This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. Even the receptionists have been so understanding and caring I’m so greatful to all they have done xxx thank you so very much everyone who have been so kind and made my boys better xx couldn’t recommend enough

Myself and my partner recently lost our first fur baby, Rodney the hamster. Kriek and Gibson have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process, treating all of us, including Rodney, with immeasurable respect and sensitivity. We are forever thankful that the staff at Kriek and Gibson allowed Rodney’s last moments to be safe and full of comfort.

I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. The team is consistently professional and compassionate, making both Felix and us feel at ease. They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. They took the time to explain every detail of Felix's treatment and answered all our questions thoroughly. Felix is always treated with kindness and attention, which puts our minds at ease. The clinic is clean and well-organized, contributing to an overall positive experience. We highly recommend Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for their exceptional care and dedication.

Took my hamster there for itching issue. Given medicine for very reasonable amount. Lovely caring vet and staff. They are now my vet of choice. Been back a couple of times since and absolutely brilliant every time.

Had my dog spayed with Vets4Pets Bagshot. Couldn’t fault the care or the price. They were great with my girl and very reassuring when I called to check up that all was well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at vets4pets for their care of my dog. Every single nurse or vet we dealt with was excellent, not only at their job, but with the care they gave Jessie. They were there to settle any questions or worries I had, and made time to see her, even when they probably didn't need to (my over the top worrying!) The operation and after care was done to an exceptionally high standard, and Jessie has made a brilliant recovery. I can't thank you all enough, and if you're looking for a local vet, I highly recommend this practice. Thank you from our family and Jessie!

I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. I just wanted to let you know like me if your finding it hard to find a vet's that treat tortoise's Please give them a ring I managed to have appointment booked within a few days My time there with Mikey was perfect thank you so much for all your care

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. We have seen several vets and vet nurses (Rachel, Mary & Caroline) at this practice for my cats and I can’t recommend them enough. All staff working at Vet4life Shepperton are incredibly friendly, caring & make time for you and your pet. We have visit for check ups as well as one emergency and have always felt like our cats were taken care with love, professionalism and expert knowledge. We really feel like our pets are in safe hands here and are grateful to have found this practice.

Very thorough first appointment for my kitten. Vet Mary Wong is a lovely lady. Very caring and kind. Spent time answering my questions and offering advice. Reception staff also very kind and helpful. Very highly recommended!

They are always excellent professionals, always with care and affection for my cats. When my cat Lucy died, they treated the moment with great respect, attention and love. Now I have Princess, Tobi and Prada... they are all registered there and always very well cared for! It is a place where you feel and know that the veterinarians and the entire team are not there just for the money, but because they love what they do. I trust them 100%

The building was very clean, staff were very polite and empathic. For a first timer to ever visit a vet, I was new to how things work. It was a very good visit and experience.

I couldn’t recommend Pets 1st Vets more strongly if I tried. The fantastic team of vets, nurses and reception staff are truly first class, treating every visitor like a friend and always going above and beyond no matter how minor the reason for the appointment. We have been going to Pets 1st Vets for many years and they have been incredible support for my poorly rabbit Honey. Their care saved her life more times than I can count. However, it is the genuine love and care for animals shown by the team at Pets 1st Vets that keeps us coming back to this clinic, and I fully trust that my pets are in safe hands. Lyndon vets in Bagshot is fantastic. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. We’ve been given great advice by the team. Our puppy has visited twice in his short little life and has been made to feel very secure and content. We feel genuinely thankful to have such an excellent practice as our local vet.

I have been going to Windlebrook Vets in Bagshot for about 6 years now. No matter how long it is between visits they are always so welcoming and make the effort to make my dog as comfortable as possible during the visit. I’ve moved around the area a few times since going there but have always remained at the clinic because they are just so lovely and helpful! Can 100% recommend

Recently took our very nervous Patterdale terrior for an annual check. Given that the dog is so nervous we rang and asked if we could use the side entrance to avoid the waiting room. The immediate response was "Of course, not a problem, we'll come and get.you from the car" The vet has to be careful as our dog can and will turn and snap.( She's a rescue dog, we're not sure of her early life). Vet was patient in the extreme and did an excellent job of checking her. Been using this surgery from back when some 30 years. It was then Sherlock and Woodward. Standard remains excellent through all that time. If 6 stars existed I would give that...

I don’t often write reviews, but really wanted to thank you. We took our little dog to Sherwoods for the first time after another vet practice gave us 3 different quotes for the same lump removal and dental that they said our dog needed. The vet at Sherwoods examined our little lad and although having his history from our previous vet (which recommended the surgery) decided that at this time there was no need for the lump to be remove or a dental that the previous vet had said he needed and to just keep an eye on it and if it changes to come back. It is very hard to find a good honest vet and walking out of Sherwoods I felt that we had finally found one! Thankyou!!!

We have got new puppy named Tami girl. We had vaccines at Sherwood, I was not happy to leave her alone as she was very scared as we only had her for couple weeks. She was not even happy on the car! I have pictures of our previous star Tiger, he’s has no fear and love driving, super friendly but sadly died last year after horse attack. We managed to get this new puppy similar to him after a year.

Lovely staff and vets who go above and beyond to answer any questions and provide excellent care. My little pup enjoys her visits even when she has injections or her nails trimmed!

Emily is a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable vet. Best of all our puppies love her.

Emma has looked after our to cats and a dog since we got them with absolute care and affection. We have used the Emergency appointment service and the pets health club is great for staying on top of their everyday needs. I also love how welcoming all your staff are - please keep going doing great!

I love this vet practice, it's so very hard to find an independent practice that is not part of a huge group. The staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, I can't praise them enough

We've sadly had to re-register at a more local vets after moving house, we will miss Emily and all the team. The devoted love, care and support we've received from the team to our 2 Cockapoos Bailey & Reggie has been outstanding. We were always offered a same day appointment. I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

We used to take our loved Kazan with Dr Emily Thompson. She always knew or found any problem or condition and always right medication and recomendations. Excellent experience always and totally recommended.

We have been using aspen vet for our cat cookie whom is very unwell with severe anemia.. they have pretty much made miracles happen as cookie was so ill she nearly used up all her nine lives in one … but I’m glad to say that cookie is doing well and on the medication she needs .. after lots of blood tests … the vets and the receptionists have gone beyond what I would expect! An amazing team ! thank you from us all 💐

Knowledgeable and very helpful vets. As a first time puppy owner, they patiently listened to and answered my questions and were very thorough and reassuring with examining my puppy when we had a little scare of her falling. They were also brilliant on our first visit, the day after we brought my puppy at home - she was trembling and very nervous, but they put her at ease, and she is very happy to go to the vets now!

The care at Aspen is exemplary. Everyone knows my dog and is genuinely pleased to see him. The staff on the desk are always friendly and know all his details and the care from the vets is first class. Susie has been taking care of an eye issue and Jasper is now fully healed and had such a positive experience that he didn't want to leave! I cannot thank everyone at Aspen enough for showing such consideration and high quality care.
