when we sought a second opinion from him after we weren’t confident about former vet’s diagnosis (which it turns out we were right to question). I cannot express in words how professional, caring, understanding and empathetic everyone is at The Guildford Vet! From the moment I called to ask if we could seek a second opinion from them Kim on reception was amazingly kind and ensured we got registered with them straight away and got an immediate appointment for us with David. At such an emotional and sad time David, Kim and all the team at The Guildford Vet were so very kind and understanding and treated our Munchkin so tenderly - as heartbreaking as it is, we are so grateful her last moments were in their hands. Thank you to David, Kim and all the team for being the lovely people you are who, without a shadow of a doubt, genuinely care for the cherished family pets of your clients.

Took their time with my boy today, reception staff even came to see him and ease his nerves and then the vet was amazing, didn't rush us at all and took the time to get to know my bull breed and winning him over as he was very nervous. Nice to have vets that aren't scared of bull breeds and don't have crazy prices. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My first experience with this vet, and am very impressed. Caring staff and vet, and they did a tremendous amount to naturally keep our kittens calm. Based on this one experience, would definitely recommend

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. Sadly we said goodbye to our old boy this week, and the staff couldn't have been better! We we're given time to say goodbye, some little paw prints and a lock of fur which meant a great deal to us all, and treated our old boy with the greatest of respect. Thankyou all we appreciate it lots....

Dealt with the loss of our pet with respect and care. Even once our little one had passed on, we still heard from them with cards and even a paw print that we never asked for, but are very grateful for. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at the vets.

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. The team is consistently professional and compassionate, making both Felix and us feel at ease. They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. They took the time to explain every detail of Felix's treatment and answered all our questions thoroughly. Felix is always treated with kindness and attention, which puts our minds at ease. The clinic is clean and well-organized, contributing to an overall positive experience. We highly recommend Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for their exceptional care and dedication.

Easy to book, and we saw Ana at Brockham who put our dog at ease (he's not a fan of the vets). She advised on arthritis treatments. We will be returning for a second injection in a month.

Easy online booking and everybody is so nice. We have a pet plan with Medivet do takes the worry out of expense and good to know our dog is looked after

We attended the practice for a second opinion. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Andy, at Banstead Village Surgery. From the moment we walked in, the reception team was welcoming and friendly (which is very rare nowadays). Andy took time to go through everything in detail, and making sure my pet felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

That was my first time visit to the practice, and it was good first impression. Everyone is lovely, friendly, polite and professional. My pets were well attended. I especially loved online booking system. It was fast and easy to use. I look forward to a long-term relationship with this practice.

This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. This is an excellent veterinary practice. The staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It feels like the care is really collaborative, and everyone is working as a team for the best outcomes for both pet and owner

Alex has recently done a very difficult dental on one of my dogs .. she has a heart condition which caused concern… Alex was brilliant, and my little is doing great. I have great confidence in this vets

I'm over the moon with the goddards staff, went above and beyond, put me through to a charity that helped with a lot of the funding for my dog chips treatment, and done some extra work for chip at no extra cost while he was under, Alex has done a great job on chip, and the aftercare was par-excellence, I take my hat off and salute you all 😊

I highly recommend this practice. Alex and his team always go the extra mile to help, even squeezing you in to a busy schedule when you're worried about your pet. Alex always explains things fully and he's great with my cat, who isn't good at being handled by anyone other than me but allows Alex to do anything! I feel my cat is in very safe hands and that's so reassuring. Don't hesitate in registering your pet at this practice. You won't regret doing so!

I know how fortunate i am to be registered at such a wonderful veterinary practice. Alex has always been consistently thorough and faultless in his treatment of every pet I've brought to him. Namely my Guinea pigs, which is incredibly lucky that he is able to treat them being an exotic animal. Not an easy animal to treat, with lack of drugs available on the market, but he applies his common sense and knowledge and provides the best care possible. For this I'm forever grateful. I do not understand the negative reviews of this practice. I have always received excellent service from both vets and reception staff, I have used them for years. My only grumble is the lack of 24 hour care now in place, if my animal is ill or injured out of hours I am now expected to travel to Cheam which is totally impossible. The 24 hour care is one reason why I had moved to Gaytons in the first place

If you want a personal touch vets this is the place. All the staff are wonderful and Lucy and Nikki have looked after our pets for years. Fiona and Liz are also also really friendly and caring. When we’re looking for more pets we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Listened to my opinion. Checked my dog out thoroughly and treated her with minimum of fuss. Appointment at quiet time to accommodate my shepherd and her baby noise/excubarence/excitement.

My male cat had a problem urinating and he was in severe pain and discomfort. This vet practice fitted my cat in ASAP and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. The vet was also so helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this vets surgery. Thanks to the team for helping my cat Mcavity and making him better.

Both my cats have been under these amazing vets for just over 10 years, and no words can describe how professional and understanding all the vets and staff have been towards my cats and us, especially a recent event on 13/12/2024 with our older cat who sadly was diagnosed with HF and I must say they really are amazing vets cannot thank them enough for there care of my cat and making us as a family feel not to anxious and giving us total understanding of the condition to the meds to payments so so helpful. Olivia was my vet. Very friendly lady, treatment advised made a huge difference to my cats health. Knowledgeable and willing to try treatments to help. I have used Parkside over the last 25years and have always been helpful. Obviously costs are an issue but I know my animals are safe
