“We had to have our beloved cat, Marley put to sleep a couple of weeks ago. The staff at Virginia Water Vets were nothing short of caring, compassionate and patient. This was all very last minute but they allowed us time to spend with him, before and after, without rushing us. Aphroditi was kind and empathetic and explained everything to us clearly after his blood test. A couple of days after, we received a personal sympathy card from them which was a nice touch. We opted for an individual cremation for him and when we received his ashes, we was blown away with how thoughtful everything was, with such personal touches and keepsakes. We have no doubt that our boy was in the best hands at Virginia Water Vets, the reassurance they have given us in what was/is an incredibly emotional and upsetting time is priceless. Thank you for your kindness and for taking care of our boy!”

I couldn’t recommend them enough! Have always been amazing when it comes to my animals! Especially yesterday when I had my boy pts, I was a mess and they did all they could to help and comfort me and make sure we did what we could do! Thank you again to all the staff that helped me through it!x

We always have excellent service at VW Vets. Aphrodite is calm, caring, capable and professional. She takes time to explain things and has a great way with the animals. Reception and nursing staff are also lovely.

Excellent Veterinary Clinic that gives an exceptional level of service. The whole team are friendly and courteous as well as kind and caring towards the animals. I had to say goodbye to my beloved Labrador in October last year. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. They supported me through the whole process, up unto I received his ashes back. Even sent me a condolences card. I have now returned to them with my new puppy. Thank you VW Vets.
