We are relatively new cat owners and are delighted to have registered with Voo Vets in Worcester Park. We took our cat in today for an initial consultation and were made to feel comfortable and welcome straight away. The vet was lovely, kind and professional, immediately putting our cat at ease and she was super quick at examining her whilst patiently answering my many questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Voo Vets. Thank you.

Appointments are always available. Good professional team. Daisy has a monthly manicure (saves the furniture!)

I have only been to this vets a few times with my puppy I am so pleased with the way we are treated from the minute you walk in the door you are treated so good I wish I knew about this vets when my other dogs was here

I really like the service at Voo vets in Worcester Park. My Coco especially loves Gail the receptionist because she is a sweetheart and always gives him a treat and lots of attention. It was a shame today(9/10/23) that she wasn't there when Coco went to get his annual vaccine. I also really liked Nick's service, it's a shame he left (good luck to him in his new job), but today Coco was seen by a girl who was very attentive and helpful, who gave him a perfect check up and entertained him while vaccinating him.

Barkers are amazing! We had a lovely session with Holly today, who is amazing and a miracle worker! We have been a few times and Chizz has made alot of progress, after having a negative experience at a different centre. I was very impressed that Holly knows the back ground of Chizz and her approach of trying to get Chizz to swim was amazing! By using zero pressure.(We also brought Chicken, Cheese and Popcorn) By the end of the session, Chizz leaped of the platform. Chizz's pervious session have been, stopping on the platform which is in the pool at the end of the ramp, getting himself suck due to overthinking things. We was all shocked when just before his session ended he did a massive leap. Even before this, the session was amazing, as he did do more swimming then ever, since the negative experience. I believe this was because of Holly's approach, of getting Chizz to move and think even if it was only on the ramp and platform, as he was still in the pool and learning that it's a positive.

Wonderful service for my poor King Charles Cavalier recovering from surgery, the staff were very gentle and kind with a very nervous dog (surgery was due to a dog attack and bolting over the road). He's doing very well now and almost fully recovered. Any dog owner looking for a kind, gentle but efficient treatment should look to book with Barkers.

I’ve been taking my baby Shiloh for the underwater treadmill sessions for four months now to help her with her luxating patella and to recover after the surgery. I’ve been very happy with the practice and their approach. The practice is super conveniently located just off A3, parking is always available. The place is very spacious and clean. The staff is very professional, the exercise course is gradual and with the regular check-ins for the progress, also they provided me with the exercises to do at home. This helps my dog with her condition a lot! And also the ladies are super friendly, my pup absolutely loves coming there!

I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. I just wanted to let you know like me if your finding it hard to find a vet's that treat tortoise's Please give them a ring I managed to have appointment booked within a few days My time there with Mikey was perfect thank you so much for all your care

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. I have been to quite a few different veterinary surgeries due to moving houses. This one is honestly the best by far! I am so pleased with how everyone dealt with my extremely anxious 19 year old Chihuahua. I was also very anxious as she was due to undergo an op. The vet Alan was very informative, very caring and certainly very knowledgeable. He tailored everything from start to finish to help ease my anxiety and make sure that the op was carried out with endless precautions and great care. All the nurses and the reception staff at this place are extremely understanding, caring and always provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended. My Chico is already recovering and seems very happy. ❤️

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

Extremely friendly staff and very caring. We took our rabbit, Loki to be neutered and were very happy with the service received, from the vet that did the op to everyone that interacted with Loki thank you. We were very nervous about leaving him and everyone was so kind to us, we would highly recommend this vets.

Called the vets up with nowhere to look, they helped me in minutes and within the hour we picked the best path for my boy. You're in a better place now Jim Jams!

Really kind staff and clean premises as usual. They made my dog feel loved and always are happy to see him! Great visit. Whenever i asked questions the vets were always happy to answer them and gave plenty of information. Water is always kept out for the animals.

We’ve had excellent care over the past 24hours. Seen as an emergency on a Sunday morning with an injured dog paw. Bettie was so calm, caring and very patient with my anxious and in pain cockerpoo. She was thorough yet kept the distress to a minimum and ensured pain relief was working before attempting a more detailed exam. My dog needed surgery. This was prompt with immediate feedback and reassurance on the day that all was well. We have follow up dressings planned and because my dog is very sensitive and the dressing will be painful we have been given stronger medication to administer prior to this check up. Pricing is fare, and we used our insurance for this episode. We’ve been with Maven for over 20 years with various animals and always had very good care and seen lovely vets. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Always a warm and friendly welcome, everything is explained very well by the receptionist and the vet. There is an old world feel here where you know they care about the animals and not the money. Excellent!

An absolutely wonderful surgery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. It feels as if you are part of a family and they love your pets as much as you do. They are obviously passionate and dedicated to their jobs and I can't rate them highly enough.

The staff at Goddard’s Raynes Park are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They always welcome you and your furry friends/babies with a warm greeting, lending space for questions when difficult conversations are required. We’re grateful for their help as we manage our senior dog’s needs and his feisty little brother, too. They’re a top notch group of professionals who we are glad to have just around the corner. If you ask our Labrador, their treats are chef’s kiss, too.

My dog partially ripped a toenail off whilst on a walk. She was limping and bleeding so I called this practice in a panic - it was 15 minutes until closing (and I was 10 mins away) but they told me to come over anyway. They were so understanding and so good with my dog - I was quite emotional because she was in pain but they couldn’t have been kinder. They swiftly removed the hanging nail and gave me instructions for keeping it clean and dry. The cost was very reasonable too, I was expecting to be shaken down considering it was a last minute appointment and ran out of their normal hours. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend this vets as I had to use there services for a one off appointment for my tortoise last night. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done so she had to be put to sleep. I’m so sorry I didn’t get the vets name but what a lovely man he was. He was so caring because it’s not the news I’m sure they like to give on any animal but he was so lovely and explained everything to us. I’m just sad I don’t live nearer as I would change vets today. The receptionist is really lovely as well. Thank you both again for your kindness.

I changed to this vets as it was nearer to where I moved to. I have 4 cats and every visit so far has been an absolute pleasure. The vets are caring, lovely people, the receptionists/nurses are efficient and very friendly.

I cannot commend enough the service I received from the reception team on three separate occasions Dawn and Faye. They were friendly, personable and empathetic whilst remaining professional. They completely put my mind at ease about my pets illness and just made me feel calm and relaxed. Absolutely the best service I’ve received from any company in a long time. They were both amazing.
