We attended the practice for a second opinion. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided by Andy, at Banstead Village Surgery. From the moment we walked in, the reception team was welcoming and friendly (which is very rare nowadays). Andy took time to go through everything in detail, and making sure my pet felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit.

This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. This is an excellent veterinary practice. The staff are really friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It feels like the care is really collaborative, and everyone is working as a team for the best outcomes for both pet and owner

My dog was hit by a car, and we drove directly to this practice. They acted immediately and professionally like a priority A&E casualty, as you would hope they would in that situation. I felt like a priority and was treated perfectly. They saved my dog!

We've sadly had to re-register at a more local vets after moving house, we will miss Emily and all the team. The devoted love, care and support we've received from the team to our 2 Cockapoos Bailey & Reggie has been outstanding. We were always offered a same day appointment. We used to take our loved Kazan with Dr Emily Thompson. She always knew or found any problem or condition and always right medication and recomendations. Excellent experience always and totally recommended.

I love this vet practice, it's so very hard to find an independent practice that is not part of a huge group. The staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, I can't praise them enough

We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

We cannot recommend Yvonne and her team at Walton Road vets highly enough. They looked after our beloved dog for ten years - and during that time they showed both expertise and compassion. Anyone with a pet will know how important it is for your four legged family member to be cared for with genuine care. With Yvonne and the team you will get that in spades! Thank you for all the the support you gave Tay and us, we will be forever grateful.

We take our African Grey Parrot here. Yvonne is fantastic with him and very knowledgeable where exotic birds are concerned.

Nothing but praise for this vet. Yvonne is wonderful with animals and really cares. She has been amazing when my dog had a litter and did her best for their wellbeing (both mum and pups) and also did her best to keep costs down which meant a lot to me during this COL crisis. She is personable and friendly and never ever makes you feel silly for asking any questions. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful too. Thank you so much Elizabeth Seymour x

Took my 33 year old African grey parrot there to have his claws trimmed, both receptionist and vet where outstandingly friendly and helpful, would highly recommend

This is by far the best, most trusted vets I have ever used. I feel so proud and happy to have both my dogs treated by this practice. Leuban- the vet (excuse if I spelt his name wrong) is very personable, understanding and lovely. The wonderful ladies manning reception are incredibly under-rated. They were extremely great receptionists and vet staff. Always so friendly and kind. They make me and my dogs feel so welcome. The vet nurses are also wonderful. Rest assured, this is the best place to take your beloved furry friends. I wish I could do more to thank everyone at this practice for all the love, kindness and care they have shown my babies and myself over the years. Thank you all so much for your hard work and kindness. I love that they've taken the time to get to know both my dogs, they know us by name, we are not a number and a £ here which is extremely appreciated. Thank you so much.

The vets are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and so kind. If necessary they make time to see you even when they are busy and are very reassuring. Receptionists are also sympathetic and helpful. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

I have been meaning to write this review all week. We recently moved our cat to Ditton Reach from another vets and in the same week he became unwell. We were seen 3 times at the drop of a hat and each time they reassured us and gave him an excellent level of care, that we weren’t receiving at the old practice. I couldn’t be happier with moving over to this vet surgery and would definitely recommend. The receptionist is also a wonderful, welcoming lady. Thank you!!

The absolute best vet practise I have ever been to. The staff are so caring and the vets are amazing. We have a very ill little kitten and I never worry about taking him into the team at Ditton reach. They always make time for us and take care of our little cat as if he was their own. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Myself and my partner recently lost our first fur baby, Rodney the hamster. Kriek and Gibson have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process, treating all of us, including Rodney, with immeasurable respect and sensitivity. We are forever thankful that the staff at Kriek and Gibson allowed Rodney’s last moments to be safe and full of comfort.

Dealt with the loss of our pet with respect and care. Even once our little one had passed on, we still heard from them with cards and even a paw print that we never asked for, but are very grateful for. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at the vets.

I've been bringing my black Labrador, Felix, to Kriek and Gibson Veterinary Surgery for the past two years, and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care he has received. The team is consistently professional and compassionate, making both Felix and us feel at ease. They provided excellent assistance with the health certificate we needed for traveling abroad, and the process was top-notch. They took the time to explain every detail of Felix's treatment and answered all our questions thoroughly. Felix is always treated with kindness and attention, which puts our minds at ease. We are away from home from Cornwall. Our lovely Staffordshire Bull Terrier Daisy cut, grazed and bruised her back leg and foot, and had to get an emergency appointment with Beach House Vets they were amazing, kind. They set our minds at rest that Daisy would be ok. Prescribed medication and explained all very well and clearly. The vet we saw was brilliant and kind. We can’t thank them enough.

Max was severely injured by another dog but thanks to the excellent care and love shown by Robert and his team, his leg was saved and he’s made a full recovery.

