Wonderful team. They genuinely care about every patient that walks through the door. Their skills and experience mean that every animal gets gold standard care at an exceptionally reasonable price. Helen and Steve clearly look after their staff and keep them happy and motivated. Would recommend!

Our 10 week old kitten had an accident & we were beside ourselves with worry. We called & spoke to the receptionist who was understanding, reassuring, polite & dealt with our problem promptly. We went straight to the vets with our kitten, & seen super fast. In our panic to leave we didn’t take phones, bank cards etc, we weren’t made to feel anything other than cared for & given quick discreet option to pay over phone later on. The vet reassured us and again we felt no judgement for the horrid accident our kitten had had.

Team are doing brilliantly coping with social distancing etc. Saw head vet Steve, very thorough discussion on my dog's health problem before and after the planned X rays. followed up with prompt email from him with specialist opinion. Always left feeling the practice as a whole know and understand me and my dogs well. Thank you to all of you.

I've visited vets 4 pets with my Saluki, Jess on several occasions since we rescued her two and a half years ago. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and know who we are and Jess is treated fantastically well. I always feel I'm given options and excellent advice. I take my cats there because they really care about them, one of the rare vetinery practices where the animal comes first and not just getting as much money out of you that they can. I would not take my boys anywhere else.

My kitten tiny had her spade op and chiped on Tuesday the staff were all very helpful and lovely. Tiny was looked after with love and care the price was lower than most vets in my area I'm a very happy cat owner.

Ambleside have been very supportive as we've been settling in our new rescue dog. We've called up twice with concerns and on both occasions we were seen that same day. Our dog quickly seemed at ease in the clinic and with Peggy, who gave us lots of helpful advice including follow up emails. We couldn't be happier with the care we've received and we're so pleased we chose this trustworthy, independent veterinary practice.

We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

We used to take our loved Kazan with Dr Emily Thompson. She always knew or found any problem or condition and always right medication and recomendations. Excellent experience always and totally recommended.

We are very grateful to Simon and the nursing staff for the care given to our beloved cat Cuchito. Simon helped us find ways to manage her progressing kidney disease and cared for her until the last moment. The vets and reception staff at this practice are caring, knowledgeable and empathic. Outstanding practice. My dog loves going to the vet which is an unexpected, and very welcome, twist for a sometimes bashful Labradoodle. It has happened that a walk could only progress if we went in to say hello to the reception team. For an interactive little fella like him, that there is usually a dog quietly "supervising" the receptionist they belong to is a nice distraction. It makes for a calming waiting room and no matter what goes on after, he remembers above all how kind everyone is to him when we visit.

So kind, caring, knowledgeable and gentle with our nervous little Ruby. I have seen both Simon and Yahsen for different appointments both are wonderful.

An absolutely wonderful surgery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. It feels as if you are part of a family and they love your pets as much as you do. They are obviously passionate and dedicated to their jobs and I can't rate them highly enough.

Always a warm and friendly welcome, everything is explained very well by the receptionist and the vet. There is an old world feel here where you know they care about the animals and not the money. Excellent!

The staff here are brilliant, I always receive great communication from them when I have any queries or questions. They explain everything fully, not leaving anything out. Extremely friendly staff and very caring. We took our rabbit, Loki to be neutered and were very happy with the service received, from the vet that did the op to everyone that interacted with Loki thank you. We were very nervous about leaving him and everyone was so kind to us, we would highly recommend this vets.

It's always a pleasure to visit Willett house. All the receptionists and Vets make the process as low stress as possible. We've done check ups, vaccinations, euthanasia and emergency critical care for our 3 family dogs in the last 17 years and never once have we had a bad visit. The euthanasia and critical care could not have been handled better; absolutely outstanding work from all their staff.

All the staff at Walton Road Veterinary Centre and all lovely. But Yvonne in particular is exceptionally kind and caring, not only to the pets in her care, but also their owners! I cannot speak highly enough of her and her team. Thank you for looking after all my cats over the past 15 years.

Ashley Vets has really upped their game and are back to the high standards seen 5 years or so ago. The care and attention given to my cats (and me) makes a real difference and I once again find visiting them a pleasant experience. Which is good as one of my cats deserves a loyalty card!

I absolutely adore this veterinary clinic. The clinic I was with before noticed a heart murmur from my cat but suggested it was anxiety and wouldn't need looking into. I received a second opinion from Andy here who said he would suggest I looked into it with a heart scan due to know issues with his breed. Thankfully he was right to advise this as my cat has since been diagnosed with HCM which is fatal for cats and is now under the correct care to prolong his life as long as possible. The reception team are also very helpful, it's a great service all around.

Used for first time today. Our dog has lumps and wanted second opinion. I was referred by a friend. Overall I was very impressed by the service and the shear helpfulness of the staff. I also feel very reassured by the vet who did not pressure me into additional services. Can recommend based on this visit.
