David has been our vet for over 15 years and during that time has always given the highest level of care to our pets. David and his wife, Senka, provide a mobile veterinary service which was invaluable to us during Covid. They now have new premises in Epsom, where they recently treated our very nervous cat. David and Senka were incredibly professional and patient, ensuring our cat felt comfortable and reassured throughout the treatment. We would highly recommend Bradbury Veterinary Care.

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. Even the receptionists have been so understanding and caring I’m so greatful to all they have done xxx thank you so very much everyone who have been so kind and made my boys better xx couldn’t recommend enough

Myself and my partner recently lost our first fur baby, Rodney the hamster. Kriek and Gibson have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process, treating all of us, including Rodney, with immeasurable respect and sensitivity. We are forever thankful that the staff at Kriek and Gibson allowed Rodney’s last moments to be safe and full of comfort.

I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

We’ve been coming to this practice for about a year now. All the staff at this practice go above and beyond every single time to help. A very special thanks to Vet Surgeon Ana De Brito who is professional, absolutely brilliant as a vet and as a person, kind and caring and always does her best to help Arnie. We have always been accommodated whenever we needed an appointment even at a short notice. All staff are very nice, kind and approachable. Lovely vet practise, really recommend it. Giles genuinely cares. He just did an animal health cert for us to take our dog abroad, he had clearly put a lot of effort in to it to get it right (they’re v tricky!), was really well organised. He gives good advice and obviously knows his stuff!

Great little vets (part of a big group) all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Newly improved the Cobham branch, it has two entrances. One for Cats and one for Dogs - big improvement. Very smart and modern and have everything you need from a vets. They take the time to explain everything. Seem to be fair priced. Always gives our little kitten great care. Would recommend.

We attended the practice for a second opinion. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Andy, at Banstead Village Surgery. From the moment we walked in, the reception team was welcoming and friendly (which is very rare nowadays). Andy took time to go through everything in detail, and making sure my pet felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. My dog was hit by a car, and we drove directly to this practice. They acted immediately and professionally like a priority A&E casualty, as you would hope they would in that situation. I felt like a priority and was treated perfectly. They saved my dog!

We have been clients of Yew Tree Veterinary Centre for over 25 years. This is our first visit following the changes and our first consultation with Lizzie. She was warm, friendly and professional and handled our dog beautifully. Lizzie explained clearly and concisely what was good and where improvements could be made. She gave us some very positive recommendations and suggestions which we have immediately started to implement already. It's a great feeling to trust your vet.

Very helpful yesterday in an emergency. We weren't registered with them but it was no problem and they swiftly obtained our dogs notes. Our normal vet practice had no vet and their suggestion was miles away 😞 Very pleased with Yew Tree Vets, highly recommend.

From Andrea the welcoming, calm, friendly & professional receptionist; and right up to Senior vet David - whose goal is to use his professional skills in the best way possible - healing and caring for his furry clients. Not driven by high costs, they obviously need to make a profit but their charges are fair. I can't see any of our 3 fur balls going anywhere else. Simply, just "thank you". Corrado has been our vet for many years looking after our livery horses at Holt Farm Equestrian, a vast range of horses from hunt horses to happy hackers. They are thoughtful throughout the consultation and treatment of any horse all with great outcome.

Highly recommend the team at Surrey Hills Equine. I recently had Corrado out to treat an injury that my horse sustained in the field and have been very impressed with treatment he has received. Corrado takes the time to explain everything that he is doing and why. Leanne and the office staff have been a pleasure to deal with, all of my insurance claims have been handled quickly and efficiently.
