I was really pleased with the service and how lovely the staff and the lady that looked after my tortoise. I took my tortoise to have his beak trimmed. I just wanted to let you know like me if your finding it hard to find a vet's that treat tortoise's Please give them a ring I managed to have appointment booked within a few days My time there with Mikey was perfect thank you so much for all your care

I have to say this is the best vets I have ever been to. The staff a so caring and compassionate. Sadly both my dogs had to be put to sleep due to old age and the staff helped with so much love. They even send me a beautiful card to me after my baby's has passed. I wish I had found this beautiful vets years ago. Thank you to the wonderful team at this veterinary kind regards Mrs Reid. ❤️

This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. You are all amazing and again we thank you. Lots of Love Charlie and Tony Arnold and also Willow Thank you xx (we both loved the fact that you guys loved her as much as we did) xx

We attended the practice for a second opinion. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Andy, at Banstead Village Surgery. From the moment we walked in, the reception team was welcoming and friendly (which is very rare nowadays). Andy took time to go through everything in detail, and making sure my pet felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

This is an excellent veterinary practice with a professional and caring team. Corrado has been our vet for many years looking after our livery horses at Holt Farm Equestrian, a vast range of horses from hunt horses to happy hackers. They are thoughtful throughout the consultation and treatment of any horse all with great outcome.

Corrado has always been great with my horses over the years and his many years of experience and knowledge is very evident and reassuring. Also great SH Equine has all the mobile kit so I never have to travel my horses. Very happy and loyal client.

Highly recommend the team at Surrey Hills Equine. I recently had Corrado out to treat an injury that my horse sustained in the field and have been very impressed with treatment he has received. Corrado takes the time to explain everything that he is doing and why. Leanne and the office staff have been a pleasure to deal with, all of my insurance claims have been handled quickly and efficiently. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done and feel very lucky to have found a great practice.

We’ve been coming to this practice for about a year now. All the staff at this practice go above and beyond every single time to help. A very special thanks to Vet Surgeon Ana De Brito who is professional, absolutely brilliant as a vet and as a person, kind and caring and always does her best to help Arnie. We have always been accommodated whenever we needed an appointment even at a short notice. All staff are very nice, kind and approachable. I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. The team is consistently professional and compassionate, making both Felix and us feel at ease. They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. They took the time to explain every detail of Felix's treatment and answered all our questions thoroughly. Felix is always treated with kindness and attention, which puts our minds at ease. Myself and my partner recently lost our first fur baby, Rodney the hamster. Kriek and Gibson have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process, treating all of us, including Rodney, with immeasurable respect and sensitivity. We are forever thankful that the staff at Kriek and Gibson allowed Rodney’s last moments to be safe and full of comfort.

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. Even the receptionists have been so understanding and caring I’m so greatful to all they have done xxx thank you so very much everyone who have been so kind and made my boys better xx couldn’t recommend enough

Lovely vet practise, really recommend it. Giles genuinely cares. He just did an animal health cert for us to take our dog abroad, he had clearly put a lot of effort in to it to get it right (they’re v tricky!), was really well organised. He gives good advice and obviously knows his stuff!

Amazing vets, they have been great with our puppy. They were able to offer us a emergency appointment with a few hours when we had a problem. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough to make you and your pet feel comfortable.

Great little vets (part of a big group) all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Newly improved the Cobham branch, it has two entrances. One for Cats and one for Dogs - big improvement. Very smart and modern and have everything you need from a vets. They take the time to explain everything. Seem to be fair priced. Always gives our little kitten great care. Would recommend.

An incredible vet practice full of caring people who clearly love animals . From Andrea the welcoming, calm, friendly & professional receptionist; and right up to Senior vet David - whose goal is to use his professional skills in the best way possible - healing and caring for his furry clients. Not driven by high costs, they obviously need to make a profit but their charges are fair. I can't see any of our 3 fur balls going anywhere else. Simply, just "thank you". I’ve been going to Yew Tree Veterinary Services in Cranleigh for such a long time. They looked (look) after 6 of my 7 cats, twins and triplets among them. I can’t praise them highly enough for their collective skills, experience and wonderful way with animals.

Very helpful yesterday in an emergency. We weren't registered with them but it was no problem and they swiftly obtained our dogs notes. Our normal vet practice had no vet and their suggestion was miles away 😞 Very pleased with Yew Tree Vets, highly recommend.

The Guildford Vet is the best vets I've ever used. They are kind and considerate people with a huge love for animals. I brought my cat to see the vets here due to something happening during emergency hours and I've previously had a bad experience using out of hours vets like VetNow so wanted to find something better. The team at the Guildford Vets took amazing care of Poddy, let me visit whenever I was missing him (he was in with them for a couple of weeks) and they gave me regular updates at the start and end of each day because I was very concerned about my little man. Unfortunately, Poddy didn't make it through his bout of illness but I know the vets did everything they could for him and cared for him as one of their own. They took great care of him in his death as they did in his life and I thank them deeply for everything they did. It's taken me a while to write this review as it is a difficult topic to write about but I hope it's good enough to convince at least one person who is looking for a vets to choose these guys - they are most likely everything you are looking for.

Sadly, our gorgeous 17 year old cat, Munchkin, had to be sent to cat heaven today as she was extremely poorly due to a mass found in her bladder, which was diagnosed by David at The Guildford Vet when we sought a second opinion from him after we weren’t confident about former vet’s diagnosis (which it turns out we were right to question). I cannot express in words how professional, caring, understanding and empathetic everyone is at The Guildford Vet! From the moment I called to ask if we could seek a second opinion from them Kim on reception was amazingly kind and ensured we got registered with them straight away and got an immediate appointment for us with David. At such an emotional and sad time David, Kim and all the team at The Guildford Vet were so very kind and understanding and treated our Munchkin so tenderly - as heartbreaking as it is, we are so grateful her last moments were in their hands. Thank you to David, Kim and all the team for being the lovely people you are who, without a shadow of a doubt, genuinely care for the cherished family pets of your clients.

I've been a few times to Guildford vets with my dog sky, she's a very big dog she slobbers and looses her fur all over the reception floor poor ladies that have to clear up after her lol. All the reception staff are fantastic and friendly. Always get a lovely cuppa when we visit. The vets have always been very kind and patient with sky they are always calm around her that makes her more relaxed. There prices are very good to. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Amery Farm vets. We’ve recently been seeing Rita at the Grayshott clinic and are delighted with the quiet, gentle, confident care she has given to our dogs. She takes time to explain any problems, medication and treatments. Annadean at the Bordon clinic is also excellent at giving advice, explanations and treatment in an upbeat and confident way. The receptionists at both these clinics are friendly, efficient and very good at remembering the patients and their owners! Over more than 25 years our dogs have received first class treatment and gentle, calm end-of-life care at all three Amery Farm clinics.
