Without a shadow of a doubt the best vets I've ever been to. It's a small practice rather than a chain or stores, and it absolutely shows - the attention to detail as well as just overall care and compassion is worth it's own weight in gold. And to top it all off, the price for a procedure for my cat was quite literally 1/3 compared to a certain chain of vets down the road...

Jackie and her team are absolutely amazing! She is by far the best vet for my two golden retrievers. Jackie always takes the time to listen and really cares about their well-being. The rest of the team is so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. They are always quick to find slots when needed, and I truly trust them with the care of my dogs. Highly recommend Jackie and her team to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care!

Jackie and her team are just fantastic. They were so supportive and helpful with our dog Frank as his health and mobility declined. Jackie was always pragmatic and sensitive, offering all solutions that were possible in order to help Frank and ensure his quality of life. We cannot recommend the Cottimore Vets team highly enough. Total dedication to animals and clients that is rarely seen elsewhere. The very best.

If you are looking a veterinary surgery in this area, you will not regret choosing Cottimore Vets. I have followed Jackie from her last two surgeries and have therefore been registered with her, for our various cats, for something like 20-30+ years. I recently lost an incredible elderly cat called Lily. Despite not being a young cat the time, she survived losing an eye in 2018 and requiring further eye surgery in 2020 (for which Jackie referred her to a specialist pet hospital). she otherwise enjoyed amazing health for over 19 years. She suffered a sudden onset hindleg lameness in August and struggled with many connected complications thereafter. Jackie, together her incredible team, have been unbelievably supportive and have genuinely performed miracles to keep Lily in a condition where we could all believe she had a life worth living. This lasted right up until she stopped eating and, even though her mind seemed determined to carry on, it seemed her body had decided it was time to give up. Deciding when to euthanise a beloved pet must be one of the hardest life decisions for a pet owner, but even this was handled with efficient sensitivity and professionalism. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart.

St George's Veterinary Centre

Rating: 4.8 (18) Price Level:

We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

We've sadly had to re-register at a more local vets after moving house, we will miss Emily and all the team. The devoted love, care and support we've received from the team to our 2 Cockapoos Bailey & Reggie has been outstanding. We were always offered a same day appointment. Faultless and personal care given, Bailey and Reggie will miss all the attention they got. Thank you all again! Hannah

Our 10 week old kitten had an accident & we were beside ourselves with worry. We called & spoke to the receptionist who was understanding, reassuring, polite & dealt with our problem promptly. We went straight to the vets with our kitten, & seen super fast. In our panic to leave we didn’t take phones, bank cards etc, we weren’t made to feel anything other than cared for & given quick discreet option to pay over phone later on. The vet reassured us and again we felt no judgement for the horrid accident our kitten had had.

We couldn't be happier with the care we've received and we're so pleased we chose this trustworthy, independent veterinary practice.

Weybridge Veterinary Centre

P: 01932 855856

Rating: 4.8 (92) Price Level:

Outstanding practice. My dog loves going to the vet which is an unexpected, and very welcome, twist for a sometimes bashful Labradoodle. It has happened that a walk could only progress if we went in to say hello to the reception team. For an interactive little fella like him, that there is usually a dog quietly "supervising" the receptionist they belong to is a nice distraction. It makes for a calming waiting room and no matter what goes on after, he remembers above all how kind everyone is to him when we visit.

We are very grateful to Simon and the nursing staff for the care given to our beloved cat Cuchito. Simon helped us find ways to manage her progressing kidney disease and cared for her until the last moment. The vets and reception staff at this practice are caring, knowledgeable and empathic. I strongly recommend Weybridge Veterinary Centre.

I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.

As we navigate through the heartache of saying goodbye to our beloved Ruby, who bravely crossed over the rainbow bridge, we find solace in expressing our deepest gratitude to the remarkable team at Vets4Pets Walton-on-Thames To Roger, Alistair, Alba, and the incredible reception team, your exceptional care, and boundless compassion have left an indelible mark on our hearts. Each of you, in your unique way, provided not just professional medical care, but also warmth and understanding that comforted both Ruby and us through this challenging journey. The reception team deserves a special mention - your efficiency, welcoming nature, and heartfelt compassion truly make you all five-star human beings. You’ve made every visit, no matter how difficult, a little easier with your kindness. IMHA is a terrible disease, and despite its relentless nature, the tireless efforts made by this team to try and save Ruby were nothing short of heroic. Each treatment, every piece of advice, and every comforting word showed your dedication not just to your profession, but to the lives and hearts of the animals and families you work with. A special thank you goes to Alistair, who showed incredible professionalism and empathy during Ruby’s final moments. Your presence and support made a profoundly difficult time more bearable, and for that, we are eternally grateful. To the entire Vets4Pets Walton-on-Thames team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your work goes beyond care; you bring hope, comfort, and compassion to moments where they are needed the most. You are not just vets and staff; you are truly awesome humans. In loving memory of Ruby, who was cared for so beautifully by all of you 🌈💔🌈

I absolutely adore this veterinary clinic. The clinic I was with before noticed a heart murmur from my cat but suggested it was anxiety and wouldn't need looking into. I received a second opinion from Andy here who said he would suggest I looked into it with a heart scan due to know issues with his breed. Thankfully he was right to advise this as my cat has since been diagnosed with HCM which is fatal for cats and is now under the correct care to prolong his life as long as possible. The reception team are also very helpful, it's a great service all around.
