We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I love this vet practice, it's so very hard to find an independent practice that is not part of a huge group. The staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, I can't praise them enough

We used to take our loved Kazan with Dr Emily Thompson. She always knew or found any problem or condition and always right medication and recomendations. Excellent experience always and totally recommended.

We've sadly had to re-register at a more local vets after moving house, we will miss Emily and all the team. The devoted love, care and support we've received from the team to our 2 Cockapoos Bailey & Reggie has been outstanding. We were always offered a same day appointment. Outstanding practice. My dog loves going to the vet which is an unexpected, and very welcome, twist for a sometimes bashful Labradoodle. It has happened that a walk could only progress if we went in to say hello to the reception team. For an interactive little fella like him, that there is usually a dog quietly "supervising" the receptionist they belong to is a nice distraction. It makes for a calming waiting room and no matter what goes on after, he remembers above all how kind everyone is to him when we visit.

Been using these vets for over 30 years from pet rats and guinea pigs to dogs of all breeds. Reliable and honest. Andrew and his team have never fobbed me off or pushed me to have treatments that are not needed wouldn't trust any where else with my pets

Ambleside have been very supportive as we've been settling in our new rescue dog. We've called up twice with concerns and on both occasions we were seen that same day. Our dog quickly seemed at ease in the clinic and with Peggy, who gave us lots of helpful advice including follow up emails. We couldn't be happier with the care we've received and we're so pleased we chose this trustworthy, independent veterinary practice.

All the staff here are amazing. So caring and considerate. I have always got an appointment when I have needed it and most of the time within the same day. Peggy the vet is so lovely and kind. She explains everything in detail and will always give you the best options for your pets. They are honest and reliable. Peggy and her team treat My cats as if they were their own (and my cats love going there) and I am so glad my cats are in such good hands.

I take my cats there because they really care about them, one of the rare vetinery practices where the animal comes first and not just getting as much money out of you that they can. I would not take my boys anywhere else.

I've visited vets 4 pets with my Saluki, Jess on several occasions since we rescued her two and a half years ago. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and know who we are and Jess is treated fantastically well. I always feel I'm given options and excellent advice. Team are doing brilliantly coping with social distancing etc. Saw head vet Steve, very thorough discussion on my dog's health problem before and after the planned X rays. followed up with prompt email from him with specialist opinion. If you're looking for the best vet, this is the place. They are incredible. They genuinely care and their service is impeccable. The big thing is, they do not try and rip you off. I cannot rate them highly enough for the care and pricing. How a vet should be.

It's always a pleasure to visit Willett house. All the receptionists and Vets make the process as low stress as possible. We've done check ups, vaccinations, euthanasia and emergency critical care for our 3 family dogs in the last 17 years and never once have we had a bad visit. The euthanasia and critical care could not have been handled better; absolutely outstanding work from all their staff.

Extremely friendly staff and very caring. We took our rabbit, Loki to be neutered and were very happy with the service received, from the vet that did the op to everyone that interacted with Loki thank you. We were very nervous about leaving him and everyone was so kind to us, we would highly recommend this vets.

The staff here are brilliant, I always receive great communication from them when I have any queries or questions. They explain everything fully, not leaving anything out. Always a warm and friendly welcome, everything is explained very well by the receptionist and the vet. There is an old world feel here where you know they care about the animals and not the money. Excellent!

Ashley Vets has really upped their game and are back to the high standards seen 5 years or so ago. The care and attention given to my cats (and me) makes a real difference and I once again find visiting them a pleasant experience. Which is good as one of my cats deserves a loyalty card!

All the staff at Walton Road Veterinary Centre and all lovely. But Yvonne in particular is exceptionally kind and caring, not only to the pets in her care, but also their owners! I cannot speak highly enough of her and her team. Thank you for looking after all my cats over the past 15 years.
