They are always excellent professionals, always with care and affection for my cats. When my cat Lucy died, they treated the moment with great respect, attention and love. Now I have Princess, Tobi and Prada... they are all registered there and always very well cared for! It is a place where you feel and know that the veterinarians and the entire team are not there just for the money, but because they love what they do. I trust them 100%

Pets 1st Vets has exceeded all my expectations and more, providing exceptional care for my beloved White. The team here is the perfect blend of friendliness, kindness, and professionalism. The veterinarians and support staff are true experts in their field. They provided clear and compassionate explanations. I was well-informed about my dog's health while he stayed in the hospital without me. They treat pets as their own, and the state-of-the-art facility adds confidence. My dog received the best care. I couldn’t recommend Pets 1st Vets more strongly if I tried. The fantastic team of vets, nurses and reception staff are truly first class, treating every visitor like a friend and always going above and beyond no matter how minor the reason for the appointment. We have been going to Pets 1st Vets for many years and they have been incredible support for my poorly rabbit Honey. Their care saved her life more times than I can count. However, it is the genuine love and care for animals shown by the team at Pets 1st Vets that keeps us coming back to this clinic, and I fully trust that my pets are in safe hands. If only they treated humans too!

We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

We've sadly had to re-register at a more local vets after moving house, we will miss Emily and all the team. The devoted love, care and support we've received from the team to our 2 Cockapoos Bailey & Reggie has been outstanding. We were always offered a same day appointment. I love this vet practice, it's so very hard to find an independent practice that is not part of a huge group. The staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, I can't praise them enough

I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

Fantastic! I was very worried about taking my dog with me to Brazil as I couldn’t find much information about how the whole process would be. But I thankfully found travel vet which made it very easy and the travel was a success from London to Brazil. Thank you!!!

This is the most efficient pet travel document vets I have used since Brexit - not to mention far cheaper than my regular veterinary practice. Easy to make appointments, reminders of documents to bring and a truly efficient service from both the vet as well as the administration team. First class service all round! Thank you.

Easy to find, very friendly and dogs were very relaxed with the whole procedure. Would highly recommend as one of my dogs has a fear of vets and he was able to be wormed in my car so he wasn’t at all stressed.

Excellent Veterinary Clinic that gives an exceptional level of service. The whole team are friendly and courteous as well as kind and caring towards the animals. I had to say goodbye to my beloved Labrador in October last year. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. They supported me through the whole process, up unto I received his ashes back. Even sent me a condolences card. I have now returned to them with my new puppy. Thank you VW Vets.

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

Have been to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery on 2 occasions with my cockapoodle puppy Lulu. The first time i went i saw Adam for her second vaccination & check up. Adam was very caring, patient, and professional, at his job. The 2 time i went i saw a lady vet who gave Lulu another check up & microchipped her. The check up was very thorough & they only charged for the microchip. And the staff here are very friendly, helpful, & professional, at their job. Would recommend you use this vet if it's in your area. 💯%

Myself and my partner recently lost our first fur baby, Rodney the hamster. Kriek and Gibson have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process, treating all of us, including Rodney, with immeasurable respect and sensitivity. We are forever thankful that the staff at Kriek and Gibson allowed Rodney’s last moments to be safe and full of comfort.

First time visiting Kingswood vets after switching from another local vets. Super friendly vet who was fantastic with our nervous cat Stanley.. Reception is lovely and clean and spacious and the receptionist was really helpful and friendly too. Really impressed.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for taking care of our cat George today. He had 2 x dental extractions and scale and polish under GA. Staff so caring and knowledgable and professional and he is now recovering well at home. In fact he is the most spritely we have seen him in ages. these vets are fantastic - and i didn't need to actually visit them! had a poorly rabbit last week, and as requested they gave me liquid food over the phone with no fuss. at no point were they pushing me to come in or buy to anything, only concerned if he didn't improve to visit. when we did book eventually, he picked up overnight and they were genuinely happy to hear that he had improved. all with no fuss or 'scare tactics' and then they cancelled the appointment for us. fab people, who actually care about the animals rather than the income :)
