I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. They even send me a beautiful card to me after my baby's has passed. I wish I had found this beautiful vets years ago. Thank you to the wonderful team at this veterinary kind regards Mrs Reid. ❤️

I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. I just wanted to let you know like me if your finding it hard to find a vet's that treat tortoise's Please give them a ring I managed to have appointment booked within a few days My time there with Mikey was perfect thank you so much for all your care

I have been to quite a few different veterinary surgeries due to moving houses. This one is honestly the best by far! I am so pleased with how everyone dealt with my extremely anxious 19 year old Chihuahua. I was also very anxious as she was due to undergo an op. The vet Alan was very informative, very caring and certainly very knowledgeable. He tailored everything from start to finish to help ease my anxiety and make sure that the op was carried out with endless precautions and great care. All the nurses and the reception staff at this place are extremely understanding, caring and always provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended. My Chico is already recovering and seems very happy. ❤️

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. We are relatively new cat owners and are delighted to have registered with Voo Vets in Worcester Park. We took our cat in today for an initial consultation and were made to feel comfortable and welcome straight away. The vet was lovely, kind and professional, immediately putting our cat at ease and she was super quick at examining her whilst patiently answering my many questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Voo Vets. Thank you.

I really like the service at Voo vets in Worcester Park. My Coco especially loves Gail the receptionist because she is a sweetheart and always gives him a treat and lots of attention. It was a shame today(9/10/23) that she wasn't there when Coco went to get his annual vaccine. I also really liked Nick's service, it's a shame he left (good luck to him in his new job), but today Coco was seen by a girl who was very attentive and helpful, who gave him a perfect check up and entertained him while vaccinating him.

Friendly vets service that provide good care. The reception team are responsive and helpful and the vets are great, they always take time to answer questions and find the right solution for you and your pet.

Appointments are always available. Good professional team. Daisy has a monthly manicure (saves the furniture!)

Barkers are amazing! We had a lovely session with Holly today, who is amazing and a miracle worker! We have been a few times and Chizz has made alot of progress, after having a negative experience at a different centre. I was very impressed that Holly knows the back ground of Chizz and her approach of trying to get Chizz to swim was amazing! By using zero pressure.(We also brought Chicken, Cheese and Popcorn) By the end of the session, Chizz leaped of the platform. Chizz's pervious session have been, stopping on the platform which is in the pool at the end of the ramp, getting himself suck due to overthinking things. We was all shocked when just before his session ended he did a massive leap. Even before this, the session was amazing, as he did do more swimming then ever, since the negative experience. I believe this was because of Holly's approach, of getting Chizz to move and think even if it was only on the ramp and platform, as he was still in the pool and learning that it's a positive.

Wonderful service for my poor King Charles Cavalier recovering from surgery, the staff were very gentle and kind with a very nervous dog (surgery was due to a dog attack and bolting over the road). He's doing very well now and almost fully recovered. Any dog owner looking for a kind, gentle but efficient treatment should look to book with Barkers.

So easy to book or cancel appointments online, makes it easy to schedule the sessions into busy life, to take care of a beloved pet. Easy to park close by for injured animals. Sensible rules means the facility usually has only one client/dog in at any one time so no jostling for space in a small reception with injured animals - makes for a calm environment. Hydro tank is clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I’ve been taking my baby Shiloh for the underwater treadmill sessions for four months now to help her with her luxating patella and to recover after the surgery. I’ve been very happy with the practice and their approach. The practice is super conveniently located just off A3, parking is always available. The place is very spacious and clean. The staff is very professional, the exercise course is gradual and with the regular check-ins for the progress, also they provided me with the exercises to do at home. This helps my dog with her condition a lot! And also the ladies are super friendly, my pup absolutely loves coming there!

We have had nothing short of amazing service from Goddards. Our sweet Eddie had to be put down a few months ago and the whole clinic was so supportive and kind through the whole process. We never had a problem getting an appointment for Eddie and the nurses and doctors and receptionists have always been helpful throughout the years. Thank you again for everything you did for us.

