Excellent Veterinary Clinic that gives an exceptional level of service. The whole team are friendly and courteous as well as kind and caring towards the animals. I had to say goodbye to my beloved Labrador in October last year. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. They supported me through the whole process, up unto I received his ashes back. Even sent me a condolences card. I have now returned to them with my new puppy. Thank you VW Vets.

We always have excellent service at VW Vets. Aphrodite is calm, caring, capable and professional. She takes time to explain things and has a great way with the animals. Reception and nursing staff are also lovely.

We had to have our beloved cat, Marley put to sleep a couple of weeks ago. The staff at Virginia Water Vets were nothing short of caring, compassionate and patient. This was all very last minute but they allowed us time to spend with him, before and after, without rushing us. Aphroditi was kind and empathetic and explained everything to us clearly after his blood test. A couple of days after, we received a personal sympathy card from them which was a nice touch. We opted for an individual cremation for him and when we received his ashes, we was blown away with how thoughtful everything was, with such personal touches and keepsakes. We have no doubt that our boy was in the best hands at Virginia Water Vets, the reassurance they have given us in what was/is an incredibly emotional and upsetting time is priceless. Thank you for your kindness and for taking care of our boy!

This practice is one of a kind. As “mum” to two beautiful doggies I’ve had a terrible time the last 3 weeks with both my boys falling ill. I have been a nervous wreck and phoned them and visited so often. Tania has been so patient with me and so kind to my boys and they r thankfully both on the mend. We have been with St George’s Veterinary Centre for a number of years. We changed to this practice after we were unhappy with our previous vets. Emily and her team were a breath of fresh air in the treatment of our little Mopsy. Sadly we had to let Mopsy go a couple of weeks ago, Emily and team were so compassionate at looking after us and Mopsy. I cannot thank them enough at such a difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

Have been to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery on 2 occasions with my cockapoodle puppy Lulu. The first time i went i saw Adam for her second vaccination & check up. Adam was very caring, patient, and professional, at his job. The 2 time i went i saw a lady vet who gave Lulu another check up & microchipped her. The check up was very thorough & they only charged for the microchip. And the staff here are very friendly, helpful, & professional, at their job. Would recommend you use this vet if it's in your area. 💯%

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

I couldn’t recommend Pets 1st Vets more strongly if I tried. The fantastic team of vets, nurses and reception staff are truly first class, treating every visitor like a friend and always going above and beyond no matter how minor the reason for the appointment. We have been going to Pets 1st Vets for many years and they have been incredible support for my poorly rabbit Honey. Their care saved her life more times than I can count. However, it is the genuine love and care for animals shown by the team at Pets 1st Vets that keeps us coming back to this clinic, and I fully trust that my pets are in safe hands. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. We have been registered here for over three years, and every experience has been exceptional. Recently, our Springer Spaniel, Dastan, began having issues with his legs, and he was seen immediately each time. The care he received when he was admitted for an X-ray was simply outstanding—he was truly looked after with so much care and compassion. Dastan has even been assigned a specialist team to further investigate his condition, which has given us great peace of mind. Unfortunately, just a few days later, his other leg began to cause him pain for a different reason. We rushed him to the emergency clinic, and once again, he was seen at the clinic the very next day. We owe a huge thank you to the wonderful Dr. David, who has been absolutely exceptional in addressing Dastan’s health concerns. His expertise and care have been nothing short of amazing. We also want to extend our gratitude to the lovely Nicola at reception, who has been so attentive and supportive, even patiently guiding us through our first insurance claim. And, of course, thank you to all the nurses who took such great care of Dastan. It's heartbreaking when your pet is in pain, but knowing that he's in the best possible hands makes all the difference. Thank you all so much!

Nicola Donnelly is a phenomenal vet and easily one of the best I've encountered in 30+ years of pet ownership. Goes the extra mile and then some, genuinely caring and extremely knowledgeable. Takes her job seriously while being warm and approachable and always has time to explain complex topics etc. She (as well as the kind admin/nursing staff) is the reason I stayed with this practice, despite my moving out of the area.

after bringing in my leopard gecko in, Nicola was an amazing help! She was lovely; really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had brought my leopard gecko in for a second opinion after getting some advice from another local vet who didn’t seem as knowledgeable as they claimed. I should have come straight here instead, now I know exactly where to go in the future. Nicola was not only a perfect vet at appointments, but she was really responsive to emails, being very vigilant, knowledgeable and helpful even before booking an appointment. I don’t usually leave reviews but the service was well worth praising and I will be going back if ever I need to! Of course I can only speak my experience with Nicola, but if she’s anything to go by, the vets at this practice seem to really care about their patients and their owners - they love and care deeply for animals, from your regular pets like cats and dogs, to rabbits, rodents and reptiles, it’s so blatant in how eager they are for the animals best care!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for taking care of our cat George today. He had 2 x dental extractions and scale and polish under GA. Without a doubt the best vets I've been too! They looked at my dog shortly after registering and were very honest and open about the different treatment options, they were also very upfront about the costing and thoroughly explained the insurance route which was very helpful! Everyone here is super friendly and very accommodating especially if your dog can be nervous.
