I have been meaning to write this review all week. We recently moved our cat to Ditton Reach from another vets and in the same week he became unwell. We were seen 3 times at the drop of a hat and each time they reassured us and gave him an excellent level of care, that we weren’t receiving at the old practice. I couldn’t be happier with moving over to this vet surgery and would definitely recommend. The receptionist is also a wonderful, welcoming lady. Thank you!!

The absolute best vet practise I have ever been to. The staff are so caring and the vets are amazing. We have a very ill little kitten and I never worry about taking him into the team at Ditton reach. They always make time for us and take care of our little cat as if he was their own. If I could give 10 stars I would!

This is by far the best, most trusted vets I have ever used. I feel so proud and happy to have both my dogs treated by this practice. Leuban- the vet (excuse if I spelt his name wrong) is very personable, understanding and lovely. The wonderful ladies manning reception are incredibly under-rated. They were extremely great receptionists and vet staff. Always so friendly and kind. They make me and my dogs feel so welcome. The vet nurses are also wonderful. Rest assured, this is the best place to take your beloved furry friends. I wish I could do more to thank everyone at this practice for all the love, kindness and care they have shown my babies and myself over the years. Thank you all so much for your hard work and kindness. I love that they've taken the time to get to know both my dogs, they know us by name, we are not a number and a £ here which is extremely appreciated. Thank you so much.

I visited for my puppy’s first vaccination. The receptionist was so lovely. My puppy was a bit nervous but after the receptionist held her and gave her some love, she calmed and was very happy. Lana, the vet was also very good, very respectful of my puppy, she clearly cares about animals. I’m very happy I got a care plan with them, I feel my puppy will be in good hands. The place was very clean

PLEASE READ!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would. The entire team at Medivet Kingston has been nothing short of incredible. My dog needed to have 11 teeth removed, and he received the most attentive and compassionate care imaginable. Sammy looked after him throughout the entire procedure, and it was clear how deeply she cares for animals. She treated my dog as if he were her own, which, in my opinion, is the most important quality in any veterinary service. Our pets often feel anxious in such situations, and knowing they’re being looked after with such love and attention means everything. The vet who diagnosed my dog and helped organise his treatment, Nikianna, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. She was not only thorough in her approach but also showed immense compassion and care, which really put me at ease. I highly recommend this team for their incredible dedication. They gave me the confidence and support I needed to stay calm and stress-free during what could have been a very worrying time. Their communication was fantastic - they called me three times throughout the day to keep me updated on the procedure and even checked in the following day to see how my dog was doing. This kind of follow-up is rare and truly appreciated. Huge thanks to the whole team for doing such an amazing job. It’s so hard to find a veterinary clinic like this, and I’m so grateful for their exceptional care.

Nikianna Nicholas has been my vet for many many years and has taken great care of all my dogs, present and past. I've had the greatest confidence in the care received, nothing is too much trouble and advice given that has given me confidence that unnecessary tests or treatment are never an issue. I'm very happy and loyal to this practice. Most importantly, it's easy to get an appointment without a long wait - better than the GP!

I have been bringing my two cats to this veterinary clinic for the past 2.5 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and service provided. The entire team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, always welcoming us with smiles and genuine concern for our furry companions’ well-being. Throughout this time, they have been immensely helpful in every situation, whether it was a routine check-up or addressing specific health concerns. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, my cats’ health has greatly improved, and I truly feel that they treat them as if they were their own. This is a trustworthy and reliable clinic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill, warmth, and compassion so seamlessly. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do for our little ones!

Jackie and her team are fantastic. Poppy is a nervous patient, but they treat her with patience and kindness whenever they see her. Jackie has taken the time to understand Poppy's needs, and has also identified some issues that she has, which we weren't aware of. As a result, Poppy is much happier and bouncier and is acting more of a puppy than an 11 year old greyhound :)

If you are looking a veterinary surgery in this area, you will not regret choosing Cottimore Vets. I have followed Jackie from her last two surgeries and have therefore been registered with her, for our various cats, for something like 20-30+ years. I recently lost an incredible elderly cat called Lily. Despite not being a young cat the time, she survived losing an eye in 2018 and requiring further eye surgery in 2020 (for which Jackie referred her to a specialist pet hospital). she otherwise enjoyed amazing health for over 19 years. She suffered a sudden onset hindleg lameness in August and struggled with many connected complications thereafter. Jackie, together her incredible team, have been unbelievably supportive and have genuinely performed miracles to keep Lily in a condition where we could all believe she had a life worth living. This lasted right up until she stopped eating and, even though her mind seemed determined to carry on, it seemed her body had decided it was time to give up. Deciding when to euthanise a beloved pet must be one of the hardest life decisions for a pet owner, but even this was handled with efficient sensitivity and professionalism. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best vets I've ever been to. It's a small practice rather than a chain or stores, and it absolutely shows - the attention to detail as well as just overall care and compassion is worth it's own weight in gold. And to top it all off, the price for a procedure for my cat was quite literally 1/3 compared to a certain chain of vets down the road...

Jackie and her team are just fantastic. They were so supportive and helpful with our dog Frank as his health and mobility declined. Jackie was always pragmatic and sensitive, offering all solutions that were possible in order to help Frank and ensure his quality of life. We cannot recommend the Cottimore Vets team highly enough. Total dedication to animals and clients that is rarely seen elsewhere. The very best.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Vet station. We live over an hour away but had been recommended by a friend to visit them as our Labrador has some serious leg issues. Vanessa is an excellent orthopaedic surgeon and have given a beautiful Keira Nothing but the most amazing care. The entire team is friendly helpful and nothing is ever too much. I would highly recommend them, even if you’re not local the care for your family member is not about a distance but a skill level and they certainly have it ! 5* You’ve now been using this practice since Just after they opened and use them for everything for our dog now .

The most friendly and welcoming vet that we know! Having just moved to the UK thus having to find a new vet for our two year old pup, our nerves were comforted right at the front door of this cheerful clinic. The facilities are clean, experts are incredibly friendly, and the complementary consultation by Ellie was so kind & thorough. We feel further supported by joining their wellness plan for our pup and being part of their community. Thank you so much for an incredible establishment! (PS: plenty of parking in the back!)

We recently moved to the Vet Station after a bad experience elsewhere. It was a big decision as Tilly is 11 years old and a very nervous dog. Tilly was feeling very under the weather and when I called up the receptionist was lovely and arranged an appointment straight away. Dr Ellie was very good with Tilly, and was very reassuring. The next day Tilly came in for further evaluation and got to meet Dr Vanessa. Again it was all about Tilly and I had no hesitation I was leaving Tilly in capable hands. Great communication throughout the day which was great for a nervous mummy! Thank you to the whole team .

We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

The devoted love, care and support we've received from the team to our 2 Cockapoos Bailey & Reggie has been outstanding. We were always offered a same day appointment. Faultless and personal care given, Bailey and Reggie will miss all the attention they got. Thank you all again! Hannah

I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.

Outstanding practice. My dog loves going to the vet which is an unexpected, and very welcome, twist for a sometimes bashful Labradoodle. It has happened that a walk could only progress if we went in to say hello to the reception team. For an interactive little fella like him, that there is usually a dog quietly "supervising" the receptionist they belong to is a nice distraction. It makes for a calming waiting room and no matter what goes on after, he remembers above all how kind everyone is to him when we visit.
