Listened to my opinion. Checked my dog out thoroughly and treated her with minimum of fuss. Appointment at quiet time to accommodate my shepherd and her baby noise/excubarence/excitement.

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. I thank them all but especially Nicky who juggles the care of all my families cats with a smile.

Olivia was my vet. Very friendly lady, treatment advised made a huge difference to my cats health. Knowledgeable and willing to try treatments to help. I have used Parkside over the last 25years and have always been helpful. Obviously costs are an issue but I know my animals are safe

My male cat had a problem urinating and he was in severe pain and discomfort. This vet practice fitted my cat in ASAP and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. The vet was also so helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this vets surgery. Thanks to the team for helping my cat Mcavity and making him better.

It's always a pleasure to visit Willett house. All the receptionists and Vets make the process as low stress as possible. We've done check ups, vaccinations, euthanasia and emergency critical care for our 3 family dogs in the last 17 years and never once have we had a bad visit. The euthanasia and critical care could not have been handled better; absolutely outstanding work from all their staff.

I would highly recommend this vets as I had to use there services for a one off appointment for my tortoise last night. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done so she had to be put to sleep. I’m so sorry I didn’t get the vets name but what a lovely man he was. He was so caring because it’s not the news I’m sure they like to give on any animal but he was so lovely and explained everything to us. I’m just sad I don’t live nearer as I would change vets today. The receptionist is really lovely as well. Thank you both again for your kindness.

We have had nothing short of amazing service from Goddards. Our sweet Eddie had to be put down a few months ago and the whole clinic was so supportive and kind through the whole process. We never had a problem getting an appointment for Eddie and the nurses and doctors and receptionists have always been helpful throughout the years. Thank you again for everything you did for us.

The staff at Goddard’s Raynes Park are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. They always welcome you and your furry friends/babies with a warm greeting, lending space for questions when difficult conversations are required. We’re grateful for their help as we manage our senior dog’s needs and his feisty little brother, too. They’re a top notch group of professionals who we are glad to have just around the corner. If you ask our Labrador, their treats are chef’s kiss, too.

We’ve had excellent care over the past 24hours. Seen as an emergency on a Sunday morning with an injured dog paw. Bettie was so calm, caring and very patient with my anxious and in pain cockerpoo. She was thorough yet kept the distress to a minimum and ensured pain relief was working before attempting a more detailed exam. My dog needed surgery. This was prompt with immediate feedback and reassurance on the day that all was well. We have follow up dressings planned and because my dog is very sensitive and the dressing will be painful we have been given stronger medication to administer prior to this check up. Pricing is fare, and we used our insurance for this episode. We’ve been with Maven for over 20 years with various animals and always had very good care and seen lovely vets. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really kind staff and clean premises as usual. They made my dog feel loved and always are happy to see him! Great visit. Whenever i asked questions the vets were always happy to answer them and gave plenty of information. Water is always kept out for the animals.

First Time Attending Maven as a Client. The Staff there are great, really friendly and highly skilled. Facilities and Building are top notch. Maven has a high reputation amongst local Vets and it is well-earned. Happy that my Pet will be treated here in future.

Such a great team! We had to take our beautiful dog Marley to this branch a month ago. They were so helpful and compassionate. Unfortunately our beautiful girl didn’t make it. But the care and warmth was plain to see and feel right to the end. I knew she was cared for with nothing but love, it’s made this horrific experience bearable.

I arrived at around 4pm with my cat who’d dislodged a tooth and part of his gum. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and seen soon after by a lovely lady vet. After the initial triage he was taken in for surgery and within a couple of hours we were on our way home with essential medications and follow up advice. He’s now on the mend and I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and speedy response. I would definitely recommend this vet’s clinic and it’s a real comfort knowing there’s an out of hours emergency service available. Many thanks to all involved in my cat’s care!

Recently took my dog in for a stomach illness/upset on a Sunday - as my usual vets was closed. The service was very fast, from getting an online web chat appointment within minutes, to getting a face to face review within half an hour after (including travel). The staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They not only took care of my dog, but also myself when I got a little emotional when leaving the establishment. My dog was brought back to average health (still a bit tired and woozy from her ordeal) after approx 11hrs of IVFT. I will say that OOH vet care is a little expensive, but for the health of our fur babies, it all becomes worth it. I could not fault the service and the staff are worth their weight in gold. Always keeping us updated throughout the day on how the treatment was coming along until pick up time. Vets Now were fast to respond to my cat emergency and the vet and the receptionist were reassuring. Whilst i am able to afford the fee i think £300 before you’re seen puts the service out of reach for some clients.

This was my first experience with them and I required a second opinion regarding my cat Coco. Sadly it was not a good prognosis and I had to let her sleep but the way in which they looked after her and took my emotions into account was much appreciated. They were also so sweet in sending me a card to show their sympathy for my loss and that was really touching. If I were to get another pet in the future then I would definitely come back to them.