My dog partially ripped a toenail off whilst on a walk. She was limping and bleeding so I called this practice in a panic - it was 15 minutes until closing (and I was 10 mins away) but they told me to come over anyway. They were so understanding and so good with my dog - I was quite emotional because she was in pain but they couldn’t have been kinder. They swiftly removed the hanging nail and gave me instructions for keeping it clean and dry. The cost was very reasonable too, I was expecting to be shaken down considering it was a last minute appointment and ran out of their normal hours. Thank you so much!

The staff at Goddard’s Raynes Park are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They always welcome you and your furry friends/babies with a warm greeting, lending space for questions when difficult conversations are required. We’re grateful for their help as we manage our senior dog’s needs and his feisty little brother, too. They’re a top notch group of professionals who we are glad to have just around the corner. If you ask our Labrador, their treats are chef’s kiss, too.

Really kind staff and clean premises as usual. They made my dog feel loved and always are happy to see him! Great visit. Whenever i asked questions the vets were always happy to answer them and gave plenty of information. Water is always kept out for the animals.

First Time Attending Maven as a Client. The Staff there are great, really friendly and highly skilled. Facilities and Building are top notch. Maven has a high reputation amongst local Vets and it is well-earned. Happy that my Pet will be treated here in future.

We had the most heartbreaking decision to make on 30th December 2024 to have our little girl Kira put to sleep. The vet that helped her was amazing and told us straight from the start the problems. She was compassionate and lovely and gave my husband and myself as much time as we wanted to spend with our little fur ball before we said our final goodbyes to her. The staff were absolutely amazing and understanding, and gave us options for a funeral. Kira our cat was much loved and when her ashes were returned to us it was so lovely as the casket we had for her were delivered with her ashes inside. The most wonderful thing we got was a small personal jar with some of her fur (they really got the best bits of her) and her paw prints. I am so greatfull for voo and every single member of the team who helped us through. We could not have asked for anything more. Well done to the team and much respect for what you do!

We are so happy with Voo Vets and the care they've given our pup Homer. He was admitted at only nine weeks old and we were absolutely distraught, but the team took such good care of him, and sent us regular updates with photos, which was a huge comfort. Everything we've needed since has been dealt with brilliantly by the team. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful and they're so happy to see Homer. We were also able to get an emergency appointment very quickly when needed. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you for your great work!

We bought Lola into see Sam for a second opinion regarding an ongoing eye issue. Lola had been back and forth with her registered vet for more than 6 months, with No improvement. Sam booked lola in for the operation to resolve and I’m pleased to confirm it was a success, within 48 hours of the op, Lola’s eye looked almost better and we have just had confirmation it has now fully healed. Sam was fantastic right from the start, made sure Lola was looked after. Not only do I recommend Voo Vets, but highly recommend Sam. Thank you Voo Team!

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. Jamie is really gentle and patient with Luna in hydrotherapy. He's managed to get my vet averse cockapoo making good progress in her hydrotherapy sessions.

Our dog Cody was given outstanding care at Voo vets Cobham after having a serious emergency medical condition. From reception to nurses and most especially the vet and subsequent surgeon at Surbiton, everyone went above and beyond for Cody. They each showed such compassion and patience during what was a very stressful time, always ensuring that the best interests for Cody were always of top importance! Thank you Voo!

The amount of warmth, care and thought that this whole practice shows it's patients is one that I haven't experienced at another vets before. I have an elderly dog who I've been struggling with and they've gone above and beyond again and again. I have a younger puppy who I had registered elsewhere but will be moving to this vets because of ther service. Thank you guys xx

Listened to my opinion. Checked my dog out thoroughly and treated her with minimum of fuss. Appointment at quiet time to accommodate my shepherd and her baby noise/excubarence/excitement.

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. I thank them all but especially Nicky who juggles the care of all my families cats with a smile.

My male cat had a problem urinating and he was in severe pain and discomfort. This vet practice fitted my cat in ASAP and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. The vet was also so helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this vets surgery. Thanks to the team for helping my cat Mcavity and making him better.

Both my cats have been under these amazing vets for just over 10 years, and no words can describe how professional and understanding all the vets and staff have been towards my cats and us, especially a recent event on 13/12/2024 with our older cat who sadly was diagnosed with HF and I must say they really are amazing vets cannot thank them enough for there care of my cat and making us as a family feel not to anxious and giving us total understanding of the condition to the meds to payments so so helpful.