Ambleside have been very supportive as we've been settling in our new rescue dog. We've called up twice with concerns and on both occasions we were seen that same day. Our dog quickly seemed at ease in the clinic and with Peggy, who gave us lots of helpful advice including follow up emails. We couldn't be happier with the care we've received and we're so pleased we chose this trustworthy, independent veterinary practice.

My kitten tiny had her spade op and chiped on Tuesday the staff were all very helpful and lovely. Tiny was looked after with love and care the price was lower than most vets in my area I'm a very happy cat owner.

I take my cats there because they really care about them, one of the rare vetinery practices where the animal comes first and not just getting as much money out of you that they can. I would not take my boys anywhere else.

Been using these vets for over 30 years from pet rats and guinea pigs to dogs of all breeds. Reliable and honest. Andrew and his team have never fobbed me off or pushed me to have treatments that are not needed wouldn't trust any where else with my pets

Hi my name is Rosalind , yesterday we had our first visit to the Vet Station , I have 3 dogs Russell he’s a very good boy & a beautiful Saluki , then there’s Ivore ( mini Yorkshire terrier) & Margot she’s a mini pincher , All the staff we met yesterday were so friendly & I had a really nice visit , all 3 dogs felt comfortable, at one point Ivore was wagging his tail . A very nice atmosphere and we had a really great visit and I’m so glad we found them, all 3 are on the fire plan . I’m so pleased with The Vet Station ❤️🐾🐾🐾

We recently moved to the Vet Station after a bad experience elsewhere. It was a big decision as Tilly is 11 years old and a very nervous dog. Tilly was feeling very under the weather and when I called up the receptionist was lovely and arranged an appointment straight away. Dr Ellie was very good with Tilly, and was very reassuring. The next day Tilly came in for further evaluation and got to meet Dr Vanessa. Again it was all about Tilly and I had no hesitation I was leaving Tilly in capable hands. Great communication throughout the day which was great for a nervous mummy! Thank you to the whole team .

The most friendly and welcoming vet that we know! Having just moved to the UK thus having to find a new vet for our two year old pup, our nerves were comforted right at the front door of this cheerful clinic. The facilities are clean, experts are incredibly friendly, and the complementary consultation by Ellie was so kind & thorough. We feel further supported by joining their wellness plan for our pup and being part of their community. Thank you so much for an incredible establishment! (PS: plenty of parking in the back!)

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Vet station. We live over an hour away but had been recommended by a friend to visit them as our Labrador has some serious leg issues. Vanessa is an excellent orthopaedic surgeon and have given a beautiful Keira Nothing but the most amazing care. The entire team is friendly helpful and nothing is ever too much. I would highly recommend them, even if you’re not local the care for your family member is not about a distance but a skill level and they certainly have it ! 5* You’ve now been using this practice since Just after they opened and use them for everything for our dog now .

Jonathan operated on my beloved Bichon Frise, successfully removing a part of his liver that had cancer cells. The fees are higher than other specialists, but the waiting time for a consultation certainly made up for it. Having initially been referred somewhere else where the waiting list for a consultation was 4 weeks, I sought Aura, who were able to see my dog the same week. His recovery has been tremendous, and the twice daily calls whilst he was an inpatient showed they truly care for both the dogs and the owners. Follow-up calls were also much appreciated, I never once felt like my dog and I were just another number. Would highly recommend!

The Aura team helped save our pug Stevie. Everyone who we had help us was amazing from the start when we thought we were going to loose her, to the finish when we were thankful reunited with her. The reception team were so kind and supportive, the finance department even came to help explain to us better about insurance because it’s the first time we’ve ever had to use it, and the nurses and vets that helped save our babies life were incredible. I am so grateful for everything they did and will never stop recommending them to everyone 🐾🤍🐾

Amazing service and compassion for all involved in an incredibly emotional and exhaustive process. You could not be in better hands from the first phone call to the amazing Toni (lovely healthy treat lady) and on to all the medical staff. Ironically you really never want take your loved one here but if you have to go somewhere like this please go to Aura.

What a great practice, reassuring, fast response and explained every thing very clearly. They took fabulous care of our dog and us in keeping us informed of developments; and holding our hands through the journey

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. I thank them all but especially Nicky who juggles the care of all my families cats with a smile.

Listened to my opinion. Checked my dog out thoroughly and treated her with minimum of fuss. Appointment at quiet time to accommodate my shepherd and her baby noise/excubarence/excitement.

Both my cats have been under these amazing vets for just over 10 years, and no words can describe how professional and understanding all the vets and staff have been towards my cats and us, especially a recent event on 13/12/2024 with our older cat who sadly was diagnosed with HF and I must say they really are amazing vets cannot thank them enough for there care of my cat and making us as a family feel not to anxious and giving us total understanding of the condition to the meds to payments so so helpful. Thank you all for your hard work & kindness and help. You truly are one amazing vet. 😊❤️

My male cat had a problem urinating and he was in severe pain and discomfort. This vet practice fitted my cat in ASAP and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. The vet was also so helpful and reassuring. I highly recommend this vets surgery. Thanks to the team for helping my cat Mcavity and making him better.
