Sadly we said goodbye to our old boy this week, and the staff couldn't have been better! We we're given time to say goodbye, some little paw prints and a lock of fur which meant a great deal to us all, and treated our old boy with the greatest of respect. Thankyou all we appreciate it lots....

Wow, this is what vets should be like! Genuine caring of animals not just in it for the money. Receptionist is amazing too. Allowed us to pay for treatment in installments when money was tight. Would never take our cat Blue anywhere else! Thanks Anwell

I was referred to this vet by my daughter my British bull dog had cherry eye took him there also had my staff with me the vet did my bull dogs eye and checked my staff over and he had a yeast infection which he also helped with, the care and price was great, also the price was half what pets at home wanted to charge me thank you so much

I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Max’s life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldn’t have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. Thank you to Andy and the team for helping me make the difficult but right decision at the end.

Took my boy, Harley, a Maltese/Terrier cross as he had a bald patch on his left side. He had been nibbling as he had fleas even though I was using a prescribed treatment. I was prescribed a tablet form, he no longer has fleas and his bald patch is recovering 😉

Although this review is long overdue, I wanted to share my experience. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.

Visited Priory Vets @ Tadworth today. Although tedious their Covid Compliance is both efficient and User friendly. Our 8 week old puppy received excellent attention, Danielle the vet called while we waited in the car confirming all our enquiries very clearly and professionally. It’s always been a pleasurable experience here, Especially recently with our 2 new kittens. It’s my first time having pets to call my own instead of family pets and every single staff member i’ve spoken to including reception have been so kind, and have answered any questions or concerns i have with care. I definitely recommend the team to anyone looking for a new veterinary centre, and i’m looking forward to seeing the staff in future appointments. I left feeling so confident in my cats getting the right care!

The staff at the practise have shown nothing but kindness and compassion, really taking an interest in our 2 rescue kittens. I chose to register my new additions with Village Vets because of their silver rating with Cat Friendly Clinic, as I want the absolute best for them, and I've been impressed with the level of care. The reception staff are always very friendly, and the nurse who took care of young Maeve, warming her up with her hands after she dropped in temperature after her spay, was lovely to hear! I was also pleasantly surprised when the kind vet didn't charge us, when I brought Maeve back in to have her teeth looked at, as the issue had resolved on its own with some simple interventions we did at home! I've been with the Village Veterinary Centre for a few years now and I've always been so impressed with the staff. Always friendly and kind to both the humans and animals and never judgemental (even when your Labrador eats an entire box of Celebrations or your lurcher has zoomies straight into some rusty barbed wire). We moved away from the area but wanted to remain with them as our supervets. They have also provided excellent care for my Doggy Daycare clients over the years too (both personally for my clients but also through the business if there has been an emergency) I wanted to write this review after the professionalism shown for an appointment that we had on Tuesday. It was just a check up, but I always leave feeling like we are in great hands and that if things do go wrong in the future with my two dogs they will be there to help us out as they always do. Thanks so much guys!

Blown away completely by this practice and the lovely caring staff. After a horrendous ordeal with my precious dog I called and asked for an emergency. Documents transferred and was seen immediately. The compassion, help, understanding and care we received was tenfold. I recommend this lovely practice to anyone. Such an amazing experience, such ease and super friendly. They put my dog first and treated her like she was their only patient.

In really rough times, the staff at Crown have always really come through for us as a family. They are beyond professional, furthermore very supportive - so much so, we received a card from them, which was beautifully received and so unexpected. Highly recommend this veterinary practice. I have a rescue cat who is very nervous and historically has been traumatised by vet visits. Annika, one of the vets, is wonderful - a 'cat whisperer' of sorts - and manages to settle our rescue straightaway. The reception staff are also fab and show compassion and care. Delighted to have found Crown vets.

A big thanks to everyone here. My cat was in a bad way and had to rush him to the closest vets. Despite not being registered they welcomed him in after giving sound advice over the phone. They administered life saving care and helped get a referral quickly to the Norths Down Referrals for further treatment. All while being calm and professional. A big thank you and recommendation from the bottom of mine (and Pockle’s) hearts.

We have been using companion care for many years and find them to be very affordable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We can always get an appointment quickly and they offer superb pay monthly plans for general health such as boosters/parasite treatments. Easy to park and very handy that they are located inside pets at home

The team here are always really lovely and friendly, and treatment has always been great. I would never take my pets anywhere else! The only thing I do wish was that they were able to consider instalments/payment breakdowns for costs, because I recently had to take out a personal loan to cover my cats bill. Hopefully this is something CC will be able to do in future because I do worry about affording future bills, especially with the recession and cost of living crisis.
