We have seen several vets and vet nurses (Rachel, Mary & Caroline) at this practice for my cats and I can’t recommend them enough. All staff working at Vet4life Shepperton are incredibly friendly, caring & make time for you and your pet. We have visit for check ups as well as one emergency and have always felt like our cats were taken care with love, professionalism and expert knowledge. We really feel like our pets are in safe hands here and are grateful to have found this practice.

Very thorough first appointment for my kitten. Vet Mary Wong is a lovely lady. Very caring and kind. Spent time answering my questions and offering advice. Reception staff also very kind and helpful. Very highly recommended!

Twickenham vets and all of the staff were amazing when my cat had to stay at the vets to be nurses back to recovery after a serious dog attack. I don't think they wanted her to come home😊

Have been to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery on 2 occasions with my cockapoodle puppy Lulu. The first time i went i saw Adam for her second vaccination & check up. Adam was very caring, patient, and professional, at his job. The 2 time i went i saw a lady vet who gave Lulu another check up & microchipped her. The check up was very thorough & they only charged for the microchip. And the staff here are very friendly, helpful, & professional, at their job. Would recommend you use this vet if it's in your area. 💯%

This is by far the best, most trusted vets I have ever used. I feel so proud and happy to have both my dogs treated by this practice. Leuban- the vet (excuse if I spelt his name wrong) is very personable, understanding and lovely. The wonderful ladies manning reception are incredibly under-rated. They were extremely great receptionists and vet staff. Always so friendly and kind. They make me and my dogs feel so welcome. The vet nurses are also wonderful. Rest assured, this is the best place to take your beloved furry friends. I wish I could do more to thank everyone at this practice for all the love, kindness and care they have shown my babies and myself over the years. Thank you all so much for your hard work and kindness. I love that they've taken the time to get to know both my dogs, they know us by name, we are not a number and a £ here which is extremely appreciated. Thank you so much.

The absolute best vet practise I have ever been to. The staff are so caring and the vets are amazing. We have a very ill little kitten and I never worry about taking him into the team at Ditton reach. They always make time for us and take care of our little cat as if he was their own. If I could give 10 stars I would!

The vets are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and so kind. If necessary they make time to see you even when they are busy and are very reassuring. Receptionists are also sympathetic and helpful. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

On time, professional and friendly, good value and Mary is my dogs new favourite vet. Really brilliant with my dog who does not take to many people straight away.

We took the little one to Beech House Vets to see if we could locate his parents. The service I received was next to none. I have no pets, I did not know what to do. They provided me with all the essentials I needed to get me through the night along with some food. Safe to say we found the parents. Thank you to all the team, you were absolutely amazing. We are away from home from Cornwall. Our lovely Staffordshire Bull Terrier Daisy cut, grazed and bruised her back leg and foot, and had to get an emergency appointment with Beach House Vets they were amazing, kind. They set our minds at rest that Daisy would be ok. Prescribed medication and explained all very well and clearly. The vet we saw was brilliant and kind. We can’t thank them enough.

My first experience with this vet, and am very impressed. Caring staff and vet, and they did a tremendous amount to naturally keep our kittens calm. Based on this one experience, would definitely recommend

I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. I just wanted to let you know like me if your finding it hard to find a vet's that treat tortoise's Please give them a ring I managed to have appointment booked within a few days My time there with Mikey was perfect thank you so much for all your care

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. Very friendly staff professional and quality experience for me and my pets Above in the photo is my dog Mag lived to eighteen years old she was put down due to poor quality of life with dignity and respect and laid to rest on Molesey heath nature reserve pet cemetery built by me Paul Julian cross 1997 and completed in 2022. Two more of my dogs are in this cemetery and many other people also use this cemetery garden if you do lay a pet to rest here please respect other graves and markers and keep the area tidy and safe for visitors thank you.

We cannot recommend Yvonne and her team at Walton Road vets highly enough. They looked after our beloved dog for ten years - and during that time they showed both expertise and compassion. Anyone with a pet will know how important it is for your four legged family member to be cared for with genuine care. With Yvonne and the team you will get that in spades! Thank you for all the the support you gave Tay and us, we will be forever grateful.

Nothing but praise for this vet. Yvonne is wonderful with animals and really cares. She has been amazing when my dog had a litter and did her best for their wellbeing (both mum and pups) and also did her best to keep costs down which meant a lot to me during this COL crisis. Best vet surgery. Everyone there is friendly, kind and helpful. Pedro is the best vet we ever had. The cats actually trust him and like him which no easy feat for a vet.

Beech house Vet goes above and beyond for your pet and owner. The reception team and the vets are so kind, caring and professional. Everything is explained so well and your pet is particularly well cared for.

Super friendly staff with knowledgable vets. Was seen very quickly by the lovely Maggie when my puppy was sick recently and felt very reassured that it wasn’t anything serious following a thorough exam. Would recommend the family plan as it removes the pressure and worry of ongoing consultation fees. Definitely recommend Vets For Life.

Adding more context as it is deserved: The team at Vet4life are fantastic every time we go there with our tripod rescue cat. The practice is always immaculately clean (not easy when you handle animals), the staff are wonderfully friendly and professional and every time we have a question, we're given an answer with patience, understanding and elaboration where needed. In short, it's no surprise its such a popular vet for the area and I would thoroughly recommend using them (special shout out to Jenny - our cat's favourite)

The best team! They have been amazing whilst they have been treating my very unwell dog for the past year. His vet Jenny is incredible and my dog adores her! All of the other vets, nurses (a special shout out to Chloe!), and the brilliant reception team have really been so helpful and caring, and i can’t thank them enough.

I couldn’t recommend them enough! Have always been amazing when it comes to my animals! Especially yesterday when I had my boy pts, I was a mess and they did all they could to help and comfort me and make sure we did what we could do! Thank you again to all the staff that helped me through it!x

We always have excellent service at VW Vets. Aphrodite is calm, caring, capable and professional. She takes time to explain things and has a great way with the animals. Reception and nursing staff are also lovely.

Excellent Veterinary Clinic that gives an exceptional level of service. The whole team are friendly and courteous as well as kind and caring towards the animals. I had to say goodbye to my beloved Labrador in October last year. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. They supported me through the whole process, up unto I received his ashes back. Even sent me a condolences card. I have now returned to them with my new puppy. Thank you VW Vets.
