I was recently recommended to Small World Vets, I run a small falconry business called Hampshire Hawk Walks and have 10 birds of prey, who's health and welfare are my absolute priority daily. I hadn't been able to find a vet with bird experience and knowledge, Agata and the team are absolutely excellent and I am comforted having their knowledge and expertise for my team, Communication is excellent and they give you the personal and caring approach that is sadly lacking from many practices now. A breath of fresh air. I have been recommending their services to all my bird owning friends.

I have had guinea pigs as part of my family for over ten years. In that time I have used five different vet practices. I’m now with Small World and I have never had such kindness and care from Agata and all the team. They check up on my piggies, offer every sort of service and have so much more guinea pig knowledge than any other practise I’ve ever experienced. I cannot thank them enough for the surgery on my elderly piggy last year and now we are having appointments to keep her happy and pain free despite living with arthritis (she is still going strong at 5 and a half years old). My other piggies are due to be spayed soon and again, I have complete trust and confidence in all the team. They are great at keeping appointments to time, excellent medication and ongoing prescriptions for chronic conditions, excellent messaging service via the Pets App so I can ask anything and they answer in good time, and I have continuity of care so all my piggies are well known to the team. My sincere thanks to Agata and all the admin, nursing and vet staff at Small World. It’s a very clean but well-thought out practice with 2 waiting areas so my piggies aren’t stressed by canine patients whilst waiting. The prescriptions are prepared quickly and always accurate. They also help with behaviour and quality of life advice which I think has improved my piggies’ lives as I’ve found their advice to be realistic and show deep knowledge of guinea pig lives often missing at the other vets I’ve seen before in other practices. I highly recommend registering with them and trusting them with your animal companions whatever type, breed, age and situation! Best vet practice I’ve ever had the privilege of visiting. A++++

We are quite new clients, all three of our dogs have needed consultations over the last few months. We like the individual care our dogs have received from professional and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble at Small World Vet Centre. Luna, Coco and Flint say thank you for being so kind .

Lovely veterinary surgery. Found through a recommendation online whilst searching for an Exotics Vet. Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to fit our Chinchilla in for an appointment at short notice. Agata, the vet that saw Gus was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and keen to ensure I knew exactly what she was doing throughout his examination and why. She explained what he needed to help him get better, why and how the medication worked. We are due back next week for a follow up but I can ring any time if I’m concerned. I was really impressed with the surgery and all staff.

It's always just such a positive experience coming here with my mischief of rats. Agata is absolutely fabulous, so knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things, keeps up to date with the latest research and even more importantly, also takes into account the emotional needs of my girls; it's this holistic view that makes all the difference for us and we couldn't be happier with the whole team's care and competency. Couldn't recommend Small World and Agata more highly.

Amery Vets Grayshott have always been great with my dogs, I have used them for the last 18 years and cannot fault their service. On the whole, the vets we’ve seen over the years are very caring and empathetic.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Amery Farm vets. We’ve recently been seeing Rita at the Grayshott clinic and are delighted with the quiet, gentle, confident care she has given to our dogs. She takes time to explain any problems, medication and treatments. Annadean at the Bordon clinic is also excellent at giving advice, explanations and treatment in an upbeat and confident way. The receptionists at both these clinics are friendly, efficient and very good at remembering the patients and their owners! Over more than 25 years our dogs have received first class treatment and gentle, calm end-of-life care at all three Amery Farm clinics.

My first visit to this practice, and it was very positive. My very elderly collie was afforded lots of attention and I really appreciated that. The vet was very thorough and helpful, and the receptionist then helped me lift him in the car. I’m glad to say, as I’ve had several dogs over the years, and been with the same practice for many years previously, that my visit was lovely. Thank you!

Super lovely staff at Woodlands vets in Haslemere and Liphook (I have not been to the Midhurst one, but I'm sure they are lovely there too). I have a very anxious cat and they are always kind and patient with her and acomodating when we need to swap appointments. Really great service all round. Thank you.

Cannot express enough how excellent this team is, like they are beyond 5-stars. 100 stars! Amazing communication, outstanding work ethic, open-minded, and supportive. Even their office space is lovely! It's hard to find a great vet group who are so respectful of owners as well as the horse patients they serve. I would especially recommend this group for owners who deeply appreciate vet-science and have a very hands-on approach with your horse's care as you'll feel heard and respected. They are open to discussion and sharing knowledge; an immense joy to work with such progressive professionals when faced with difficult injuries. Literally never moving out of their catchment zone if I can help it!

A really lovely group of very approachable people willing to take the time to fill you in and put it all into layman’s terms where necessary. A diverse group collectively with an amazing amount of knowledge for the latest treatments but also experienced in the tried and tested methods. Wouldn’t change my practice for anything or anyone. Thankyou

My dogs get very well looked after here. Alison on reception and Sam the vet nurse I've met most recently are both very welcoming and affectionate towards my dogs. Jenny de Wit is a delight. She treats the dogs (and me) with great respect and care, explaining the options and treatments and doing her best to keep costs down.

Very friendly team - our little cat "Schmaggins" almost seems to enjoy visiting - tasty cat treats help I have no doubt. The Haslemere location is where the old fire station used to be located. Schmaggins approves this message btw and in as much as a cat can gives the vet a thumbs up.

Friendly reception and clean waiting room with separate Cats and Dogs areas. Vet is very knowledgable and chatty. Prices are fairly good compared with other local Vets and they have a PetPlan to get discounted treatments and checkups. A good family vet for your pets. Currently require masks be worn.

Contacted Crofts after another poor experience for me and my dog at Amery Vets. They registered my dog there and then, saw him the next day. The experience was exceptional in every way, from start to finish. Should have moved to Crofts earlier !! He did not even have to wear his muzzle, he was so much more relaxed. Met the whole team and he was treated like the customer/ patient. Dont hesitate to make the move.

After decades of using this vets under Michael Sealy I was devastated when he retired. I didn't like the replacement so went elsewhere. Happened to go the other day, amazing, back to how it was, warm, friendly, helpful, understanding and best of all not money hungry. Will be transferring my animals there now
