We used to take our loved Kazan with Dr Emily Thompson. She always knew or found any problem or condition and always right medication and recomendations. Excellent experience always and totally recommended.

I love this vet practice, it's so very hard to find an independent practice that is not part of a huge group. The staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, I can't praise them enough

I couldn't recommend St George's enough. Emily and her team are caring and compassionate and we've never had any problems in seeking an appointment when needed. We first registered at St Georges with our cat as we were after a second opinion and the level of care we received at the time was outstanding. We have remained with the practice who have since cared for our dog, Crumble.

We've sadly had to re-register at a more local vets after moving house, we will miss Emily and all the team. The devoted love, care and support we've received from the team to our 2 Cockapoos Bailey & Reggie has been outstanding. We were always offered a same day appointment. Faultless and personal care given, Bailey and Reggie will miss all the attention they got. Thank you all again! Hannah

Jonathan operated on my beloved Bichon Frise, successfully removing a part of his liver that had cancer cells. The fees are higher than other specialists, but the waiting time for a consultation certainly made up for it. Having initially been referred somewhere else where the waiting list for a consultation was 4 weeks, I sought Aura, who were able to see my dog the same week. His recovery has been tremendous, and the twice daily calls whilst he was an inpatient showed they truly care for both the dogs and the owners. Follow-up calls were also much appreciated, I never once felt like my dog and I were just another number. Would highly recommend!

Aura treated my 2yo cat’s badly infected (bitten) tail, which the local vet said should be amputated. Aura took great care of her and did an excellent job - she was healed and back climbing trees in no time. I only wish I’d asked for a referral there much, much sooner. Also very pleased with PetPlan for paying the bills with very minimal fuss.

The Aura team helped save our pug Stevie. Everyone who we had help us was amazing from the start when we thought we were going to loose her, to the finish when we were thankful reunited with her. The reception team were so kind and supportive, the finance department even came to help explain to us better about insurance because it’s the first time we’ve ever had to use it, and the nurses and vets that helped save our babies life were incredible. I am so grateful for everything they did and will never stop recommending them to everyone 🐾🤍🐾

This is one of the best vets we’ve visited. All the staff is amazing and helpful! We keep visiting them even after we moved from the area. Mateo is a great professional vet and it’s the doctor to whom we fully trust our little baby dog Lily. Lily loved him as well from the first time she has met him! I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. I was referred to this vet by my daughter my British bull dog had cherry eye took him there also had my staff with me the vet did my bull dogs eye and checked my staff over and he had a yeast infection which he also helped with, the care and price was great, also the price was half what pets at home wanted to charge me thank you so much

Listened to my opinion. Checked my dog out thoroughly and treated her with minimum of fuss. Appointment at quiet time to accommodate my shepherd and her baby noise/excubarence/excitement.

Both my cats have been under these amazing vets for just over 10 years, and no words can describe how professional and understanding all the vets and staff have been towards my cats and us, especially a recent event on 13/12/2024 with our older cat who sadly was diagnosed with HF and I must say they really are amazing vets cannot thank them enough for there care of my cat and making us as a family feel not to anxious and giving us total understanding of the condition to the meds to payments so so helpful. Thank you all for your hard work & kindness and help. You truly are one amazing vet. 😊❤️

All the staff go above and beyond to ensure the animals in their care are looked after with professionalism and love. I can't praise the care highly enough. They have always respect the age and temprament of all our cats, and offered appropriate treatment. They have always explained any treatment or options available and answered our questions fully, however silly they may seem. I thank them all but especially Nicky who juggles the care of all my families cats with a smile.

Olivia was my vet. Very friendly lady, treatment advised made a huge difference to my cats health. Knowledgeable and willing to try treatments to help. I have used Parkside over the last 25years and have always been helpful. Obviously costs are an issue but I know my animals are safe

I've always had first class service from Ash Barn Vets, the staff are wonderful. They know me and Margot and that Margot hates being at the vet but they treat her with professionalism and kindness. I usually get to see the same vet who's fantastic but if I don't, I've still received excellent treatment.

So I got a kitten! The first thing I thought was, I need to get my cat checked by a vet to ensure he's healthy due to being rejected by his mother very young. I chose Lynton because I'd visited the practice with a friend for their pet and remembered how much I liked that practice from that visit. I registered, I scheduled his first jab, I got him petplan and joined the let health club! Lynton Vets also helped me with this. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice of vet, the staff are all amazing friendly, helpful and kind. There is limited parking available, very clean and well maintained. There is a lovely large, clean and tidy with a separated waiting area for both cat and dog owners. The staff are very happy to answer questions to help you understand what you need to know. I give Lynton 5 stars for my personal experience and I think you will too if you visit this lovely animal care practice! Here's a pic of my little fur baby for all you cat lovers out there 😻

Always feel welcomed and my doggies are very well cared for. High praise for Lynton Vets Woking. I've read some of the reviews, and I've had my beloved elderly cat put to sleep at Lyntons a few years ago. They were so kind and caring and they didn't ask for payment straight afterwards. I went in a couple of days later and paid after my grief had settled down.

We’ve been with Lynton for years and they’ve always been very good. Rare that an appointment is on time but staff are good and latest vet consultation was excellent.

just wanted to say a big thank you for the puppy check yesterday. It was lovely thing to give us a puppy pack. We have now had Amber for a week and having her checked over has given us peace of mind. We will always use arc for further check ups.Thanks again.

Many vets get a bad press for over recommendations of treatments etc. this surgery is honest straightforward and does not. The animals are very well looked after. The vets are fantastic at explanations of any medical issues. Taking time to explain.

The staff here are so kind, considerate, and really care about the animals they treat. It speaks volumes that after my puppy was spayed, she was actually excited to go back in and see the staff there a week later for her check up! They're very careful and well trained, and my dog utterly loves the vets, nurses and receptionists alike. So glad we registered here! I've included a belly up photo to show how well her scar healed, and a post op on the day photo.

Great service as always. I rang on Thursday asking for a non-urgent appointment for both of my dogs for the following day, not really expecting to get one, the receptionist explained that it was unlikely as there were staffing issues, one of my dogs could definitely be seen, however the immediate next appointment was already taken. The receptionist (unfortunately I cannot remember her name) asked me to wait 5 minutes, she would make a call to see if that appointment could be moved, I was called back with the news that appointment had been moved and both of my dogs could be seen. As usual excellent service was received when the dogs were looked at, the following day. I cannot recommend Alders enough.
