I have had some complex issues with my previous horse and Ryan is the only vet I would now trust with my horses!! His dedication and approach to problem Solving is second to none. I have several friends who have moved to gvg having seen the care my horses have had from them. No other practice will do!!

Without doubt the best equine vet in the south east! Steve has built a team of vets and admin staff who are as focused on supporting the owner as they are the horse. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Amazing service from the vets themselves and the staff in the office. Personal experience with both Meagan and Ryan who have been amazing with our horse’s various issues; and Vanessa in the office who is so helpful and a real trouper!

I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. I just wanted to let you know like me if your finding it hard to find a vet's that treat tortoise's Please give them a ring I managed to have appointment booked within a few days My time there with Mikey was perfect thank you so much for all your care

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. They even send me a beautiful card to me after my baby's has passed. I wish I had found this beautiful vets years ago. Thank you to the wonderful team at this veterinary kind regards Mrs Reid. ❤️

This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. You are all amazing and again we thank you. Lots of Love Charlie and Tony Arnold and also Willow Thank you xx (we both loved the fact that you guys loved her as much as we did) xx

My dog was hit by a car, and we drove directly to this practice. They acted immediately and professionally like a priority A&E casualty, as you would hope they would in that situation. I felt like a priority and was treated perfectly. They saved my dog!

We attended the practice for a second opinion. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Andy, at Banstead Village Surgery. From the moment we walked in, the reception team was welcoming and friendly (which is very rare nowadays). Andy took time to go through everything in detail, and making sure my pet felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

Sadly we said goodbye to our old boy this week, and the staff couldn't have been better! We we're given time to say goodbye, some little paw prints and a lock of fur which meant a great deal to us all, and treated our old boy with the greatest of respect. Thankyou all we appreciate it lots....

Wow, this is what vets should be like! Genuine caring of animals not just in it for the money. Receptionist is amazing too. Allowed us to pay for treatment in installments when money was tight. Would never take our cat Blue anywhere else! Thanks Anwell

Blown away completely by this practice and the lovely caring staff. After a horrendous ordeal with my precious dog I called and asked for an emergency. Documents transferred and was seen immediately. The compassion, help, understanding and care we received was tenfold. I recommend this lovely practice to anyone. Such an amazing experience, such ease and super friendly. They put my dog first and treated her like she was their only patient.

A big thanks to everyone here. My cat was in a bad way and had to rush him to the closest vets. Despite not being registered they welcomed him in after giving sound advice over the phone. They administered life saving care and helped get a referral quickly to the Norths Down Referrals for further treatment. All while being calm and professional. A big thank you and recommendation from the bottom of mine (and Pockle’s) hearts.

Highly recommend this veterinary practice. I have a rescue cat who is very nervous and historically has been traumatised by vet visits. Annika, one of the vets, is wonderful - a 'cat whisperer' of sorts - and manages to settle our rescue straightaway. The reception staff are also fab and show compassion and care. Delighted to have found Crown vets.

I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Max’s life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldn’t have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. Thank you to Andy and the team for helping me make the difficult but right decision at the end.

I was referred to this vet by my daughter my British bull dog had cherry eye took him there also had my staff with me the vet did my bull dogs eye and checked my staff over and he had a yeast infection which he also helped with, the care and price was great, also the price was half what pets at home wanted to charge me thank you so much

Nicola Donnelly is a phenomenal vet and easily one of the best I've encountered in 30+ years of pet ownership. Goes the extra mile and then some, genuinely caring and extremely knowledgeable. Takes her job seriously while being warm and approachable and always has time to explain complex topics etc. She (as well as the kind admin/nursing staff) is the reason I stayed with this practice, despite my moving out of the area.

after bringing in my leopard gecko in, Nicola was an amazing help! She was lovely; really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had brought my leopard gecko in for a second opinion after getting some advice from another local vet who didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they claimed. I should have come straight here instead, now I know exactly where to go in the future. Nicola was not only a perfect vet at appointments, but she was really responsive to emails, being very vigilant, knowledgeable and helpful even before booking an appointment. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was well worth praising and I will be going back if ever I need to! Of course I can only speak my experience with Nicola, but if she’s anything to go by, the vets at this practice seem to really care about their patients and their owners - they love and care deeply for animals, from your regular pets like cats and dogs, to rabbits, rodents and reptiles, it’s so blatant in how eager they are for the animals best care!

Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.

Took my boy, Harley, a Maltese/Terrier cross as he had a bald patch on his left side. He had been nibbling as he had fleas even though I was using a prescribed treatment. I was prescribed a tablet form, he no longer has fleas and his bald patch is recovering 😉

Visited Priory Vets @ Tadworth today. Although tedious their Covid Compliance is both efficient and User friendly. Our 8 week old puppy received excellent attention, Danielle the vet called while we waited in the car confirming all our enquiries very clearly and professionally. My boy was referred to NDSR because the vet suspected he might have tumors in his lung. NDSR reached out to me within an hour and scheduled an appointment. Sofia showed professionalism and care as she reviewed my dog's medical history and treated us with sympathy as worried pet parents. She patiently explained the necessary tests to determine if my boy had tumors or another condition. Thankfully, it turned out to be lungworms. We then worked with Freddie, who was also a great and professional vet. He provided the right treatment for my boy and kept me updated on his condition twice a day while he was hospitalised. The vet nurse was also very attentive and kind when I called for updates. Now my boy is recovering well from the lungworms, and I'd like to express my immense gratitude to Sofia, Freddie, and all the vet nurses.

This hospital is outstanding and I only have the highest regard for ALL the professionals I have met, be it Reception, Doctors, Surgeons, Inner Medicin, Insurance Dept. etc etc. There is politeness, care, compassion, understanding and a love for all pets that are bright in. My beautiful baby Audrey was referred to North Downs earlier in the month. I was blown away by the care, expertise and commitment from the team - she was truly in the very best environment for her and the knowledge of her team was second to none. Unfortunately our beloved girl didn’t recover, but the team gave it everything they could and were honest with us every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - even though our outcome was not what anyone would ever hope for. Thank you Christophe and team for your care. We are forever grateful.
