i can not speak more highly of the service & care received from Rowly House Vets on the 26/9/24. My Betty had ripped her claw out and was in a great amount of pain and discomfort but Rowlys managed to not only fit us in for an assessment but carried out the required procedure that very morning! Our Vet Hollie was lovely and Great with Betty who can be a touch Nervous at the Vets. Superb customer experience and i have now found a new local Vet. Thank you.

Today I had to make the decision to euthanise my feline companion of the last fifteen years. A really hard decision to make but I was helped by the sensitive support of the visiting vet and his assistant and their empathetic handling of the sad situation. Many thanks.

Bowser had his annual check-up and booster jab and the team there were very helpful as they always are - Family (our other Cocker) also enjoys her visits and especially the treats!

So I got a kitten! The first thing I thought was, I need to get my cat checked by a vet to ensure he's healthy due to being rejected by his mother very young. I chose Lynton because I'd visited the practice with a friend for their pet and remembered how much I liked that practice from that visit. I registered, I scheduled his first jab, I got him petplan and joined the let health club! Lynton Vets also helped me with this. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice of vet, the staff are all amazing friendly, helpful and kind. There is limited parking available, very clean and well maintained. There is a lovely large, clean and tidy with a separated waiting area for both cat and dog owners. The staff are very happy to answer questions to help you understand what you need to know. I give Lynton 5 stars for my personal experience and I think you will too if you visit this lovely animal care practice! Here's a pic of my little fur baby for all you cat lovers out there 😻

We’ve been with Lynton for years and they’ve always been very good. Rare that an appointment is on time but staff are good and latest vet consultation was excellent.

Sadly had to say goodbye to one of my best friends today. Despite there being no appointments they fitted us in and were super compassionate & kind making the whole thing calm & dignified. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much you were appreciated as a whole team today...💔

Although it may seem expensive the equipment and knowledge they have cost money. The treatment our dog recieved was outstanding after she accidentally went through a plate glass window severing her right leg tendons. MRI scans and specialist surgery along with an external support frame while healing. All questions were answered honestly and quickly. If your pet needs this type of specialist then this is the place to come. First class vets and very very helpful. As you can see by last photo Aurora has healed very well, a credit to the vetinary skills of all involved in her treatment. If you are given an instruction sheet on what is required upon return home I very very strongly advise people to follow it exactly. After all the day after her frame was removed she thought she was fully healed and not happy about not being allowed to do what she wanted. But following the instructions means we now have a dog that can run around without even a limp. Very impressive vet care, so do follow the instructions...its really worth it. Many thanks to the fitzpatrick team for the amazing care and help given.

We recently had to come here as our beagle stopped using his back legs in the way he should. The staff were really attentive and helpful. I never got the impression they just wanted money in fact I would say they’re the opposite they would much rather you leave without the need for surgery. In our case we did have to get surgery for the dog and then he had to stay there for 3 days. We was always kept informed throughout the process and calls morning and night letting us know how the dog was recovering which really helped us cope.

Barney can be very nervous going to the vets. However Zoe was so good with him he was soon relaxed and accepting treats from her . This made it much easier to examine him and hopefully be less nervous next time visit .

A friendly vet practice that really cares about my dog. Would happily recommend them. We had cause to visit unannounced after my dog was attacked and bitten. Everyone was wonderful, the receptionists, the vet nurse and the vet. They fitted us in between appointments and really looked after her. I really can't praise them highly enough.

The Vets and Nurses are great. They treat our nervous rescue cat with kindness at every visit.

We arrived at the Vets somewhat in shock with both of our dogs, Jasper had been hit by a car and Henry had had a near miss. The excellent team immediately went into action, not just to treat both our dogs , but also to look after my wife and I. Their professionalism, knowledge, and obvious care and empathy with our situation was outstanding and we are very grateful for their support. Sadly we have lost Jasper. Henry is back home and recovering well from his shock.

This practice has been amazing with my animals over the years. They are caring and compassionate, and I would not go anywhere else.
