After decades of using this vets under Michael Sealy I was devastated when he retired. I didn't like the replacement so went elsewhere. Happened to go the other day, amazing, back to how it was, warm, friendly, helpful, understanding and best of all not money hungry. Will be transferring my animals there now

We took our Maine Coon cat to Crofts yesterday as he was suffering with dental issues. I was highly impressed that he was seen the same afternoon as my call and the reception staff and veterinary nurse could not have been more friendly and attentive. Our cat was given medication and is already feeling a lot better. Top marks! The only slight gripe, which is not the fault of Crofts, is the high price of medication.

Very lovely team, warm and friendly from the ladies on the phone, to reception and the vets themselves. Care well for the animals. The vets is clean. We have unfortunately had a very different experience elsewhere, so when it is done right it's a real breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

Contacted Crofts after another poor experience for me and my dog at Amery Vets. They registered my dog there and then, saw him the next day. The experience was exceptional in every way, from start to finish. Should have moved to Crofts earlier !! He did not even have to wear his muzzle, he was so much more relaxed. Met the whole team and he was treated like the customer/ patient. Dont hesitate to make the move.

We have a golden retriever puppy on a puppy plan with Voo Vet and they’re great. So friendly and helpful. Today he had a check up and the nurse Amy spent ages with us checking him over and even showed me how to cut his claws. Highly recommend!

The staff are so lovely and caring. Today they were very patient with my wriggly cat! They cuddled her and really looked after her when she didn’t want to have her blood test. Thanks again Voo vets

We hadn’t had the best experience with vets in the local area, as they weren’t very great when handling our Italian greyhound which led to improper checks etc. However, then we found Voo it’s been refreshingly vastly different and we appreciate the whole team here for making their vets a safe space for our little pooch! He’s still building confidence with vets due to bad experiences elsewhere before but the Voo team are patient, give him lots of love, and have been able to help with getting Moose on course with being very healthy for a very long time! We appreciate their ethos and efforts to date, and are so glad we found them. Thanks team Voo - from us and Moose! :)

Wonderful vets, attentive, professional, knowledgeable and easily accessible. Lovely offices and gave Albert and Diesel all the necessary medical care they needed . Diesel just needed a check up and his yearly vaccinations… Albert had his vaccinations and received antibiotics and a cone to heal his eye infection

I came to Carewell having taken on a very poorly young puppy I was seen by two of the vets at the Practice who gave us the most outstanding care throughout. During closed periods I had constant contact with the vet while my puppy was critically ill. He was giving me advice and comfort during those difficult times unfortunately, our Puppy who only weighed 400 g lost his fight and passed away however the comforting words and Care that we received during his short life was absolutely outstanding. I then received a sorry for your loss card with kind words from the team at Care Well I feel this Practice genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make that known. Thank you for all that you did to help us, and I will definitely use you again in the future lots of love, Mary RIP little Oreo x

As a veterinary practice, Carewell Vets stands head and shoulders above others in the area. The recent care given in the lead up to and during surgery for my cat has been exemplary, as always. Benefitting from being an independent practice, it is clear all staff genuinely care for their customers and their pets. I would highly recommend them.

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

Twickenham vets and all of the staff were amazing when my cat had to stay at the vets to be nurses back to recovery after a serious dog attack. I don't think they wanted her to come home😊

Dealt with the loss of our pet with respect and care. Even once our little one had passed on, we still heard from them with cards and even a paw print that we never asked for, but are very grateful for. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at the vets.

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. The team is consistently professional and compassionate, making both Felix and us feel at ease. They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Max’s life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldn’t have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. I was referred to this vet by my daughter my British bull dog had cherry eye took him there also had my staff with me the vet did my bull dogs eye and checked my staff over and he had a yeast infection which he also helped with, the care and price was great, also the price was half what pets at home wanted to charge me thank you so much

We’ve been with Lynton for years and they’ve always been very good. Rare that an appointment is on time but staff are good and latest vet consultation was excellent.

Always feel welcomed and my doggies are very well cared for. High praise for Lynton Vets Woking. I've read some of the reviews, and I've had my beloved elderly cat put to sleep at Lyntons a few years ago. They were so kind and caring and they didn't ask for payment straight afterwards. I went in a couple of days later and paid after my grief had settled down.

Dr.Douglas Hall is the vet who is professional,caring,and helpful. Our cat and dog is registered and we had our high and lows in terms of their health. The cape vet team always made us feel good and I highly trust them. Thanks a lot for your hard work and dedication.

Felt the need to leave a review after some wonderful care form Cape Vets for our Romanian rescue George who had an issue with his throat … we use Cape Vets since both our dogs have special needs related to their reactivity and George was looked after today by Marcus (hope I’ve spelt his name correctly… the Spanish locum vet) and he more than lived up to the standards we have received for many years from Cape Vets … also a special thank you to Jaeda who removed a tick from George after spotting it somehow! Thoroughly recommend and we are happy to travel from West Byfleet for the great care we receive

Fantastic group of vets. Every time I need to use their services it’s always great. One of my dogs had surgery there and he was really well looked after, the nurses as well are fantastic. It feels like a friendly environment, vet Kloe as well is superb and really attentive Highly recommended

Barney can be very nervous going to the vets. However Zoe was so good with him he was soon relaxed and accepting treats from her . This made it much easier to examine him and hopefully be less nervous next time visit .

A friendly vet practice that really cares about my dog. Would happily recommend them. We had cause to visit unannounced after my dog was attacked and bitten. Everyone was wonderful, the receptionists, the vet nurse and the vet. They fitted us in between appointments and really looked after her. I really can't praise them highly enough.
