We had to have our beloved cat, Marley put to sleep a couple of weeks ago. The staff at Virginia Water Vets were nothing short of caring, compassionate and patient. This was all very last minute but they allowed us time to spend with him, before and after, without rushing us. Aphroditi was kind and empathetic and explained everything to us clearly after his blood test. A couple of days after, we received a personal sympathy card from them which was a nice touch. We opted for an individual cremation for him and when we received his ashes, we was blown away with how thoughtful everything was, with such personal touches and keepsakes. We have no doubt that our boy was in the best hands at Virginia Water Vets, the reassurance they have given us in what was/is an incredibly emotional and upsetting time is priceless. Thank you for your kindness and for taking care of our boy!

Excellent Veterinary Clinic that gives an exceptional level of service. The whole team are friendly and courteous as well as kind and caring towards the animals. I had to say goodbye to my beloved Labrador in October last year. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. They supported me through the whole process, up unto I received his ashes back. Even sent me a condolences card. I have now returned to them with my new puppy. Thank you VW Vets.

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

They are all very friendly and helpful. This is the only vet I can trust completely.

I cannot recommend Medivet Frimley Green - Kynoch vets enough. We have used them for 14 years. The team at Frimley are so supportive and helpful from the moment you make the initial phone call to make the appointment to the visit. From Tilly to Tasha to Teddi they were/are looked after as if they are their own pets. A massive thank you to you all. Andy & Mich and of course our current beloved fur baby - Teddi (she even forgives Chris for expressing her a. glands!!).

Really happy with this practice, particularly Arabella Harvey. She really seemed to care and had a natural affinity with Buster, he really liked her and the way she spoke to him was just lovely. She took the time to explain everything clearly to me and answer any questions I had. definately recommend

The staff at this practice are always so helpful and accommodating. Every vet we have had contact with has treated our dog hettie with kindness and gentleness. Their assessments are always thorough and their advice and recommendations clear and appropriate. We travel about 12 miles to get there. We could go to a vets closer to where we live but we trust the staff implicitly at this practice. They have previously provided care to my dads two dogs and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really friendly, reasonably priced independent vets who always go above and beyond. Gill is so knowledgeable about rabbits. The fact I travel 30 minutes each way to this vets shows how much I rate them.

Each time great experience, having a 10 year old dog it is important she will be in great hands and I know she is always well looked after. We tried many vets around Bracknell and finally since 4-5 years with Windlesham Village Vets. Prices are very reasonable and staff is always pleasant.

An excellent vet practice used by myself, friends and family for many years. The standard of service and professional attention is something to hold on to. From a friendly welcome at the desk, to wonderful professional vet attention during appointments. Would not hesitate to recommend. Took my hamster there for itching issue. Given medicine for very reasonable amount. Lovely caring vet and staff. They are now my vet of choice. Been back a couple of times since and absolutely brilliant every time.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at vets4pets for their care of my dog. Every single nurse or vet we dealt with was excellent, not only at their job, but with the care they gave Jessie. They were there to settle any questions or worries I had, and made time to see her, even when they probably didn't need to (my over the top worrying!) The operation and after care was done to an exceptionally high standard, and Jessie has made a brilliant recovery. My beautiful boy was bitten by an Adder last week. The care the vets and nurses took of him was simply wonderful. I can't recommend this veterinary practice enough.

These guys have looked after our cat for years. Reliable and friendly, we signed up to their "pet plan" which covers our fur baby for all regular worm/flea treatments, health checkups and vaccines.

Very efficient and very kind. Reception staff helpful at giving some advice over the telephone and worked hard to see us at an (urgent) time that suited us. My daughter who sadly had to say goodbye to her pet was treated with extreme kindness and was reassured that her care for her pet had been of a good standard.

I have been going to Windlebrook Vets in Bagshot for about 6 years now. No matter how long it is between visits they are always so welcoming and make the effort to make my dog as comfortable as possible during the visit. I’ve moved around the area a few times since going there but have always remained at the clinic because they are just so lovely and helpful! Can 100% recommend

Lyndon vets in Bagshot is fantastic. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. We’ve been given great advice by the team. Our puppy has visited twice in his short little life and has been made to feel very secure and content. We feel genuinely thankful to have such an excellent practice as our local vet.

I cannot praise Beech House Vet and their team enough for the exceptional care they provided to my chihuahua Sophie throughout her life. Receiving a thoughtful card from them after Sophie passed away was greatly appreciated and demonstrates the dedication to their fury patients and their owners. Thank you

Amazing vets, they have been great with our puppy. They were able to offer us a emergency appointment with a few hours when we had a problem. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough to make you and your pet feel comfortable.

Great little vets (part of a big group) all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Newly improved the Cobham branch, it has two entrances. One for Cats and one for Dogs - big improvement. Very smart and modern and have everything you need from a vets. They take the time to explain everything. Seem to be fair priced. Always gives our little kitten great care. Would recommend.

We have been taking our cat to these people all of his life. They are very kind, caring and have always been able to sort our boy. Sadly I had to take him for his last journey last week, but they couldn't have been nicer or more sympathetic. They made the worst into the best it could be.

Totally love and trust it here. The staff are so lovely and I have been taking my dogs for many years. Sadly I have taken my very loved jack Russell for her final visit and had to have her put to sleep. Charlie was so lovely to that little old lady and beyond amazing with me. I am very happy with the care of Dr Djordje Vucovic for my cat Moka. He was very professional, supportive and compassionate and he addressed efficiently both the animal's needs and my worries. I cannot thank enough him and the clinic for seeing us quickly, on the same day of calling. The cat is already relaxed and seem a lot happier. Highly recommended service!

Our poor little Willow had a poorly eye but George looked after her so well and gave her drops for her eyes. Turns out she has generally sensitive skin which can also give her sore eyes. George is a brilliant vet and is so gentle with Willow. Would recommend him to anyone.
